To my surprise the drive thru had a line. I thought I had found a little hidden gem. But it was okay. The line actually moving really fast. The cashier was rude rushing me to place my order and is that all me to death. I asked for a moment so I can see what's new. If someone ask for a moment just give them a moment. They will let you know when they ready to order and they will end with that's all. I ordered the steak fries and the Gordita Crunch Combo with a large sunset freeze. The steak fries are okay. I wouldn't order again. The Gordita Crunch is def my new season right now at the bell. The sunset freeze taste like a starburst amazing. read more

Just came back from there and the cashier treated me horribly, not only that but I ordered at around 4:20 and got my food at 4:50. mind you there is no line, is only three burritos and I was the only car there. Horrible treatment from that cashier. First time going to this location and last one too. read more

So they don't have a person taking your order. They have the electronic machines which I had no idea how to use in a super nice guy named. Quentin. Was awesome and helped us every step of the way. I usually do not do reviews for fast food restaurants, but I had to in this case. read more

Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. Ridiculous, oh and they do the trick where they ask you to wait before moving forward. Guess that's why they take their sweet time I had enough time to download Yelp in the Drive-Thru and leave the review. Fire everyone! read more

My family and friends were coming home late from a concert. So of course Taco Bell is a must. The line in the drive through was long so we decided to go inside. That was around 12:15am. We were told it was pick up only or drive through. So we got back in the line but did our order online. Popped back inside to pick up. The doors were locked. 5 minutes after we were told we could do online ordering. 5. Minutes. Later. The guy after knocking on the doors came over and said drive through only. Said they close at 12. Sooooo why did he say we could order online??? Then AFTER we ALREADY PAID we got shut out. So after seeing his buddy laughing at us from the other side of the door we are back in line to get out already paid for food that will probably be ice cold and watered down drinks. Do. Not. Come. Here. Horrible staff. And we are seeing others knock on the door for online orders just to leave. They will steal your money for over priced crappy fake Mexican food. read more

Didn't have much at home for a meal so decided to do take out to have at home with my wife. I had two beef taco supremes and one beef burrito supreme. When you make your order, they ask if you want to round up your order to put towards a donation. If you have the means to do so, round up your order; as it goes to a good cause! Tacos were nice and crisp and good ratio of ingredients. Had my order through the drive though and it was quick. read more

Taco Bell is my go to place when I crave the Bell. The location is great. I can't fault the employees. I fault the company. The need outweighs the output. Would you believe all of us waited 45 minutes before we got our food? This is not what fast food is all about. You are understaffed because your best employees won't work for $8. Eventually we will get tired of waiting in line and stop coming. Increase your bottom line employee salaries and I'll keep coming back. read more

Showed up on 4/16 at 2:09am no one came to drive through after waiting for over 5 minutes. No one answered the door either which closed at midnight but they make their own personal hours here so who knows. There was a guy mopping the floor looked at us through the drive through window after trying to get his attention and ignored us. They clearly didn't l want to patronize us. One day someone is going to sue this location for their shenanigans. They need to shut down fire everyone and restart. read more

Taco Bell - a man using a cell phone in a car - Fast Food Near Me - Miramar, Florida

This is for Taco Bell as a whole and hopefully this eventually gets back to management and/or corporate or somebody. WHY ADVERTISE SPECIALITY/FEATURED FREEZES IF YOU'RE NEVER GOING TO HAVE THEM?!?! I swear they are getting like McDonald's with the McFlurry machine. At least in their defense they have corrected this. At least every time I go now the machine is working. Perhaps if enough people complain, they'll make sure to have them. Just a thought. Outside of that, the young lady that helped me was really nice and sweet. That is the reason for the 3 stars or else it would have been 1 s read more

I placed my order through the Drive-through and when I got home the order was wrong. Shakira the manager was very rude and unprofessional. This should be embarrassing for the Taco Bell brand to have a so called manager like this. Very very disappointed !!!!!! read more

Short line at the drive thru, anyways it was like 25min and no order yet Super slow service read more

