Iv always loved taco bell as a kid and this was one of the main places I grew up with, while the atmosphere changed the food really didnt, I never once got sick from this food and the service is great the only thing I will say is that the pop machine is known for acting up sometimes. read more

so I haven't ate at Taco Bell in a long time and decdied to door dash it. mind u every other time I've went to drive thru or door dash something's always wrong with the order. every single time they burn the heck out of the quesadillas and the nacho fries are not seasoned enough or over cooked or sat there to long. I got the cantina quesadill for my door dash hoping for the best and it was Burnt and part of the shell was to hard to even eat. not enough cantina chicken and didn't cut it plus it fell apart. I'm just never gonna get hope for this store ever again honestly need new management and the workers need watched on making the food. when I worked there I was 25 weeks pregnant working 11 hour shifts whitch I picked up but they would never give me a lunch break or a 10 min break. Ordered online. Waited 45 minutes and then they decided when I checked on it they said they had lost it. Then when I got my order the food was burnt. The manager and the person out front was rude. Absolutely TERRIBLE service! I stood inside this establishment for OVER an hour waiting on ONE DoorDash. The employees AND managers were extremely rude to me saying that I could not stand up there and wait and that I needed to go to a table & wait for the DoorDash to get done. They were extremely nasty towards me after that. The people that I doordashed to also told me that the food was ice cold & not right. I do not recommend going here! read more

Had their breakfast Crunchwrap box for the first time today and it was okay. Sauce was completely on one side of the crunch wrap which I have this problem every time I get any crunch wrap. the hash brown in the crunch wrap and the one I had by itself was over cooked and was WAY too crunchy. I used to work and manage fast food therefore, I hate to be too harsh on fast service eateries. That aside, this Taco Bell is the worst I've ever been to. When you pull into the parking lot be prepared to wait 30 minutes or longer from start to finish with a line. For the past 3 times the food has been either cold or hot and soggy no in between. Employees hesitate well after dark to turn on the lights outside or the menu lights. Staff have been friendly but this place needs work. Better drive times and better food. read more

Food is almost always wrong, staff is poor and seems like they have no clue what they're doing. It will take you about 30 minutes to get through this drive thru and even longer if you go inside. When you call to complain management doesn't seem to care at all. I think they're just used to the complaints. All in all its a Taco Bell but this one is not the owner of this franchises best.
