This is a great Taco Bell! They are always so quick! If I go around lunchtime, I can be in and out of the drive thru in about 5 minutes. Great service and the food is always hot and fresh. Plus, it is clearly a new building, so it looks nice and clean. One of the best I have been to! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went to order at the drive through and asked if we could get a minute to order. After she asked 6 times if we were ready, then comes someone else through the mic asking if we're ready with an attitude?? Mind you, we sat at the drive through for less than 3 minutes looking at the menu. So we asked if there was a hurry which then led to probably 4 different people CUSSING at us saying to pull up to the window and we could "fight it out". Where fighting came from? I have no idea, but the taco bell workers tonight sure do. To make it even better, as we're leaving, the workers are all hanging out the window yelling at us for simply asking if there was a rush! This place is a joke. I'm driving through to see family, 8pm on a Wednesday. I pull up and the lady legit said to me "sorry we have a 30 minute wait for all beef, chicken and steak. " okay. I ask for a bean burrito "no, we are not taking any orders at this time". Okay lmfao. I pull through the line, thankfully everyone else left. Tried Taco Bell here for the first time in its new location for dinner tonight. Huge mistake. I ordered online so they'd have a copy of the food list and customizations to look at right in front of them. Didn't help. At all. We ordered 14 separate items from their menu; they got something wrong on every. single. item. Yes, 0 for 14. Speaking of zeroes, I'd give them a zero for the score if Yelp allowed that. And the food, what parts of it we attempted to eat, was horrid. So bad, in fact, that I doubt it would be been good or even okay if they had gotten the order right. This was probably the worst experience I've had. We ordered and then discovered they didn't have napkins and only had 2 sauces(fiery and diablo). We tried getting a refund because we didn't want a few of the burritos ordered because they didn't have our hot sauce of choice. They didn't want to process a refund. Our food came out and the two nacho supremes came out as taco supremes. We asked for the two nacho supreme we ordered and they gave us two triple layer nachos instead. At this point it was a bit ridiculous so we decided to just eat what we had. Despite the dish being fresh from the kitchen, the beans were completely cold. On top of everything the trash bin had old food caked on top of it and all the tables/chairs had the days worth of food still on top(despite us being the only customers in the building/drive through). So as we were reading the menu she was impatient and had an attitude as we ordered. And when we finally got our food the two quesadillas we had got were super skinny and probably have 3 pieces of chicken and each and all cheese. First when ordering I was told that I could not order a quaserito thru the drive thru. I would have to order that online. When I got to the window I asked why that was and they said it was because the quaserito takes too long to make. Which makes no since. Our Quesadilla was the hottest we had in a long time, this is a good thing, and our chicken soft tacos supreme had ample toppings. The only hitch was the wait. With hardly anyone inside nor in the drive through, at lunch time, we still waited about 10 minutes....longer than expected. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Worst experience I've ever had any restaurant. I pulled up to the drive thru and we didn't quite know what we wanted. The cashier mumbles, "can I help you?" I tell her we need a moment. I know what I want so I go ahead and order...I'm interrupted with "is that all?" I tell her no, we are not finished yet. Less than 2 minutes later, "is that all?" So my sister rushed her decision just to get it over with. We are mumbled a total. I look at the screen to confirm. We pulled up to the window. Cashier does not say anything. Does not even make eye contact. I know the total, so I had over the exact amount. She closes the window. When the order is ready, she flings the bag out of the window, and then closes it back quickly. We did not have napkins nor were we asked if we wanted sauce.
