There's bad customer service and then there is this location. In recent visits I had them completely lose my mobile order, with no history of it. Causing me to have to give them the order all over again and having to wait for it to be made. The latest was me placing another mobile for in store pickup. I go had to wait several minutes before anyone came to the counter. Gave the guy my name, he hit a few things on the computer and said it would be a few minutes. I stood and waited, while they fixed drive thru orders. The same guy finally came back to counter to only hand me my food that was setting there waiting when I came in! When they have completely forgotten to make your food and are handing out orders for people that came in after you and if you try to say something they lie and tell you that they're working on your order. They will never fess up and tell the truth that they just overlooked it. Generally this location sucks and it's no wonder why it only has two stars. Some wanted Chick-Fil-A, some wanted Taco Bell. They do this every week at Chipotle/McDonalds and other co-located restaurants that actually want customer business. They parked at the edge of Taco Bell lot, walked into CFA first. Came back to get the Taco Bell and the car was towed. It's a Tesla, so cameras show the time stamps and they had to have called nearly immediately. Would not give daughter manager's name or tell her where the car was towed. Then threatened to have the group trespassed by calling the police. Towing company also damaged the car. Absolutely unhinged behavior from this business and employees. Stay far away. This might have been my best Taco Bell experience. Normally I just get Taco Bell via the drive thru or Door Dash, but today I was running around and I thought I'd eat there. The staff was friendly, the restaurant & bathroom was clean, but most importantly, the food was hitting. The Mexican Pizza I ordered was amazing. The Bean Burrito was perfect. Taco Bell holds a special place in my heart. Every Sunday evening, I'd open the doors to that heavenly oasis of Bean Burritos, Gordita Supremes, and the long lost Choco-Taco (RIP to the 90's). Many a time in that swivel chair as a wee tot I'd look out and see cars driving by the interstate and wonder "What if I was left here alone? What if my parents weren't around and I had to befriend the Chihuahua mascot of the establishment to survive? Worse yet, what if Gidget (that was the dog's name for anyone born after 2009) and I were abducted by one of those mysterious cars and never be able to see the simplistic beauty of a soft taco ever again???". Fast forward a few decades, and I seem to have found that perfect location! You best believe when I heard about a young girl being stranded at a Taco Bell, something within the cobwebs of my childhood memory ignited. Upon arrival, I was greeted hand in hand with the majestic bell logo on the building and a tow sign in my parking spot. It's as if Oprah Winfrey showed up and said "You get a tow sign! You get a tow sign! Everyone gets a tow sign!" And apparently, they take their parking VERY seriously! So seriously, that an aforementioned teenage girl had her car towed for parking in their establishment for less than 30 minutes. I noticed another gentleman recently posted a review about a similar experience which occurred with his daughter at the same place. While I don't know if the two instances are related (don't want 45/47 coming at me with the "you are fake news" Line), I think it's safe to say that stranding a young girl at a location near a busy interstate is not a good look. AT ALL. I understand towing vehicles if they're left for hours on end. But let's be honest, if you're eating a Chicken Quesadilla and then pounding a Baja Blast, you're gonna be Baja Blasting that porcelain throne for more than 30min. By the time you get out, your car will be gone, and you'll be having the same thoughts I did as a child, only yours will be sadder, because you won't have Gidget to hold in your moment of fear. Taco Supreme was 'wet', the lettuce was watered down or something. Cheese, what cheese? My Burrito Supreme was 90% beans, no sour cream, hardly any beef, onion or cheese. The outside of it had grease and tomato chunks stuck to it. The Diet Pepsi was not mixed correctly. Then they have a boom box playing Latin/Hispanic music loudly and they have the piped in music playing loud out in the dining area. This business will TOW any persons car in their parking lot that walks over to Chick-fil-a....Including my 16 year old daughter and her friend. Left them stranded. After my daughter realized her car was gone (in tears) she went into Taco Bell and asked if they had cameras. All the manager did was hand her a tow service card. From the time stamp of Life 360 of her arriving to getting towed was 28 minutes. Definitely targeted teenagers. There were only 8 cars total in the parking lot and ZERO people in drive thru. The tow service told me they tow about 3 cars per week here. Talked to who I think is a regional manager and totally backed up Taco Bells response in leaving my daughter stranded, "We have to protect our business". They'll protect their business to the point of pissing everyone off that nobody will go to the Blackbob taco bell. Btw its $270 if anyone gets their car towed. Done with TB all together. read more

