Usually have a decent experience at this location. Don't have too complicated of an order, but it typically has a 50/50 chance of coming out right. The only plus side is that the employees are usually really nice and will apologize and correct your order. I just wish it was right the first go-around. Typically the food always comes out tasting fresh too, and I've maybe only ever had one issue the multiple times I've been here. I do not know if my tastes have changed over the years or that Taco Bell has drastically declined over the years, but this particular visit to Taco Bell was rather dismal and disappointing. I ordered two of the Doritos Taco Locas Supreme, a potato taco (the potato taco was off of the dollar value menu) and a chipotle ranch chicken thing (off the two dollar value menu). Taco Bell used to be a cheap food option, but not anymore. This meal was just about nine dollars. Certainly not a cheap meal for four small items (no drink or anything), just two tacos at almost three dollars each (I believe that each taco was $2.79), an item off of their dollar value menu and one item off of their two dollar value menu. This is a problem with a lot of fast food places is that their prices are no longer even close to cheap. I could have ate at Chipotle and been more satisfied and more full for cheaper. I could have went to a Mexican restaurant and ate a better meal for less money. I do not eat at Taco Bell often, maybe every year or two, but again, either the quality slipped or my tastes changed. I hate to say it, but sometimes late at night or early in the morning nothing beats the Bell. This particular location is fast and the staff is friendly. I was not inebriated but still had that once a year craving for tacos. I had a soft taco supreme and a chicken chalupa. Tasted great and the drive through staff was nice for the 30 seconds we interacted lol. It's faSt food and it's Taco Bell so you know what your gonna get. It's delicious and a guilty pleasure at the same time. I'd still go back aardvark I know I will. Good food at reasonable prices. Yesterday I went to this Taco Bell Location and I bought 10 suprime tacos and 4 regular tacos. When I arrived to my house I was surprised because they just give me 11 tacos and all of them regulars, so today I went back to the store in the same shift and I talked with Justin "The Manager" and I ask if I can get my money back, just the difference of course and his answer was very simple "NO I CAN'T, IF YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING CALL MY BOSS JOHN" and he gave me his phone number, of course John is no answering his phone. If you want to eat real Mexican food go to a place I just knew last week, the name is "Chilito Green" they are in south Semoran just between Lee Vista and Hazeltine National Dr and they are the best tacos I ever had "JUST DELICIOUS AND SUPER CLEAN". Best I can give this place is a 2 star. The last 4 times I have gone to order from thrm, they have either shorted me at least an item or made something not what I ordered. This location was pretty great, but I'm beyond frustrated with them now as I can easily say without exaggeration 8 out of the last 10 times I've gone to this location, they have messed up my order! I go out of my way to repeat my order to them before approaching the window, then once again before handing over my debit card and yet still there's constant disappointment each time. They always say and confirm that they've got it right and then it's not. You can't go here and ask for anything to be removed or added to your order because they will simply ignore it and give it to you how they want to. So I went to this location during my 30 minute lunch break. After spending 15 mins in the drive thru line, when I approach the speaker there's a handwritten sign that says they can't accept credit card and to walk into the establishment. At this point I was annoyed because there were literally 2 cars in front of me and it took them 15 minutes to get them out the drive through. So when I asked "Are you still not accepting card". An associate rudely answered me and said "No we can't take your card. There's no one in here, so just come inside". There was no I apologize for the inconvenience or anything. So now there's still a car in front of me and I have about 10 mins left. Long story short, they took an additional 5 mins to get that car out and I still didn't get lunch.
