So many things that I actually like about this chain I like the idea of it. It's kind of like a Mexican burrito version of subway. Always a pleasant experience. But you know it just doesn't have the zip that really lands a solid rating Passing grade but isn't exactly a place that I put at the top of my list read more

everyone was super nice and helpful service was great. On top of the service the food was also amazing

just went to qudoba the maneger tonight who looked older was very rude and had alot of attitude towards me

Food taste good but ever since COVID they've changed managers and the woman they have running it now stinks. Place is always filthy, chips all over the kitchen floor, toppings all over the counter and the workers just don't care. The dining room was disgusting, debris all over the place. Health departments need to start going out and checking on these places that just think they can skate by. It's a shame because I use to live stopping by this place, I think I've got like 30 check ins here or something like that. Manager just doesn't care or lacks caring. read more

I had a great experience dining at this location. The Assistant Store Manager was SO friendly and just awesome & very attentive. My son accidentally dropped his glass soda bottle and made a mess. And he was so nice about it & made us feel like we were part of the family & that it was no trouble at all to clean up the mess. He was a rockstar & I just wanted to give him a shout out:) read more

Super friendly staff and always great food. Pick what you want and watch them build your order. Don't want something? Say it. Always happy with their service. read more

I hate how hit or miss this place is. They have pickled jalapeños as a topping option, they're not pickled at all, they're regular raw jalapeños, I didn't have enough rice in my bowl, tons of toppings and too much queso. We ordered a cheese quesadilla for my picky son, it had pico and cilantro in it so he wouldn't eat it, plus, the cheese wasn't even fully melted! I don't know if I'll return. I wish we would get a chipotle in the area. read more

THIS PLACE SMACKS BRO IM SERIOUS. it's really good. yummy vegan options. the staff is too kind and it smells nice and it's just a happy place for me read more

Alright, so for a franchise, this place was very good. I am only speaking of this location though, as I've been to other locations that have been pretty awful. It's a new addition to the Fort Gratiot area, and near the Birchwood Mall. I recommend coming here earlier in the day, as that's when operations and food quality are at its best. We came here around 11am on a Sunday, and not only was it empty, the young lady who made our burritos did an excellent job and was sweet and fun to talk to. Hungry, both of us ordered two burritos: one steak ($6.99) and one chicken ($6.29). They have shredded beef, which is reminiscent of barbacoa, but the steak looked much better. We built ours the same way, utilizing the whole wheat tortilla, black beans, seasoned brown rice, pico de gallo, romaine lettuce, and medium hot sauce. Afterwards, we made sure to add the Tabasco green pepper sauce. Although it enhanced the flavor of the meats very well, the red Tabasco would have been even better. Out of the two, the chicken burrito had better balanced flavor than the steak. The steak had good flavor, but it was overpowered by the cumin that that was all you could taste. Cuts of meat were good though in both, no fat, but tender and juicy. Seasoned brown rice had good flavor but on the salty side. It's also nice that you have a choice between white or whole wheat tortillas. Final bill was $14.08 for two burritos. We were happy with the level of service here, but based on previous reviews, it might be inconsistent. I'll report back again to see if things remain the same. So, if you find yourself in the Fort Gratiot area, or are on your way to Lexington, this Qdoba is a reliable choice from the other fast casual restaurants along 24th Avenue. read more

I decided to stop here for lunch to go today. It was pretty much what I expected and what I expected was a set up like Chipotle. That's what I found. I went for the Naked Steak Burrito because that's what I wanted to compare. Everything tasted like I thought it would. I got the combo I wanted with a side of guacamole. Lime cilantro rice, pinto beans, corn relish and a slice of lime to squeeze over top. My pieces of steak were small, bite-sized, and generous in the bowl. I was happy with my choice. The counter service was friendly. Service with a smile makes it a bit easier to pay for a pricier "speciality" fast food meal. read more

QDOBA Mexican Eats - Naked Steak Burrito ~ Guacamole - Mexican Near Me - Fort Gratiot, Michigan

This was my first visit to a Qdoba. I had received a couple coupons in the mail and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did. The place was absolutely spotless. My server was incredibly friendly and helpful as I was placing my order. I ordered soup and a taco and had more than enough to share as the portions are generous, and absolutely delicious! I am not sure as to why I waited to check this place out! read more

I Love eating here! I'm a regular and the staff always calls me by name and already knows my order. The staff and very friendly and the burritos could feed 2. I personally don't understand why people say it's dirty, it's very clean every time I eat inside. I definitely recommend getting a rewards card too. They are free and every time you get a thousand points, you're next meal is free! read more

