Who are these folk coming out to write a 1 star review on Taco-Bell. You should be at a F'ng Taco Bell at 1 am dead drunk and if you are not, well cheap ass tacos should be the last of your worries . You get what you come here for, best Drank Food ever. Only complaint and loss of star super-super slow service, be prepared for a 45 min wait at a min. But other than that best $20 drank you will ever spend. read more

Taco Bell - Menu - Tacos Near Me - Monmouth Junction, New Jersey

never come to this Taco Bell ever on route one we ordered our food at 10 o'clock and we spent $50. Our food never came. We didn't get a refund and we were in a rush so we had to leave the drive-through 45 minutes later I went to go pick up the food inside. There was no one working there. The employees were dropping food on the floor. The entire place was packed. There was no sauce packets. It was sticky so got out of there with nothing what a scam never gave us a refund even thought we paid on app!!! read more

COVID-19's unfortunately put somewhat of a strain on the fast food industry, not just from a labor perspective, but sadly a quality control perspective at times. This Taco Bell is emblematic of both problems, but sadly many more. South Brunswick Township was long begging for a Taco Bell. The nearest Taco Bells were at least a15-20 minute drive, if not more depending on the local traffic. However, an apathetic zoning board denied franchisees the opportunity to build a Taco Bell. It took until 2019 to finally build it. However, the location is one of the worst ones I've ever seen. This location used to be a gas station. Also, the franchisee (who happens to live in the township if you scourge thru public records) must have convinced the zoning board to build the tightest Taco Bell in terms of square footage. Don't be surprised waiting 5-10 mins just to get inside the parking lot. Want to park? Good luck trying to reverse. Want to head onto Route 1 northbound? Good luck making a right turn onto New Road. Such a terribly tight location. Thru COVID-19 and up until recently, the location used to only accept drive-thru orders. Yes, that meant tons of cars in the drive-thru. Clearly, this location doesn't have enough staff working and NOT enough trained staff to handle a large volume of orders that are processed every single day. Simple items like Mexican Pizzas (thank god it's back) take 20-30 minutes. That's just absurd. Then I hear stories of botched orders and it's just sad. I get the labor shortage, but there needs to be WAY better training, teaching, etc. Unfortunately, the franchisee doesn't care because he's minting money. I just can't fathom waiting such a long time just for a basic order of Mexican Pizzas. I may need to venture to a new location. read more

Food ok. Service slow. Put order in at kiosk. Stood aside waiting for order. Others who placed orders after me got theirs before me. Asked latest person on register where my order was. He was very apologetic and said I had to order by the register. Then made sure I then got my order shortly. That said place was clean. read more

Taco Bell - Bean burrito and soft taco - Tacos Near Me - Monmouth Junction, New Jersey

This is the worse experience i have ever encountered at a fast food establishment. The staff was horrible, rude, obnoxious, and literally gave me an attitude because they kept getting my order wrong three times. Each time i went to my car and each time the order was still wrong. My total experience here was $22.** and the amount of time it actually took for them to get my order correct was 32 minutes. Never, never again will i be stopping at this Taco Bell on my way home. read more

Taco Bell - Behind the counter. Line cook not wearing a hair net - Tacos Near Me - Monmouth Junction, New Jersey

Straight Balls. I ordered one taco with just ground beef in it and next thing I know I'm on the toilet for the next 24 HOURS. Then I went in to complain and the worker started yelling and pissing on the floor. The mood was nice in there that's why it got a star! read more

Since this almost Mexican fast feeder replaced an Exxon station that routinely sold gasoline for two to three dollars above the prevailing average, I thought any reasonable replacement couldn't help but be an improvement. I may want to rethink that. Stopped in a few months back and inserted myself right in the middle of a torch wielding mob (when mobs were still allowed) who were clearly unhappy at the wait for their Dorito Cheeto Gordido Grande Whatevers. The chaos behind the counter quickly sated my curiosity and I left. Not a stellar first impression. read more

Service at this Taco bell at New Road, Rt1 location has been amazingly worst always. i have had all possible issues with the order, such a missing burrito in the bag as it was counted wrong , beef instead of beans, slow delivery and untrained workers. Taco Bell - Unkept and I stocked salsa - Tacos Near Me - Monmouth Junction, New Jersey

I have never written a review for a restaurant before but here it is: The only thing consistent with this Taco Bell location is the disappointment. I order on the mobile app and pick up through the drive through. On my last visit it took me 30 minutes to get through the drive through line which consisted of only 3 cars in front of me. There is also always at least one item missing from my order. And that's on a good day. If you are vegan/vegetarian, have any allergies, or make ANY customization to your order i advise you to stay far away from this location. If you substitute black beans for beef you will get beef every time. If you asked for no tomatoes there will be extra tomatoes. As a huge Taco Bell fan (i debating having my wedding at the taco bell cantina), it's probably harder than it should be for me to get to the point where i will no longer return. Like it's very hard to disappoint someone who loves everything on the menu. But i have been disappointed too many times, and will not be returning. read more

I waited 15 mins in line just to place the order... I got in line at 9:10 and paid for it at 9:37.... Employees were dancing and videotaping themselves- I guess having their holiday party while the customers we're waiting in line . We were 10 cars deep and I was 4th on line. Cars were leaving ahead of me without ordering... There was no one but employees inside... I finally get my food and get to the traffic light .. I figure why wait til I get home... 50 feet and it was all cold! The tacos meat was frozen and the lettuce was ice cold. They did NOT warm up the meat long enough before putting it in the soft tortilla --- tortilla was also cold.... I never would ever go back!!! My kids hate Taco Bell so I sneak off and eat it but that's it! M DONE read more

