After 3 days he would have to throw it out. I totally understand. The chorizo he has is pretty good. The pastor was good and the steak was ok. The red salsa Fresca is really good. The hot salsa is actually hot. I think it has a charred dry chili of some variety in it. It has a slight coffee taste to it. I like it a lot. I'm not giving this extra stars because it's in Alliance. Taqueria 304 is an awesome Wheeling gem and well-worth a visit if you have an affinity for all…read morethings Mexican food. Came here with a friend last week and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I want to lead with the best here: the bartender/server here provided some of the best service I have experienced in the last few years. So many people have come to expect poor service (including myself) that positive experiences like this really serve as a wake-up call to what the dining experience ought to be like. Kudos to Taqueria 304 for hiring the best! I can't omit the excellent food and stellar plate presentation either. My friend and I both got the loaded nachos as our entrees and they were as delicious as they were beautiful. As for the drinks, plenty of beers on tap and in bottles to suit your needs, particularly of the Mexican variety (fitting). Ambiance is nice with some clever furnishings, like the sideways doors carpentered to serve as an entryway wall. One thing I will mention is that open-concept establishments tend to have noise issues and this place is no exception; even still, my friend and I were able to hear each other on this occasion (no promises when the place is full). Parking here can be challenging due to all the construction currently happening in the area though there are spots available on both sides of the street which ought to be enough at most times of the day. All things considered, Taqueria 304 is a welcome addition to the area and I hope they stick around for a long time to come! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Outrageously good service, that needs to be commended in a world where such service is increasingly rare. - Excellent food with a skilled eye for presentation. - Great draft/bottle beer selection. - Pleasant ambiance with clever furnishings. Cons: - Open-concept spots can have noise issues, though it wasn't too bad during our visit. - Parking is tough but still available.

This was my first taste of actual authentic Mexican food here... And it did not disappoint! On my first order, I got 2 Al Pastor (pinapple pork) and 2 Canrne Asada (roasted meat) tacos. Getting handmade, fresh tortillas is a rare sight these days, but when you bite into one you can instantly taste the difference. The meat was tender and juicy and they did not skimp on the cilantro, appreciated that immensely. The green and red sauce are a must. I wanted to try some more flavors so after j finished, I ordered a Pollo (chicken), Carnita (Pork), and another Al Pastor since it was so good the last time. Can't stress enough how favorful and savory every bite was. I plan on trying everything on the menu before my stay is finished, so if I'm able, I will edit this post with my experiences.