The food is good. I just feel like the service isn't really friendly at all. When I say thank you, I expect to be Acknowledged in someway. What happened to common courtesy, totally not asking for much. read more

I visited for the first time today and it will probably be my last. It was quite dirty and some of the staff had dirty clothing on. The food did not look fresh and one of the others I was with had food that was left on the grill from a previous order fried into his order. The nachos I had were not very good either. Not impressed at all. read more

Always great eating here, very flavorful and large portions. modern atmosphere and quick service

Food was ok. Lacks flavor. Another user said there is a little meat and I agree. I thought tio gordos lacked flavor as well. Maybe it is just me. read more

First time customer , won't be back. We were the only ones in line and were rushed through while we were trying to decide options. Turned out paid $30 for some cheese and Chips. May have a good idea here, but it WAS NOT explained. read more

I just returned from this store, which opened about a month ago. It was my first visit. I have to say I was very disappointed. The restaurant was completely disgusting. The tables were dirty, the floor had food and trah on it, and the recepticles were over flowing. At 730 at night this was disturbing. The staff seemed impatient that I didn't know the food choices, but never asked if it was my first visit. It would have been helpful to have someone explain things. Like a naked burrito meant no shell. Thank goodness my daughter knew how to work the pop machine, because there was no one to help. Most of the choices were empty anyways. I didn't like getting my food on a pie tin with a thin piece of parchment paper. It was very difficult to cut my burrito. The paper got wet and torn, so I had to pull it out or I would have eaten it. While I was eating on the tin. I watched something that bothered me even more then everything else. At the counter there was an employee spraying the tins with chemicals and drying them off and then putting them back on the line. When I went up to ask if they wash their dishes the girl said no. We just spray them with sanitizer. I told her that as a consumer it concerns me that unnecessary chemicals are used where my food touches. She said its no big deal. It's just like your dish soap. I watched that girl so-called "clean" those 40-50 tins and baskets in about five minutes. There is NO WAY she got all the germs off of them. Not like a high temperature dishwasher would. My father managed restaurants for many many years. I know there is a three step sanitation method for a reason. I cannot see myself bringing my family back to a restaurant in these conditions... Especial a new store. Secondly our health is much to important to get sick from improper cleaning. Sorry. :-( read more

I have to agree with others, this place is just MEH. The food wasn't bad it was just bland and had little meat in it.

I love the chips and queso but every time I get it half the chips are stale and this time I wanted to try the guacamole and there was an avocado peel in it.... upsetting :/ read more

I always order from QDoba, and their burritos are of excellent quality as I order them from PC. There were at some points in time, the orders I make turned out that the online instructions failed to go through the computer. Besides online carry-out, you could also include dining in as a viable option to eat your favorite Mexican food. The burritos were top-notch and blow out every competition of the three FG/PH Taco Bells. The service is great and so were the food. Five stars for this fast food establishment! read more

The food is fine here I suppose, but get it to go! I understand it's a chain fast food type place but it is absolutely filthy inside! Maybe if they would clean it once in awhile I would sit down and eat. Since there's so many other options to eat in the area I'm staying away read more

They pile a buncha stuff you wanna eat into a tortilla then fold it. After this, you eat it. That last half of a star is for the option of hot sauce worthy of being referred to as hot sauce. I've never been astounded by the burritos here, I'm just glad they serve them. read more

Such a great fast casual restaurant addition to the Blue Water area. They have good burritos and burrito bowls and their queso sauce is very good. The customer service at this location is excellent and the restaurant is very clean and well kept. The music that is played here is fantastic to make the atmosphere great. I would highly recommend this place to go to for a great lunch or dinner on the go. read more

Very friendly service, food here tasted really good compared to what others have been saying. If your shopping at the mall, this is a good destination to eat out at. The staff always has a smile on their face, and they all are nice. Service is very friendly, and they work at a very well pace. Defiantly would recommend this to others. read more

I have ordered online and paid for it ahead of time twice because when I go there on my break it can take a while because of the line; which is understandable when it is busy. The first time I ordered it online I ordered a burrito and I waited and waited to be helped, and when I finally was helped....my food wasn't even ready! And there was only one customer there. The worker was too busy talking to what appeared to be his girlfriend to ask if I needed anything. I thought maybe it was a fluke, so I ordered ahead of time online and paid again today. I was thinking it would save me time on my break. I only ordered chips and cheese this time, thinking there was no way it wouldn't be ready. I ordered it at about 4:15, it said I could pick it up at 4:30. I got there a couple minutes after 4:30 just to ensure it would be ready so I could be on my way....I had to wait an extra fifteen minutes there while my chips and cheese sat in a bag nearby. What a waste of a break for some chips and cheese. read more
