Horrible! Bad service & missing items. I ordered thru the mobile app. Went thru drive thru & there were 2 cars in front. It was about 10 minutes before I got to the window. Handed me my bag & he said nothing. No thank you for stopping or "you're welcome" when I took bag & said thank you! Drove home only to discover that it was missing items. It wasn't even a big order (4 mini tacos, mini empanadas, & twists). Missing 1 mini taco & twists. Also, the meat on the mini tacos wasn't even warm (meat was cold)! I believe in second chances & having bad days so I disregarded when we went 3 weeks ago & had major issues with order. I wish I had followed my instincts & didn't go back! This place is a hot mess! My food is always made correct and is hot and ready when I get there. Only thing I'd say is they forget to put the sauces in the bag sometimes. the customer service is amazing! The inside is always clean and the outside of the building never has trash outside of it! read more

This place is beyond an embarrassment to this town and everyone who has to drive past it everyday. The most dysfunctional businesses I've ever seen. I've worked the digital line, I know what's it like in the kitchen. I honestly want a corporate number just to read ALL OF THESE REVIEWS TO THEM. The fact that the KFC they share the building with doesn't even have a location on the yelp map proves they have such horrible service they can't afford another "review" box validating all these issues. Seriously get it together because everyone is beyond sick of watching these children AND grown adults make a mockery of what food service truly is. I don't even need to list the problems that I have with this establishment because everyone else in these reviews has already said it. I visit this TB in the mornings just for the friendly greetings and wonderful positive attitude of the older gentleman working the drive thru window. Over 40 years on this planet going through drive thru's, and this man is by far the kindest and provides the best service I've ever experienced. I'm in a toxic relationship with Taco Bell. Sure, they have been there for me during some really dark times. But because of that emotional dependence I've fostered, they know they can take away everything that I love and I'll always be broken enough to come back to them. This is a problem with corporate Taco Bell and, by extension, our capitalistic society. I will try not to project corporate's sins upon this local establishment. My wife and I live in the area, so we're pretty much stuck with this one. They're always kind enough to be super creative with my wife's orders. Multiple times she's ordered chips and cheese, which contains approximately two ingredients (chips, and cheese). One time was given chips and salsa. One time was given cinnamon twists and cheese. Several times was given just chips and imaginary cheese. The surprises are endless, and the mystery of our order never fails to amuse. Unfortunately, we sometimes don't get to experience the mystery because it's over before it begins. Multiple times we were informed at the drive through that they were out of just a few simple ingredients including: beans, meat, and tortillas. I'm very glad that very few of their menu items involve these components, so as long as your choice menu item doesn't involve these, there's a guarantee that you'll have your order in stock at this location. However, due to my unhealthy (physically and emotionally) attachment, I'll be back next week. See you soon! read more

Order through the app for pick up and still had to wait 15 minutes after arrival to receive my order. Wanted two sides of sour cream that came with what I ordered, but condiment sides can not be specified through the app. To add insult to injury, they wanted to charge me for two small sides of sour cream that were already allotted for the items I ordered and gave me attitude about it. This is not the place to get your TB fix -- not at all. I ordered 6 soft tacos and what I was given might have been last night's leftovers. The tortillas were hard and dry on the edges which means they were exposed to the dry air and left to go stale. They were filled unevenly and already had the oil seeping through the paper. These tacos were not made when I ordered them. I am all for restaurant and fast-food workers getting paid more money, but I hope such a bump in their wages comes with for empathy from them to the customers. They should ask themselves this simple question: "Would I serve this food to someone who meant something to me?" If the answer isn't an unambiguous "yes" then re-make the item! That's how you have empathy for your customers! Clearly, this doesn't happen at this Taco Bell location. Perhaps the manager needs to retrain or just fire the workers -- and quit. If one can't handle working at Taco Bell, let them return to being unemployed until some maturity sets in. In the meantime, I will need to better fight the urge to eat at Taco Bell (again). This taco bell has been here for as long as I can remember. The lady is always nice who takes my order. I give this 3 stars because literally every time I come here I order a drink with NO ice. Yet they always give me ice. No matter how many times I tell them before that I want no ice. Other than that they're 3 star worthy. read more

