Wife got the Nacho Bell Grande. Looks like it was made from the bottom of the chip box. Not full size chip in the whole thing. Had to eat it with a fork because the chips were so tiny. I had a 5 layer burrito. Supposed to be beef, beans, sour cream, cheese, and cheese sauce. I dismantled it and could find only a hint of beef. It was 90% beans. This is, without question, the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had -- and I've had some bad ones. I waited over 30 goddamn minutes for one quesadilla. Not a full meal, not a combo, not a family order. One. Quesadilla. When I finally got it, it was uncut, sloppy, and barely wrapped -- like they just threw it in the bag mid-shift meltdown. I took a bite and almost choked trying to rip it apart with my teeth because it wasn't cut. While struggling not to suffocate, the jalapeño sauce squirted straight into my eye. I'm not exaggerating -- I had to sit there dabbing spicy sauce out of my burning eyeball while the staff in the back was too busy laughing and screwing around to notice (or care). The lobby looked like a DMV with zero organization. Customers were waiting 40+ minutes, asking about their food and getting completely ignored. The employees were acting like they were at a sleepover -- yelling, cracking jokes, doing everything BUT working. No urgency. No apology. No pride in anything they're doing. Just pure chaos and laziness. It's honestly shocking this place is still open. Whoever's supposed to be in charge clearly isn't. The ONLY reason this review isn't somehow worse is because of Jane. She's the only employee I saw actually trying. She was respectful, moving fast, and looked like she gave a damn -- which is more than I can say for the rest of the team. If it weren't for her, this place would be a total dumpster fire. If you value your time, your food, your dignity, or your eyeballs, avoid this location at all costs. Taco Bell corporate needs to come shut this circus down or at least send a manager with a pulse. I'd give it zero stars if I could. read more

Horrible service, got my order incorrect and I asked for a refund and the correct food, they said we can't do refunds during lunch even though there were no cars in the line. Gave me more food I didn't want even though I asked for a steak grilled cheese burrito. Food was cold. Highly recommend to not go to this location. read more

Always screw up an order. Never actually make a burrito or quesadilla the way they are supposed to be made. Make sure the Mexican pizza at the bottom of the bag so it can be crushed. Worst Taco Bell location I've ever been too. They can't seem to get anything right. The wait in line would be tolerated if I knew my order was actually going to be right. I'm vegetarian, so I ordered the black bean Crunchwrap. My gut told me to look before biting into it, but I didn't and to my displeasure it was a meat Crunchwrap. I know mistakes happen, but this has happened to me multiple times. At this point, I just see it as laziness when the same mistake has happened multiple times. It's one of the few fast food places that offers vegetarian options, so it's frustrating that they can't even get an order right based on the customers dietary preferences. read more

I'm a Newaygo resident and have been for years and it's sad to see how down hill this place has gone. The service is always slow no matter what, the people are usually nice but seem to not quite understand the fast part of fast food. They are about to close for a renovation and the food they are selling is borderline inedible. They are out of lettuce and tomatoes and instead of doubling the meat on the tacos they sell they don't and you get 1/4 of a taco full of meat with cheese sprinkled. Same for the chalupas. Like I get they are out of things but least you could do is double the meat if your going to charge me full price for something with just cheese and meat not even filling half the shell. I've worked in fast food before in my life and I would never have run my shift that way & felt comfortable charging people for crap food like that. It's unethical and disappointing. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell location I've had the displeasure of frequenting. They are consistently messing up orders. Over the course of maybe 15 Drive-thru visits, they majorly messed up my order 7 times requiring me to go in and get it fixed. Today, I stood for probably 5 minutes waiting to order (there was nobody in front of me) and watched three dumbfounded employees fail to figure out a simple problem and just stand around looking at each other in a stupor before a competent person stepped in. In that 5 minutes, I wasn't even acknowledged. I walked out. I will go back, because Newaygo has poor variety for restaurants (it's a small town with THREE national burger joints). The food was good but our order was all sorts of wrong. We ordered a taco variety box, some other random stuff from Taco Bell and box of chicken and a couple of sides from KFC at the drive through. Instead of a variety pack we got 12 of the exact same tacos. Instead of getting gravy to go with the family size mashed potatoes they gave us mashed potatoes and gravy. It's co-located with a KFC. The smothered burrito had a strange taste, like the beef was standing around too long. No senior discount on drinks. I was charged $1.10 for chips with no cheese. We've had bad experience going through the drive thru, so we decided to go inside... first off: took 25 mins to get three tacos, a famous bowl and a steak quesadilla. Secondly, wow! What an immature staff. Boh goofing off, snapping each other with towels, yelling and screaming... I am a manager of a restaurant and if I would have seen that go on, someone would have a right up!! HOLY F***!!! I've never been to prison, but I almost went tonight. We've been in the car for 10 hours today, so were thrilled when we finally saw signs of civilization and this KFC/Taco Bell combo. Civilization, yes. But no intelligent life in sight. Ordered our food at 9:10pm. Three beefy fritos burritos and a crunchwrap. Half a dozen orders come in after ours, three of which (all KFC orders) came well before our food. I've worked at a KFCBell before, so I know KFC side generally comes quicker. Waited and waited for what seemed like quite a while. Decided to check my watch, and it was 9:23pm... THIRTEEN MINUTES and still no food. Walked up to the counter to try and get someone's attention, but the teenage cashier was too busy flirting with the sports team girls that had came in (all of which got their food before us) and the 8 other workers apparently had their heads so far up their own asses they forgot where they were or how to do their job. Another few minutes later, some kid comes up to the counter with a KFC bag, strutting like a rooster, staring at the girls before finally calling out an order number. He looks at us blankly. It was our order number but the food was in a KFC bag and it wasnt outside the realm of expectation to have them had f***ed up that royally. Before I could even ask, he goes, "crunchwrap, bean burritos?" As if I'd gone out of my way to inconvenience him. Was too angry to even tell this kid that we didn't order bean burritos. Just took the bag and left. Fortunately the order was correct, but I've lost not only my appetite but my faith in this generation. Think outside the box? Try just thinking.
