I typically have a good experience here. The ladies that take the drive thru orders are very nice. Especially the younger black girl. As with all Taco Bells they act like cheese and meat are gold and don't give ya much ...mostly lettuce but that's the way it is now. For a Taco Bell this one is much better than most. Took 30 mins for food. Got order wrong twice so I had to wait. Left out one item and left out the sides of sauce they charged me for.

I have yet to get a chalupa that isn't pasty white and chewy. I just quit going. The staff seems nice but I really just need the food to be done right. It's not like you're cooking beef Wellington in there. read more

if there were half a star option I would have put that I go to this location quite often since I work right next door came through the drive through today order their new loaded fries ask and paid for guacamole to be added drove back to work to find there was non added. came back in asked for it to be added since it's a dollar extra the man took my dish and added about half a scoop. I just had the most degrading and unwelcoming experience that I literally had to tell you all. This was at the Mount Juliet location on Belinda PKWY. As soon as we walked in they just looked at us like we were peasants, I asked for two waters and the manager Maria said nothing just slid them over like it was a big deal ... to ask for water? While waiting for are food that we ordered on the kiosk they were staring at us and watching us and talking verbally about us I could hear them and they were laughing at us. I hear them say "we should've gave them smaller baby waters" "hurry up and get them out of it here" then I saw the manager in the back make a hand movement go the cook "shooing someone away" and he turns and does it to us not thinking I was looking... then his disposition changed when he realized I just saw him do that. Our order comes out and we just quickly look in it and the manager says "what's the problem" and I said we're just missing the cinnamon twist." And she says nothing goes and the man the shoo'd me away dropped them in the bag... they then continued to talk about us in a volume of voice in which we could hear. Great service experience- bad food experience. All three of my Doritos Loco's tacos tasted like they were dipped in Mountain Dew or something similar, and I am not a fan of Mountain Dew or anything similar; it was really gross. They were t filled as much as I'd like. The Rice and beans are usually filled basically to the top of the container, but it was barely halfway filled. Really good flavor. Not enough of it at all. I usually share it with my dog, but there was so little I just gave him the whole thing, other than my bite when I tried it. It made him go to the bathroom a lot right after, and he usually doesn't do that after eating the same thing. read more

Came in on a Sunday after church like we normally do. Today the wait was absolutely ridiculous. We must have waited 20+ minutes for our food. There was a line of people waiting for their food. Other folks in front of us got a refund amd left, which is what we should've done. Guess they must have been short handed. Very disappointing. The young man offered a verbal apology for the wait. That was it. This will be our last visit! Very unfortunate. read more

Whoever was the only cashier on June 25th around 11:00 a.m. is absolutely amazing! We stopped to eat there before heading to Nashville and she was so nice. Will most likely go there again in the future near. read more

Love taco Bell food, but we waited in the drive thru line for about 35 minutes. When we finally got to the window she handed us a bag that was missing two of our orders, and didn't even give us our drinks. She finally gave us our large drinks only to fill it half way. Didn't give us napkins or a fork for the fiesta bowl. Everything was half assed. The food wasn't terrible though but the service it outrageous. read more

We went through the drive thru November 12, 2017. This is a great place to eat. The food is fresh, fast and delightfully tasty. The property is clean the staff is warm and appreciate our business. An item was left off of our order and when I talked to the manager he said that he would make a record and see that we get that item on our next visit. I'm satisfied with his response. read more
