Cold food, long line while employees smoke weed outside, very slow service and rude employees!

No food, No refund. Ordered on the mobile app like normal and went up to the drive thru. I noticed other cars pulling up to the speaker and then leaving suddenly. When I pulled up the lady said "sorry we are closed" (they are supposed to be open for another 4 hours) So i told her that I had paid on the mobile app ahead of time and either wanted the order or some kind of instructions to get a refund. Apparently thats too much to ask someone whos on the clock in 2023 she was extremely short and kept saying "we are closed, we are closed i cant help you" All I needed was some kind of info or a manager name or something to get a simple refund and I could not get that. Would not recommend going here just go to another location. read more

The food was good and it was done really fast so I really appreciate that. Only that the physical restaurant looked abandoned and dirty, at least from the outside because I used the drivethru. Also, it seemed that the worker that took my order didn't want to be there, I understand it probably not her favorite job, but I believe she should at least act happy or something, it really does make the difference. I'm 60 yrs old my huband is 62. We are from out of state and here for a friends funeral, went here to pick up a quick dinner. They burnt one of our crunchwraps and the rest of my oder was sitting on the counter for 10 min. waiting for the replacement wrap. I asked the to make my whole order so all of our food would be hot and she said the other would be fine and she was the manager. I said then you can refund my order and i then paid for my sodas ànd she ask why the worker was giving me a new cup, I said beflcause I just paid for the drinks, is thay ok with you. She then told me to get out of her store. I have been in customer service for 40 yrs and this is thr rudest service I've recieved. I told her I was going to report her and she stated go right ahead and get out of my store. We went across to Subway and recieve extremely curteous service.I will never go her agai n when I'm in town and will never recommend them to only. read more

I've only eaten there once, but the experience was the worse Taco Bell experience I have ever had. Slow service late evening, cold food, no napkins or utensils for my #4 Mexican pizza. I spent the next day suspiciously running back and forth to the bathroom. Even though it's the closest (and mostly favored) fast food near my new home, I think I'll be driving further into New Haven when I get the urge for any fast food again. The morning person on Halloween was very polite and respectful. Every time I go there the people are always upbeat and good spirited. Sometime the line can be long, but I think its because they need another Taco Bell in the area because its that great of a place! Based on previous reviews it appears nobody reads them. Teens running the place in slow motion. Most disturbing is the mask requirements. Seems they were told that had to wear them, but not how. Most were being used as chin straps. read more

Service was slow as hell, the food was cold by the time I got home and I only live less then 3 miles away and only hit 2 lights. I thought I would give this location another shot after the last time the employee's caused the entire lobby to fill up with smoke because one did something stupid on the grill. Taco Bell in a whole is going down hill and for what they charge it is just not worth it, I remember being able to buy 2 Supreme Calupa's for lil over $5 now it is like close to $6 and the quality has gone down hill for costing more $$! read more

Attached to a gas station. Service was definitely slow, I was able to walk to the gas station side get a cup of coffee and pay for walk back and still have to wait for my small order.. The establishment was clean. read more

It's not busy and there are six employees here, three of them are on their phones one of them is standing there eating and the other one scratching her face. The only one actually working is the kid in the drive-through at the moment. All of the tables in the dining room are dirty and the trash is full. Our order was correct and our food was hot. Management needs to manage these kids. read more

Pig pen .... Looks like the straw, soda cups and lids blew up . First thing you see is the filthy floor 1/8/16 at 7:15 pm . 6-7 staff all having a ball but nobody can use a broom . Terrible service, food is just thrown together and you'll wait forever and a day on your order and no sauce to go with it unless you get out of your car and go inside and get it yourself. Ordered a Chicken Power Bowl and received a bowl half empty. Manager accused me of turning the bowl on its side. Enough said, never left the counter. Needless to say what their agenda is. Argue with customers and cut food portions in half. I walked away from my paid $9.90 order. Avoid this rip-off joint, unless like you having tacos and burritos with nothing in them.