She told an employee who is 8 months pregnant to get up and stop being lazy. like have some common decency. This parking lot is a mess. It's located in a super busy shopping center, right next to Chick-fil-A. The minimally-controlled intersection makes it difficult to get in and out, especially on busy days. My need for Taco Bell food caused me to forget the logistics of ingress and egress at this location. I got my two burritos quickly and then got stuck trying to leave the lot. I ended up turning right to avoid the traffic that was on my left and driving behind the entire shopping center complex to get out of the place. The food was great, my order was perfect, but unless it's the dead of night, I probably will avoid this tricky location. read more

I took one for the team and tried the waffle taco! Overall this Taco Bell is a good location. The staff is almost always friendly and very nice. They keep the line moving well. They are fantastic at getting the orders right. If the parent company didn't use such cheap product this would be a better rating. They are now serving breakfast. Taco Bell could have really hit it out of the park with their breakfast offerings. What could be better than a waffle, eggs, cheese, and meat of choice all wrapped into a tidy handheld on the go option? Sadly, the waffle taco fails. Although I am not suppose to be eating this stuff, I had to try one. The two bites I took were enough. Syrup comes on the side. This is not good for an on the go breakfast. They should have built the waffle with the syrup cooked into it like the McGriddle. The bacon is not fresh cooked. It is real bacon bits, but not good quality. Very chewy. The fact that they don't bother throwing some bacon in the microwave and cooking it and then chopping it up, or slapping it on a griddle makes me wonder if the eggs are delivered already cooked also. The waffle and bacon overwhelmed the egg so I really can not tell for sure. I will stop and give the other breakfast items a try sometime in the future. Especially if they keep the absolutely delightful drive through gentleman who I am kicking myself for not remembering his name and I can not find my receipt. I am pretty sure it started with an "M." He is fabulous, has a bit of sass, and just friendly as can be. As I said earlier this store does well at hiring good people. This place has become riddled with morons and terrible management. They have their radio blaring and pay no attention to anybody inside. They are covering their ears when trying to hear the person in drive thru because of the obnoxious music. I could not believe that they make tacos that rival bonito Michoacan, and they come with a lime? I tell you what: My people (Mexicans) work in a lot of taco bells and I believe that they finally listened to their employees to bring something authentic to the table, and it is working. You have your choice of 3 different types of meat: Carne Asada, Pollo or Barbacoa. I am not a fan of the Barbacoa and I am not a fan of it anywhere else either. The Carne Asada is good, but the Pollo is very good and rarely ever get Pollo. It comes in a doubled up corn tortilla. You can get 3 of them and a drink for under $5. so i just placed a mobile order with this location and my order was incorrect. i hate to be that annoying customer and come back through, but im vegan and there was steak on my burrito. so we came back through the drive. the gal running the window at 9pm on the 12th was SO SO sweet and apologetic. she even offered us free drinks and a coupon. i didn't catch her name but she seriously deserves a raise. the rest of the food was also nice and warm!! seriously impressed with my customer service experience bc i never expect much at fast food places, but that team member seriously went above and beyond for us! i really appreciate it :) read more

Yep, I'm reviewing a T-Bell. Why you ask? Meh, why not. Honestly, I go here once a year...maybe twice if I'm REALLY drunk. That's despite the fact that it's merely 3 minutes from my house. So, basically, I'm not a big fan of T-Bell food. The food here is no better nor worse than any other T-Bell. However, I've noticed the service here is consistently awesome. This is my favorite Taco Bell. Didn't use to like their food but bow I love it. You're wasting your money if you don't order on the app. You get a free Doritos Locos Taco with an app order and the Baja Blast freezes are always 1.00. The employees are always exceptionally nice and the restaurant is about as clean as you could want. Check your order though because mine have been screwed up before I think they're still adapting to the mobile order system. read more
