I called for 3 hrs to make sure we could Get in because it is gave a Busy signal the whole time. So we took the chance and went down. Nobody was in there. We did choose to stay. But was so disappointed with the service. They had us put the tables together. Which is okay. Did not ask if we needed anything else to drink. And barely acknowledge that we were even there. Other people came in and they went to the table and talked to them again while walking right past us. We were very nice and polite and we didn't even make a fuss about anything that was going on, but I do not think that we'll go back on the inside to eat again. When I arrived on JULY 15, the manager told me that the deadline had passed, and that the last day for that promotion was on JULY 12. I explained to that manager that I came all the way from another part of Kentucky, a three hours' driving commute for nothing. Their management has therefore proven to be unprofessional, irresponsible, and unreliable. The manager did not care.
