We just went through the line in Tacobell, and were met with rudeness when we went to order our meal. I would expect as a customer to not be told to be quiet in a rude tone and instead for the person to say one moment please, but this was not the case. We were rudely told to be quiet. After that, we asked to change our taco to a burrito in the chicken chulapa meal and were told we could not do so even though we have done it before. The water from the fountain had floaties. Yuck! The food came out with sauces and sour cream smeared all over the outside of the wrappers, and wasn't much better looking on the inside. WTF TACO BELL?! We came here on our way home from the lake, just to pick up a tiny bite, as we were planning on stopping at Chipotle in Jefferson City (about 40 minutes away). We were absolutely starving and couldn't wait, which is why we came here in the first place. We decided to just run in instead of going through the drive-through, because sometimes it's just faster to do it that way. WRONG. There was a short line of people ahead of us when we got in, and a group of people waiting for their food. There was only one worker up front taking orders, but that part was pretty quick. It was the waiting for your food part that was the most ridiculous wait ever. I'm not sure WTF they were doing back there (picking their ass, twiddling their thumbs?) but they definitely were NOT working. How fucking long does it take to make some tacos or burritos? It's all the same shit anyways, right? Cheese here, beans there, unidentified ground food product here. Apparently not for this Taco Bell. It was like they had never before had to serve more than 1 person at a time or something. We ordered at about 1:50ish, and literally LITERALLY did not get our food until almost 2:30!!! We could have been STUFFING OUR FACES at Chipotle by this time! WTF. To even up the score, I stole a soda (I ordered water), and told some customers coming in to not bother, unless they had over half an hour to waste waiting for some shitty tacos. They all quickly left, and were probably enjoying their food wherever they decided to go, before we even got ours. Either my husband and I have mastered the art of standing so still that we are invisible, or this Taco Bell could care less when they've got customers. The place was filthy when we walked in. Maybe they just had a rush before us. Not always an establishments fault. I can look past those things when the staff is friendly but the cashier was anything BUT friendly. The receipt said her name was Emily. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I'm not sure if that was her name or not. She didn't smile, didn't greet us, and we heard her lecturing more than one employee while we ate. Sounded like they were having staffing issues because we heard one of the employees say to another that someone wasn't there yet for their shift. I get it, that sucks, but don't be angry at your patrons. At one point, an employee was trying to clean up the dining room and Emily yelled at her and said she needed to be back in the kitchen. They had at least 5 employees working. Maybe they really did need her but Emily was less than tactful. She needs a lesson on customer service. read more

When there and ordered a nacho bell grande and two bean burritos fresco. The guy in the drive thru didn't even know what fresco was. So he just put no cheese and then added tomato with a $1.50 up charge. Ordering something fresco doesn't cost anything. When we explained what we wanted he still didn't understand and argued that that was something Taco Bell didn't offer. We finally just said give us three regular bean burritos. He left the no cheese on the order board we told him that we wanted cheese he just read the total and disconnected. So when we got to the window we once again tried to say we just wanted the three regular bean burritos if they didn't have fresco. The man at the window said our food was already made and they would have to remake them; we said okay. Then a manager said they would only remake them is we paid for them. I politely said I wasn't going to pay for their mistake and we just took the wrong food. Once we had left and began to eat I opened my nacho bell grande and it had no tomatoes and all the chips were broke. And insult to injury they didn't even provide napkins or utensils so I couldn't even eat the nacho bell grande. read more

Seriously suckssss azz always forgetting food in the orders. Sometimes they even add the wrong things into my order. Especially because I worked there for like about two weeks and the management was horrible and the staff are not respectful. I worry they've even spit in the food or not washing hands as they should. Also because I have worked there, I know the behind the scenes and let me tell you it really is disgusting. The health of others is well SHOULD be their #1 priority and they do not take the respectful proper steps to insuring the safety of others. Really think there needs to be a very deep inspection of the place. Maybe have someone go undercover as an employee and observe everything. The food is not worth it.