Today was last visit to this Taco Bell. Two previous times we ordered online and waited 20 minutes before picking up. Order wasn't ready and they asked us to wait inside for it! I am a high risk senior and the whole point of ordering in advance to pick up at window is to avoid exposure of going inside. On both occasions we had to wait over another 20 minutes for order. Today's order was 1/3rd the usual size of each item and also missing ingredients! We were so thrilled when Taco Bell came to our neighborhood but, it is the absolute worst place I've ever been to and very poorly run. Bye Monmouth Junction Taco Bell. read more

Last time they didn't have nacho cheese. This time they didn't have beef......BEEF. They know ground beef is the best seller, right? How is that even acceptable? Not reliable. Not acceptable. Can't possibly give a good rating. read more

I feel bad because the manager here is really trying and seems overworked/underpaid, the sad usual of fast food. The kids that work there are disgusting, dirty and do not give a f***. One kid ran his food-prep gloves through his hair, went outside to smoke and loudly exclaimed "this edible ain't it" so thats who is making your food. We got uber eats, missing half the food, ended up going there since it was a pretty big order and we were starving. Got there, they didn't believe us, took 10 mins to call over 3 different people as they ran their hands through all the food and then handed it back to us. When we said we no longer wanted to eat the food they just fondled, they got upset and went to the back to remake the whole order. Took the order home, and it's still all wrong. You get what you pay for, but even then, this isn't it read more

Horrible service!! Order online, specifcally mentioned vegetarian. The people working there still added beef, we asked them replace and show them the order to. The person working there was stubborn, and didn't replace our order. Never coming to this Taco Bell again. read more

Stay away from this new Taco Bell. After living in South Brunswick for 32 years, my dream finally came true when this place was built and opened a few weeks ago. My dream turned into a nightmare but fast. The place has very little seating, the service was awful (average wait when I was there yesterday: 15-20 minutes), order was screwed up, and the food was poorly made. At one point there were so many people inside the place waiting for their food that you couldn't even get near the napkins and utensils station at the front. Maybe they will straighten this place out with time, but until then, stay away. read more

This Taco Bell needs to close down immediately. It's an absolute joke, just like me writing this review right now over a Taco Bell. But seriously, since this location has opened and I've been coming, they've NEVER gotten a SINGLE order correct. They ALWAYS forget sauce. They are so wildly slow that there is always a line wrapped around the entire building as if they were busy, when in reality it's because they think moving at a glacial pace is normal. It's absolutely insane. Whoever is managing this location needs to seriously get it together. I drive an extra 20min out of my way to go to a Taco Bell that's literally 10+ years old and functions normally. EVEN GETTING DOORDASH from this location is an absolute nightmare. NIGHTMARE. Please, if you see this place PLEASE JUST KEEP ON DRIVING. Don't waste an hour of your life waiting for a Taco that will end up coming to you cold, soggy and without the sauce you ordered. read more

Really hardworking young folks. Customized order was perfect. Taco Bell should be proud of the young man at the window.

Open in App Laeschelle W.'s Reviews 1.0 star rating Would a minus star if possible. My order is ALWAYS the same but 9 out of 10 not correct. They charge $2.00 for extra the extra jalapeño sauce but they don't prepare it that way. I stress when ordering very clearly that I want EXTRA HEAVY jalapeño sauce but getting it is highly unlikely. Don't bother calling the So. Brunswick location on Rte 1 because it's ALWAYS busy &/or the voice mail does not accept messages. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered online, waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, experienced rude workers and was still missing two items, even though they repeated the order back correctly. Requested mild sauce and received all three hot sauces with no mild. Guess they think they're funny. Both things also happened the first time I went there. After seeing the other complaints, it is obvious the manager doesn't care, so I am contacting corporate to complain. They don't like to see the chains name represented like that. I request everyone do the same. read more

Arriving from a long trip, we stopped at this new Taco Bell. We got some simple quick meals and attempted to be on our way. The wait was 20 min, they gave us the wrong orders with no receipt. Then when we attempted to get the situation fixed. The first step was they attempted to ignore us. So we went back to the drive through, where they accused us of receiving the right one, and not seeing it. Then dismissively told us to drive round. As we were waiting to drive round, we witnessed others attempt to bring their clearly wrong orders in, but were also ignored. When we did finally get our correct order, after another 20 minute wait, they at least acknowledged that they had utterly screwed up the order, and fixed it. 10/10 would not do that again. read more

It took 27 minutes to get my order and it was wrong. I wasn't the only one. During my wait, I witnessed two other customers complain about their orders. Staff needs a refresher in customer service. This has to be the worst Taco Bell! read more

Horrible!!! Why bother asking what kind of sauce you want if they don't bother to place some in the bag? The tacos were not wrapped properly so half of the contents were on the bottom of the bag! Taco Bell is known to be cheap eats but what's the point of you have to scoop it out from the bottom of the bag to eat it! Also didn't include fork for fiesta potatoes, I guess they want their customers to have cheese and sour cream all over themselves or their car. No attention to detail whatsoever. No napkins either. Never returning to this location. Or any other Taco Bell unless I'm desperate. read more