I get that this a Taco Bell but damn. I have never come across a more miserable group of staff. I pull up to the drive thru and hear "yea go ahead" ok. I pick a menu item and was given a total.... Not done ordering yet. Mentioned another menu item given another total NOT DONE YET pick my last item and hear "that's it? Pull up" next window. No total, no greeting just a hand for my card and a stank face. Same when the food was ready. Barely stuck their hand out the window. Food was fine. People are miserable and rude. read more

3/14/21 8:26pm in the drive thru. I was waiting a couple minutes to pay my order at the drive thru window and the cashier girl was literally scrolling thru her phone, reading her threads, while I sit there waiting. After I finally get to pay and was given my order, I wanted a receipt. Forget it, she went back on her phone. Not going to this location again. Are you kidding me !!!!!!!!!! read more

This location is the worst. They literally make everyone pay and park in the parking lot so that their timer doesn't go up and they can take 15 minutes to make and bring you 1 cheesy gordita crunch. The employees are so unprofessional. Corporate should really check up on this establishment. read more

I worked in fast food for 10 years so I understand how it gets, but this was by far the WORST experience I've had at ANY fast food restaurant in my entire life. The staff was rude from start to finish, unfriendly, unprofessional, and completely nonchalant about everything. Then they argued with me about my order and refused to give me a drink (which I asked for when I ordered). They need managerial help ASAP and I will never return. Fire the whole staff immediately. 0/10 Do not recommend read more

They neglect every single walk-in customer in the name of attending to drive thru customers first. I literally just stood at register for 20 minutes while two parties waited on their orders in hopes of being attended to while the manager looked at me and never once asked me if I needed help. Taco Bell should fire management and reimagine their structure. read more

Stopped on the way back to keys . Great service good hot food. Service was polite and sincere

As soon as the timer hits 11 PM for some reason it'll take you 30 minutes to get your food, this shit is ridiculous. there's no way service should be so slow. During the day it is a whole lot better but something has to change at night..... read more

Best Taco Bell I've ever been to! Very quick, efficient, and polite. I went to the drive through and even though there was a long line, I was out super fast! There was someone standing outside taking orders and payments on a tablet, then you pull up to the speaker to verify your name on the order and it's waiting and ready for you at the window. read more

Jackie, Rohan, and Irb were all on shift when we came super last minute. They gave us amazing service and were all amazing. I love will be coming back read more

Alright so most fast food places around here apparently have horrible customer service, I was hesitant to even leave the house and pick one that wasn't AS bad. But I'm lazy and didn't want to cook for me self. I got my order through the drive-thru and I didn't have to wait long to get my food, they got it right as well(I replaced chicken for beef.) they weren't crazy friendly which is understandable when you've got to work at 9 PM on a Saturday. But no one was rude... which I'm really glad about. My only complaint is, that the bean burrito I ordered had pretty large chunks of onions. That's all :-) read more

I came here on Sunday, April 26 at 2:45am, the lights were on and there were 3 cars parked right outside the store (it appeared to be the workers cars). They refused to take my order and the order of two other cars. They were hiding and made us waste our time. IM VERY UPSET and will never come back to this location. Management needs to teach these individuals a lesson on customer service!!!! read more

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN! When I arrived to pick up (inside) my order they told me that the store was completely out of Wings, but I could still get the other food I ordered. I take the other food home to find out the burrito I ordered had Tomatoes (I asked for no tomatoes) and no Rice (I asked for and paid for). I then DRIVE BACK to the location to show them they made my order wrong. They were not apologetic and tried to say they made it right until I had to open the burrito to show them. I was then given Manager "Peetra" to process a refund, for the wings I didn't get and the burrito I didn't want. She tells me (non apologetically) that I have to process my refund on my own in the app (If you're reading this and have the app, there is NO WHERE to even initiate a refund in the app) another employee tells me "You have to talk to corporate about that". Not once did anyone offer to remake my burrito or apologize for making me have to drive back there. Again, I will NEVER order from that location again! read more

This location is awful do not come here. They tell you park out front after ordering in drive through. 20mins later you might get your food.