Visited this Taco Bell multiple times as I drive that way to Collegeville. Liked the drive in service aLways fast and timely. The orders are always fulfilled without Any issues. My favorite is always fiesta potatoes and cheese quesadillas for the veggie option cannot beat that. read more

Normally we have zero problems but after being told half of the items we wanted were just out. I asked if I could order the box individually I was greeted with a long "ummmmm". Then I pay only to be told I shorted the cashier 5 dollars when the 5 dollar bill was on top when I said I'll wait for you to count your drawer he said it magically ok and asked if I wanted sauce. I answered finally left to go home to be missing food, sauce and a straw. I called and let them know like this customer service sucks and was asked why I wouldn't go back thru rush hour and risk retaliation for the food missing they didn't understand. I get things go missing and everything but the attitude when I called to be like hey I get stuff happens but y'all could be nicer to your customers like I was really chill about all your menu items missing; I was told I was wrong for not wanting to waste my time again after sitting and waiting the first time. I would rather go to Taco Bell in Royersford. They are both slow but this one wins for slowest one! I have never been to a take out this slow before. I drive for DoorDash and they told me once that they closed their machine to accept DoorDash orders so they weren't making them anymore. Therefore I lost out on two deliveries. Another time I went to pick up an order for DoorDash the person making the food stopped making food to take a personal phone call and ring in a friends order. After he was done ringing that order in and telling his friend how busy the store was, he returned back to making food without washing his hands. When I proceeded to inquire about how long it was going to take, he said it would be ready when it was ready and that he does all DoorDash orders last. On a separate occasion I ordered DoorDash myself, and this was the Taco Bell they sent my order to. They refused to fill my order. Their customer service is terrible and they don't like to fill orders that feel inconvenient to them. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered around 6 pm for the order pickup at 9 specifically mentioned in the app. I get to the place, the manager tells me he didn't get my order. There's no order coming today. I showed him I have the email and there's also an email that shows my order is ready. Then he tells me, your order didn't come thru so you're not charged. I told him I'm charged because the email says so. Meanwhile another customer pulled his credit card statement and said he is charged, so the manager shouldn't say to anyone that they are not charged. At this point the Taco Bell manager starts yelling at both of us. Telling us we don't know how to use an app etc etc. At this point I am sitting in my car he is still yelling at the other guy. the slowest taco bell. placed a mobile order and waited over a half hour for it to move to finished when nobody was in line. i literally live behind the taco bell and they had zero cars. once we arrived to get the order they said they were too busy to take us at the drive thru even tho we were literally the only people there and had a mobile order. went inside and was ignored for 10 more minutes while they took other drive thru orders. food was extremely cold by the time we got it and we can't get a refund or anything because we used their mobile app. read more

This place is just so bad. I hardly write reviews but this place just doesn't seem to care at all. Let me preface by saying I worked as the manager of a fast food restaurant for 5+ years so I completely understand their daily operations. I get the struggle and I know the struggle. I've had a lot of nasty people come into my restaurant and I never want to be one of those people. I try to be as nice as I can be to all restaurant workers because I know what it's like, but this Taco Bell is going down hill. First off, the management must be god awful. I don't know who's in charge of ordering shipment but GOT DAMN you suck. Every time I go there, y'all are missing critical product. One time whoever was on the headset told me they were out of "everything". Like wtf? No you weren't. You just put everything away and didn't feel like getting it back out, and if you really were, someone should be fired. Secondly, because the management is so bad it rubs off onto the workers. I know there are some good employees on staff but most everyone who answers the drive thru speaker sounds depressed af. The management should be lifting up its employees and it doesn't sound like anyone is happy to be there. Lastly, I really hope things get better and I keep giving this place a chance but it's just so consistently bad that I'm not sure I ever want to go back. I did have some good trips to this place a couple months ago and that's why I keep trying but damn they've been so bad lately. This is now open. The May 30th re-opening date listed is not correct. This had it's grand re-opening at some point over the weekend of April 28th-30th. I had visited the old KFC/Taco Bell location multiple times, and it was generally slow and subpar. The new location is very efficient and quick, and the workers had good attitudes.
