I tried to give this place another chance after the last time everything we got was cold. So here we go again.... The chalupa meat and all the ingredients were very cold. Not room temperature but cold, cold. The bread was stale and hard. Both burritos and the bowl we got were also cold. I'm not sure what is going on here but the employee are not doing their job (or at least the bare minimum) and management is clearly absent. They are a bunch of kids who just don't care. I cannot believe what we just experienced at this location! We placed a mobile order at 7:27pm( in the drive through) we reached the window at 7:59 I had already paid for my order so I couldn't just leave. When I got to the window the guy looked and handed me my food with an attitude and when I said something like this has taken forever! He said you get what you pay for .....and slams the window. WILL SOMEONE AT HEADQUARTERS PLEASE DO SOMETHING THIS LOCATION IS INSANE. They should not be able to speak to people this way and I was not being rude or nasty I get it but come on!! Got a Mexican pizza the other night and this is it. Cheese wasn't melted and the middle wasn't mixed. Not only did I get this atrocity but the tacos that came with it had the sour cream ONLY in the middle of the shells and the shells itself were very stale. Every time I go to this location there's a problem whether it's forgotten food or the food is made wrong or it just tastes foul. This happens whether they're super busy or there could be 2 cars in the drive thru and that's if they're even open because of their extremely weird hours or they will be out of basically everything. Overall this place sucks and the employees need actual training and maybe not just a bunch of high schoolers who don't care about their jobs. read more

Came at 0900 this morning. Got a deluxe cravings box and iced coffee. No problem with substituting the drink. Service was fast.. Food was hot and the coffee was solid. It may depend on time of day, but I can tell you the morning service is way above par. read more

Just have to admit it sometimes we all crave Taco Bell. When you are craving Taco Bell, the food hits the spot. They have tons of options, and I like that they added the breakfast to their line. This Taco Bell is neat and clean with friendly employees which you frequently don't find in the fast food industry. They are also pretty accurate on the drive through portion I to have noticed. It's also a modern up to date Taco Bell. They have a tendency to get busy and have a smaller lot sometimes where while in line for the drive through you are blocking cars that are parked and trying to get in and out of spaces. read more

This Taco Bell sucks. The past three times I've ordered triple layer nachos they have not failed to mess them up one way or another. I added tomato + sour cream. They forgot the sour cream. Next time they forgot the tomatoes & the THIRD time they put fucking beef on it. I'm a vegetarian. Management is lacking. Employees are not that bad. But the minute you try and get your WRONG order replaced, its like you are pulling teeth.

This is the slowest drive thru I have ever been in. I waited for 35 minutes in line, thought maybe they were just swamped. The next time was worse 45 minutes. There's not fast food in this drive thru. read more

Could be better overall, and for myself directly, I had no issues with my order, but they skipped (lost order) someone ahead of me, which tended to underscore a major issue here. The customers overall add to the demise of this location. When they call out names for orders completed, and call out "Stoner" and 5 people respond...well wnough said. Then there was the fuy who needed a bag when he cleared out the entire sauce display (who needs 50-75 packets of saice?)! The BEST reason to come here was the cashier. Kaiah was friendly, even making it her responsibility to tend to the guy who's order was skipped (once she noticed). Her smile and level of customer service was worrh a 5 alone. Why she works here is a mystery to me. She belongs on America's Next Top Model. Even in her ugly uniform, her beauty was engaging enough I had to return a 2nd time....and I live an hour away! i came here with my friend on a trip once. place was clean, workers were nice, and the food was great. would recommend.

We stopped in to try their breakfast. Found the taco, hash brown, cinnabons, and burritos were all good. I found them really filling and worth the dollar menu price. I will be trying this out again. read more