I drive an extra ten minutes to this Taco Bell instead of the one that is 2 minutes away from me because this Taco Bell gets it right every time. There food just taste more fresh and better than other Taco Bell's and the staff are super friendly. read more

I'm from out of town and back home, I love me some taco bell. Stopped by here passing through, basically just to use their restroom, bought a cheesy gordita crunch, my go to. The food came out hot and was possibly the best taco bell ive ever had. Clean place. Bathroom clean. Bravo. read more

Okay, this location is doing a new way of taken orders similar to chick-fil-A. And I must say I hate it. The purpose of taken order this way is to have faster and better service the service is still slow I don't get it. Chick-Fil-A has mastered this technique and it's unbeatable. Just please take orders the normal way. read more

Go to another Taco Bell that's 10 mins away if you have to, they give you attitude barely no meat in the food and going there at night forget about it, you have a better chance getting food from your garbage then there read more

Excellent prep and service. Halloween night, extremely busy drive thru, and you could tell this crew cared. Top notch. Thank you.

Yesterday I had to deal with this nasty manager. If you hear in the video she's telling my sister in law 8:30 I clock out what's good. We waited 25mins for a couple tacos which in the mean time left the burrito out in the open sitting there while she went to the back to get more cheese. All we wanted to do was tell the manager that we waited long etc and she threw the bag of food and walked away then I started recording. Shittiest customer service I've ever had. Hopefully AMY this manager gets a wake call. read more

Place is nice but to say they're slow is an understatement. You would think a new location would be better staffed. I'm literally writing this from the drive through line where I've been almost 20 minutes and this isn't the first time. Ridiculous read more

Waited in line for about 20 min as I watched employees danced inside. Safe to say I won't be back. Nice spot though.

My review doesnt have anything to do with the food. Last Sunday I stopped here to get some cinnabons for my grandson who absolutely loves them. As I was turning into the the street that leads to Taco Bell , my front wheel fell into a pothole loudly, my grandson thought I had run over someone, which thank goodness was not the case, but I developed a flat tire!! The total cost to replace it was $349!!! Some expensive cinnabons . The tire was a total loss!! Please beware of that pot hole!!! And there is another one on the other side of the street!! Mngmnt should talk to the dept of transportation - or whoever is in charge of fixing the road!!! Its a new road and there shouldnt be a pothole there read more

Terrible customer service and false advertisement of posted hours. I pulled up to this Taco Bell at 4:30am today which they close at 5:00am on weekends. I kept speaking at the box and nobody responded. Then I drove around to the window and noticed the desserts still out and the equipment still on so I knew it was not closed. As I honked my horn, an employee came into sight through the window and made a gesture saying they were closed. I put my hand up in confusion trying to ask if they close at 5 ( which I guess he didn't understand my gestures) the employee came to the window and stated "we're closed". I told asked him if the hours were suppose to until 5am, he said "yes, we're closing early". Me, still craving Taco Bell, I asked him "you can't make me a few tacos?". His response was , everything is already cleaned and put away. This is pure laziness and shows a lack of customer service. If you are not going to stay open for your posted hours then POST DIFFERENT HOURS. Instead I wasted my time and gas. read more

great location , new and nice people, but not enough staff because service takes long during peak hours .11-2

Brand new location. Nice and clean. Same food. Beware - The slowest service ever, though. Drive thru will take 20 minutes for 5 cars. Usually Taco Bell's are fast. Last time I was in the drive thru, waited at least 10 minutes. Got to the window and the lady said it'd take 6 minutes to make a new batch of empanadas, would I like something else? Well, maybe if you started making them when I ordered there would be enough for the whole line by now! Waited another 5+ just to get my food. Terrible service, but if only the food weren't so terribly delicious in such a bad bad way. :-) read more

They have got wayyyy faster with services !!! The BEST I have seen them since opening !!!!!
