As far as I am concerned, they are all three stars, and unless you screw up the order, screw up the service, or have a dirty establishment, you are going to get those three stars and not less. You can get more with exemplary service, but that tends to happen infrequently. This Taco Bell was no different. I understand that many places are looking for people but at lunch it is taking way too long for food and the staff is not moving like they have any customers. Just moving super slow as if they don't care. Some delay can be expected and if they were moving like they cared it would be a different story. 5 to 10 minutes between orders from the same table. Moving around the station painfully slow. I've been here 20 minutes waiting for four simple tacos. Go to the one on Hwy 80. So much faster. read more

This is probably one of the WORST services I have EVER gotten from a Taco Bell. We made our order at 1:11 pm, and didn't receive it till 1:43 pm. The order was wrong as well, but we didn't bother going to ask for them to change it because I'm sure that would have cost us another 30 minute wait. I had to wait for a car in front of me to leave the line (also without getting their order) so I could get out because of the way the drive thru is set up. DO NOT WASTE your money or time at this place. We should have read the reviews before our 2nd try in the last 30 days. !st place is dirty, 2nd orders are completely wrong. If you order a supreme make sure you check your order before you leave. We live 24 minutes away and or we would have taken the food back and request full refund. They gave us 12 regular tacos not supreme and CHARGED us for SUPREME.... They actually made an extra $10 bucks by doing this since we order six chicken and six ground beef. As we went through the tacos at least 4 were crushed... We called the Manager and the excuse was I have new workers on the line, well if you are the Manager you should be checking. They did everything wrong. We're ordered tacos and burritos. That's all. Three of the tacos were ordered with no lettuce. Every single one had lettuce. We ordered one with sour cream and it had ranch instead (which I almost threw up taking a bite of). Next we had two burritos with NO onions and guess what they both had.... ONIONS. Is there half a star???? I visited this location in June and it was a little late in the evening, maybe 10:30. Upon entering, my first observation was that the floor behind the counter was extremely dirty, with food particles and paper all over. The person who took my order was an elderly woman who was very nice, but seemed to be struggling to get about. I felt extremely sorry for her, probably because I'm probably the same age as the old lady. When we went to our car I told my teenaged granddaughter and her friend that when they are at their very lowest to remember that old lady. At her age and with her physical limitations she she should not have to work at all, especially late at night and at a job where she's on her feet. While she was taking our order a much younger woman came and told her something that had to be done right then. The old later said I'll be right back and left the register. When she came back she said I'm sorry but I had to put toilet paper in the bathroom!!!! I just tried to ignore that. That night I decided that I'd never go to that Taco Bell location again for several reasons; lack of cleanliness and lack of judgment on the part of management. My problem is with the young woman who could have done that job herself. Now I learn that last night two Lee County Sheriff's Officers were denied service at that same location.
