This place is disgusting and totally filthy inside the restaurant. There is food all over the floor and especially where we sat at. I doubt the tables are washed when people leave. I very much doubt they are doing any covid cleaning. The men's bathroom was trashed with paper towels and soap all over the floor as the trash container is full. The toilet was dirty as well. I'm glad I didn't have to poop. The kitchen area were they make the food had food particles all over the floor. Nothing seems to be cleaned at this Taco Bell. With how filthy the kitchen area was I wonder how sanitized my food will be. The portion size was ridiculously small and there was nothing to my vegetarian burritos. There was hardly and substance for the price I paid. I don't eat usually this taco crap but my roommates like this junk. I wanted to take them to a nice restaurant but they didn't feel like it. It was a waste of $20 dollars. It will be the last money I ever spend on taco crap food. It's amazing all the money they spend on advertisements showing how great there food looks like until you get the pile of crap that looks nothing like the picture on tv or what it looks like in there menu. I had vegetarian food and what a joke. For the $8.00+ dollars there was was hardly anything to the food. Why doesn't Taco Bell get the Beyond crumbles or the impossible crumbles. I get more value for my money at a mom and pop Mexican restaurant than this place. The food quality has gone way down over the years. I will not be back to this dirty restaurant again. I will take my money elsewhere. The 1 plus hours my friends and I were here no one came out to check the dining room area or the bathroom. Go somewhere else. Terrible customer service.Employees look at you like you have a turd hanging out of your mouth and are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Food is always room temp and they frequently get orders incorrect. 100% avoid this location. I live within two miles and have finally had enough of this location. Will not be returning. I ordered on the SKU a vegan nacho Bell grande with no nacho cheese instead I ordered extra three blend cheese. I also paid for lettuce and onions. When I took it home it had meat in it. That is not a vegan nacho Bell grande . I got back in my car and took it back to the store. The little boy proceeded to make me another one and put nacho cheese on it. The manager got very upset and she proceeded to make it again for me she was very rude did not put extra cheese which I paid for everything when I first went. Let's face it, Taco Bell is just that, but this one is even sub-par for that. This location is close to home, so I come here frequently. Not for the speed of service, and certainly not because they get my order right. I come because it's cheap Taco Bell. They screw up my order about half the time and of course I never find out they shorted me until I get home. When I call, they just tell me to say, "tell them [name] said to give you one next time." And of course, when I go back, I never have my receipt or the guy's name. Frustrating. And don't go for the "fast food" aspect either. It's never fast there. SLOOOOOOOWWW!!! Only got 30 minutes for lunch? Then skip this Taco Bell. Driving into South Bend would be faster. When we have a new employee, we haze them by sending them to this Taco Bell with an order for everyone in the company. Every time I go in, I figure they couldn't possibly still be as screwed up as the last time I was there. The employees are nice. The food is good. I am a fan of "The Bell", However, I am not a fan of this particular location. Once, my husband and I waited in the drive thru line for over an hour and when we arrived home with our food (which is a five minute drive) the food was cold and half the order was wrong. On another occasion I received a Mexican Pizza that was burnt. I've enjoyed many Mexican Pizza's over the years (from other Taco Bell locations i.e. the one on McKinley and the one on Ireland Road) and never received a burnt one until... How do you burn a mexican pizza? I didn't think it was possible, but apparently it is. Frankly I don't understand why one location of this franchise has such poor quality food while the other locations I have never had a problem with. read more

We go to this Taco Bell often.....not anymore. Let me list them; 1) An employee who was not on the clock was waiting for his food as we were waiting to order ours, while he was having a very loud conversation with the manager. 2) we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. No one else was being waited on, but the drive thru was easily 10 cars deep. 3) my husband ordered pinto and cheese and tostadas; beans were dry and fell off the tostada!
