I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this Taco Bell. I sat in the drive-through for over an hour--yes, an entire hour--just to get a simple order. By the time I finally reached the window, I was already annoyed, but I figured at least I'd be going home with the food I asked for. Nope. I specifically said NO SAUCE in my cheese quesadilla. Not complicated. Not confusing. Just don't put sauce on it. And of course, what do I get? A quesadilla absolutely drenched in sauce. After waiting an hour, it's honestly unbelievable that they couldn't even get a basic request right. This was a complete waste of time, money, and patience. The cashier was friendly & I received my drive thru order fairly quickly. The girl at the window didn't speak, so I doubt she was the friendly one taking the order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla & a strawberry lemonade slushee. It was good for fast food. I'd go back. read more

I got to the Taco Bell, and the speaker didn't recognize my motorcycle. I went inside and Jamal (sp.?) was in there first thing in the morning w a smile on his face ready to help. It's a new Taco Bell, so everything is clean and new. The food was great. Nothing to complain about. I was just really impressed by this gentleman's service, his demeanor, and his ability to take care of customers with the quickness. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE. I was a food service worker for 7 years, it's tough. But Jamal greeted me with customer service that was exactly what I would try to provide to my guests. read more

Based on Drive thru experience only. You would think that Taco Bell would manage their staff to be ready for the drive thru rush after they close their lobby on a Saturday Evening. However this Taco Bell fell way short of that. Almost an entire 45 minute wait and I have yet to receive my food as I have time to take pictures and post an entire review of my experience. I always feel bad leaving really negative reviews for fast food places but oh my god it's hard not to for this location. I usually pop by after the gym for some quick carbs from the power bowl they serve and so far every time has been an issue. The worker never sees my mobile order and after about a 15 minute wait finally pops up with it and I head out. Today was the final straw that led me to writing this review, me and multiple customers came to this location and were waiting for like 10 minutes and never were spoken to. All the lights are on but no one is home literally, is anyone even staffed here half the time?? I ordered my mobile and drove up to the window and waited for another 10 minutes and literally nobody came out to speak to me. What a joke! read more

Terrible service, I've had issues with service and food quality here before but nothing as simple as this morning. I accidentally showed up before open and instead of simply saying we don't open till 7 the manager/employee inside just shut the lights off. You guys don't have a hard job. You take orders, make the order, check the order, hand it to the customer. With that being said, how you tried to charge me for a combo when I requested water as a drink was the first red flag, then I had to ask your drive thru attendant to fix my order and just charge me for the meal since you didn't have bottled water, the second red flag was when you didn't verify my order before you handed it to me, the third red flag was when I came back through the drive thru at 1000pm tonight because you forgot a portion of my order and not only did you not apologize on the initial conversation when I commented that a portion of my order was missing, your cashier didn't even speak to me when she handed me the missing item. Worst part is I went out of my way to be overly pleasant tonight when I initially drove up. I asked your cashier how she was doing, told her I was glad to hear she was having a good night but when you screw up my order three times management needs to ask themselves what they are doing wrong that you're teaching your employees to overcharge, send out incomplete orders and be rude about the mistake vice just saying "I'm really sorry for that, let me get that fixed right away". Why post a yelp review, because your employees and your leadership needs a wake up call. Treat others as you wanted to be treated, and teach them to take pride and be grateful they have a job vice taking it for granted. read more

This is the second slowest taco bell in existence. I waited in a "fast food" drive through for 7 minutes from the time I was handed my receipt until the time I received MOST of my food. It was a really easy order too, so I made the mistake of not checking until I got home and realized they had forgotten my son's food. It was going to be a much longer and more difficult order, but the guy working the call box kept cutting me off and then finally told me my total while I was still ordering so I guess I had reached the amount of food he was going to allow me to order... Maybe spend a little more time making food and a little less flirting with your female coworkers in full view of the drive-thru window? read more

9/22 around 7:45a. I order my food and i see a employee outside picking up trash with blue latex gloves on. And when i pull around he runs into the building. I get my food and I see the same blue gloves give the drive thru employee my food. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS, and he USED THE SAME GLOVES that he picked trash up with and made my food. I couldnt complain then because I was in a. rush to get to work at 8a. SOMEONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED, hand washing is not hard to follow. read more

They were very friendly. I ordered 3 items and they were made well. Whenever I go to taco bell they are stingy with the ingredients in the tacos. I absolutely hate paying to get a chicken quesadilla or chalupa with barely any chicken. This location actually made the tacos with a lot of meat, lettuce and cheese which I loved. They were not stingy on sauce either. Everything was good but the wait time for the drive-thru could definitely improve. I think maybe they were understaffed tonight. This was my very first visit at this location so I don't know that for certain. I will definitely visit them again when I don't feel like cooking after a long work day. read more

This is by far the best Taco Bell I have ever been too! They have the best staff to deal with. When you walk in, you are greeted a friendly greeting and smile. It doesn't matter if you are in the drive thru or in person, these folks really enjoy their jobs. Rather you work at Taco Bell or own your own Fortune 500 company, if you don't like your job, fake it in front of your customers or find another job. If these folks are faking it, they need to be professional actors & actresses. My last visit was very interesting. I noticed they went up on their taco supreme. I'm not sure if others complained about it or what. But this is what I ordered and returned to the office. I promise you, it was the thickest, most delicious made soft taco supreme I have ever had! Tried the new steak nachos there. More than half the chips had no toppings on them. Maybe a teaspoon of pico. And despite the advertising of 2X the streak, I think I could count 6 small chunks of steak. Then the drink. I nicely asked for "light ice" twice, but the cup was filled to the lid with ice. I couldn't even insert the straw! So my large "drink" was about 3 sips, maybe 6 ounces.... A total ripoff by ineffective, unattentive staff and manager. If these places can't get this easy stuff right... it's their only job, to put the right food, made right, in a bag, with DUH, napkins AND a fork they probably will need, then WE consumers need to stop patronizing these ripoff joints who don't care to make things right read more

I've been here on a number of occasions during lunch and have left so impressed every time!! That's saying a lot considering how hectic fast food places get during lunch. But the lady who takes the order through drive through is patient and helpful and really pleasant which is SO rare. The staff at this Taco Bell has always been really friendly. today the lady at the drive thru was so upbeat and friendly you couldn't help but have a smile on your face after speaking with her. this location has never screwed up my order and if I'm craving cheap Mexican or my daughter wants tacos it's a convenient and friendly. I have given this Taco Bell many tries and it seems they fail everytime. I am constantly leaving wether it's drive thru or going inside with missing food, or a order is never correct when it comes to something as simple as no sour cream.
