Go to a different Taco Bell!! This place is a joke!! Nasty food Nasty service!! Spent $58 to feed my family and what food we did get tasted bad! Hardly any meat, all sour tomatoes and soggy lettuce! 2 of our 3 sodas half full with no straw's!! Poor service We did get about 200 napkins read more

One closer to Walmart was just nasty so me and my mom went to this one and it was a lot better plus food was better

Absolute trash service, I ordered food, they had people waiting in line over 10-15 minutes while you could see them inside just chatting and laughing. I asked if I needed to go inside to get my order and the woman laughed and said some joke to her coworker. Had to go inside to get it, that's fine. They were all playin around. Not comin to this one again. The gentleman inside Dante, helped out and seemed to actually be doin his job. Shout out to him, Taco Bell, you're wasting your money on these kids running your store read more

Taco Bell - The woman who laughed at me with a sly comment and disregarded my question. - Fast Food Near Me - Port Huron, Michigan

disgusting bathroom foo and pop was n good at all employees were very rude 1 star staff were saying stuff about me

Shi was ass asf gang, never wasting my time here again. Staff was playin with themselves in the corner while I waited for my food.

I cannot tell you how awful this Taco Bell is. This organization is not known to be a bastion of quality or customer service, but this location is in a world of it's own. Literally, every order I place has multiple errors, even when repeating 2-3 times (in addition to the original order). As an example - I willl say "I would like a hard shell taco, substitute refried beans for beef." Then, I will say it again. And then at the end of the order, I will say it again. The outcome - one it was with beef. Once it was with beef and beans. Once it was with nothing - just cheese and lettuce (today). They cannot get the sauces correct. "I would like 5 hot and 5 diablo". They will give 10 mild and 5 hot. The food comes disheveled (I cannot think of a better word) - cheese all over the place, beans or chicken sliding off or out of whatever it is supposed to be in or on. I have gone inside to order with the same results. I have ordered drive-thru with the same results. I have told them my concerns with their understanding of orders and I get the same results. This location is an absolute affront to fast-food. The idea is - fast, consistent and edible. They rarely can achieve one out of three. If I worked at this location, I would have deep shame at the performance of it. It is a level of achievement of failure that I truly cannot understand. It is as if management and owners have instructed the staff to provide the absolute worst service possible, and when they can't, to try harder to irritate and alienate people trying to get food there. This is the worst fast food franchise I ever have been to, yet I go because there is no other option in this area and I generally am an optimist - "maybe it will work out this time". It never does. read more

felt like my chicken enchiladas burrito had a bone it and was cold cheese on my kids cheese melts were not even melted

Careful placing mobile orders here..I placed one at about 7:15 am one morning..got there a nite on the door said closed temporarily..so seeing it was a paid mobile order I went to the drive thru.girl said we are closed .I told her about my mobile order.she said come back in an hour. Said was not possible and to cancel the order and I wanted a refund.. she said it woul be back within 24 hours as the order was not processed yet..guess what? Shows order was completed and was probably given to someone else...so as it stand I'm ot $7 .very poor customer service read more

How is it that I ordered on DoorDash a total of four food items and SIXTEEN MILD SAUCES!!! and I didn't get any of my SIXTEEN SAUCES. Then I'd call and let them know they left out my sauces and she hung up on me! A whole bunch of teenagers on night shift without an actual responsible adult working isnt the wisest way to have a positive experience. I'd like my sauces tho thanks. :) read more

i'm they always say they are out of everything and can't cook on the grill every time i've gone around 11-11:30 on friday's and saturday nights... ridiculous to have a place open till 12 but not even take orders 30 minutes to close... also the weird behavior at the register... like why are you laughing hysterically at us while handing our food out. werid no thank you. read more

I recently stopped at this place and was extremely disappointed. The food was awful and I am not a picky person when it comes to fast food. This location definitely needs management to come in and make a few changes! read more

How do you forget items in a small online order? First of all, the new cantina tacos come with 2 of the green avocado salsas. I ordered a cantina box that came with 2 salsas. I also got a burrito and added 2 more salsas to my order (THESE ARE NOT FREE SALSAS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM) I got one singular salsa... how do you mess that up? It's not like you had to punch in anything on the computer. That I can understand if the person at the window put the order in wrong. You literally just read what the order asks for on an online order. It's obvious why this is the only job these people can hold. Not to mention half of the toppings are not even on the taco, they are just tossed into the paper wrapping and it's a freaking mess. My burrito was sticking half way out of the paper. Like really? Managers and staff should be ashamed. Same goes for the owner... check in to your store. My advice, hire someone that is actually competent and knows how to read. Also the store is disgusting Taco Bell trash all over outside, employees just hanging out in the parking lot smoking behind the dumpster. What a dump. I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to the Marysville Taco Bell next time I consider eating there. I wouldn't normally make a post about a fast food joint but this isn't the first time this has happened with the salsas they charge you for and this experience was unacceptable in my opinion. read more

Be sure to check your bags before you leave. I dont have the usual Taco Bell problem of items being not what you ordered but instead they are omitted completely The older staff is very nice. However when it's just the teens working the workers loose focus and becomes a ruckus read more

Pulled up to the speaker, was called sir by "DaDa" I am a ma'am with a very feminine voice. I ordered (3 )5 layer burritos with no refried beans, which all 3 of course has on them. Not to mention they don't answer their phones, and can't take care of customers so their line is wrapped around the building every night, so just to get my food fixed I'll have to wait in line for another 40 minutes. Get your act together Toxic Hell. I never knew it was so hard to look at a screen. Yet want $15/hr HAHA should be paying us just to wait in the line with the amount of gas that's wasted ESPECIALLY if we gotta make two trips to drive back since apparently phones don't exist. read more

If you're looking for an overwhelmingly undercooked quesadilla every time you pull up to wait 10-15 minutes in the drive thru this is the place for you. This specific location is the worst. I always end up wasting money when I go here due to bad food. I mean seriously did they just dump some uncooked shredded cheese on there and try to cover it up with a gallon of sauce? read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Port Huron, Michigan

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell to ever operate in the history of the franchise, a pure disgrace to the food industry. They tried to blame the door dasher for stealing food out of the bag with 10 stickers on it, the food that they clearly forgot to send out, on a multiple seperate occasions they messed up orders, they don't even know how to make a cheese quasidilla. Port Hurons finest that's for sure read more

I have a weakness for Taco Bell. I could probably get lunch there everyday. Where else could you buy a chicken burrito, small bag of doritos, a caramel apple sweet goodness pie thing and a large mountain dew for around 3 bucks! It's cheap and good. Only one complaint....the north end TB has Dr. Pepper while this one had raspberry tea. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. This location is by far the worst I've been to. Order is always wrong or missing items.

Literally the worst place I've been to. I love Taco Bell but this specific store makes me never want to get it again. On average a 25-30 min wait in the drive thru and they mess up my order EVERY TIME, I work in food myself and there is no excuse for it. They also are constantly out of things, and when I try to call before hand they rarely answer. Wish I could go lower than 1 star, seek out another Taco Bell. read more

This is awful, I love Taco Bell but I am FED up with their shit, almost every single time I go there I order the bean crunch wrap supreme, I am severley allergic to meat, for a while they were good with getting my order right but tonight ONCE again they screwed up and gave me meat instead of bean. I always double check to make sure my order is correct before eating it but the one time I don't this happens AGAIN I am furious, very poorly trained staff, After I took a decent bite into my crunch wrap I got a mouth full of meat and immediately spit it out and threw up. Even though their taco meat is not real meat as we all know it was still fucking disgusting I would drive back there but I live 15 min away but I am not doing an hours worth of driving today going back and forth over such bull shit. shame on you Taco Bell!!!! do better read more

I always seem to stop here whenever we "make a run for the border"! Perfect for a quick lunch, never a problem, always tasty! Thanks for the crunchy hard shell tacos - we'll be back next time we're in Port Huron! read more

My friend and I tried going to this Taco Bell at one in the morning because we know that they're open until 2 am. When we pulled in, we saw the staff sitting at the tables on their phones when we pulled up to order food they said that they were only serving rice and beans because all their other machines were broken. As we are almost 10 minutes home (keep in mind that we drove 20 minutes away for the destination) our friend Snapchats us to let us know that he just got served a full meal by the same Taco Bell employees... total BS! read more

I use to enjoy this location but since the michigan shut down this place has gone down hill. I have had items missing things like ordering and paying for steak being added to a beefy nacho griller and when i opened it up to look there was no steak having chicken mixed in with my steak quesadia which chicken i avoid since my wife is highly allergic and i enjoy kissing her to much. and item completely missing. I strongely recommend ordering from a different taco bell location. read more

Employees are very friendly but you need more workers on shifts, the service is horribly slow

The food is good and all, and they almost always actually prepare it without creating a gigantic mess. That late night staff kinda sucks, though. They're becoming well-known for lying about wait times to get people to drive off, and screw up more orders than any fast food place I've ever been to. Why do I go back? It isn't McDonald's, it isn't Burger King, it isn't Wendy's. North End location is much more on the ball. read more

Got Taco Bell yesterday around 8 and the line to so long , the young black lady doing the drive thru doesn't know how to multi task , we were in that line for a half hour , very terrible wait . Maybe you need to get better staff that knows what she's doing read more

This place sucks I have been here 2 in the past 2 weeks I never thought I would say that I will never go here again it's the closest 1 to my house but I would rather travel. The first visit half our order was missing and when they fixed it it still wasn't right. The second visit was just the other day and my cheesy gordita crunch was missing someone did something to it because when I bit into it my mouth was on fire when I called the manager she proceeded to tell me that they are a little spicy. I know they are because I order it everytime I go to taco bell but my tongue never feels like its gonna fall off and to top that off the little guy in the back was laughing at me through the window. The manager was very dismissive of my problems with their restaurant. And there was a hair on the inside of the lid of my baja blast. They need to restart because right now they are very much less then. Someone needs to go in and do something about all of this. read more

I love the taste of Taco Bell food but this location's service has been extremely slow for years. I often drive by instead of stopping because of memories of long waits in the drive thru. I visit many Taco Bell locations and this location generally takes three times as long for service, even when there aren't long lines. I think they are losing business because of service. I will admit not having been there for over a year. Overall, I'd like to see Taco Bell offer more low calorie options. read more

This is my favorite Taco Bell to go to, they screw up the least out of any Taco Bells around, and they actually give you the proper amount of food unlike the one in Fort Gratiot. read more

out of all the taco bells I have been too this one is horrible. The women at the drive through had an attitude with me for no reason. Threw my food into my truck and and closed the window. I never said one word to her. I think she was having a bad day. read more
