The staff were friendly (although spoke such limited English that in order to ask for something to be with beef instead of chicken I had to ask in Spanish). The queso with the chips was incredibly watery as was the salsa. Chips had no salt. On the up side the portions were huge. Definitely enough for 2 full meals. The unfortunate part was they didn't reheat well. We were visiting from out of town so maybe we'd just split one of the giant meals next time. They were also very cheap which was great. It was by no means a bad experience, it was just average, which is why I'm giving it a solid 3 stars. (If the queso and salsa with the chips would have been good -and the queso actually hot, it would have gotten a 4, but they were just way too runny and barely luke warm. ) read more

The staff is amazing and the food is delicious. You can't go wrong with any item. I have too many favorites to list

My favorite local Mexican restaurant. The food is well prepared and moderately priced. Service is also very good. Nicely decorated, too.

The food is good, but it's pretty cold inside. We bring jackets every time. So I would wear pants and bring a jacket if you have one.

This WAS one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. We hadn't been there for some time so we were really anticipating the amazing food. The smell from outside the open kitchen door was almost enough to make me get back I the car, but unfortunately we still went in. Hubby got the 2X burrito and I got ground beef enchiladas. And found out what that smell was. It wasn't spoiled food., but the ground beef was dripping in grease and a red sauce that tasted like sloppy joes. Horrible. The rice was ok. They revamped the interior, which is awesome, and our server was obviously inexperienced. Not so awesome, but everyone has to start somewhere and no penalty for that. Unfortunately, we won't make the trip there again when there are MUCH better restaurants much closer to home. read more

The food is absolutely delicious every time i've eaten there, the only times i've had problems are when I call in and order ahead. Both times I did that there was food missing. No big deal, just drive back and got it fixed and they apologized! Great restaurant! read more

Pretty good, and pretty standard Mexican restaurant food. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have street tacos (corn tortillas, grilled chicken with onions, cilantro, and rice) or tacos/burritos El Pastor. But what I ordered was decent. The beans are really good. Rice is just OK. Ibgave it 4 stars instead of 3 because my husband got the arrow con shrimp and it's the first time he's liked Mexican food. So, even if you have picky eaters, it's worth a try. read more

Ordered takeout was told 25 minutes 45 minutes later I received my order from a young woman with an attitude. After waiting for 10 minutes past the 25 I inquired as to how long it was going to be the hostess with the attitude ( and no name tag) nastily replied "well we're really busy" I have been frequenting Que Pas since they opened and have noticed a steady decline in service since the Carrollton establishment opened and have had several poor service experiences in the past year. Sorry Que Pasa I be dining elsewhere in the future read more

After going there every week for a year I got treated like crap when I brought back food that was cooked wrong. The manager said I was wrong and was told to not come back if I didn't like it. Would never recommend again. read more

This is by far the very best Mexican restaurant around! The food is amazing, the service is great, and the restaurant is affordable. The salsa is the only item that isn't fantastic, but definitely not bad. Go here! Your belly will thank you! read more

What happens at Que Pasa? Management undermines their employees and lectures their customers, apparently. Came in for a leisurely dinner. Ordered drinks, dinner. Asked our server whether the guacamole appetizer was good. Hearing that "a lot of people like it", we ordered it. It was bad. It was a splat of avocado paste on a saucer. One bite convinced us to send it back. Bless our server, she immediately promised to remove it from the check. So, we stayed. Ordered dessert, etc. When the check comes, the charge for the guacamole is still on there. We remind them that they promised to take it off. The manager informs us that, 'where she comes from, if you order something, you pay for it'. We tell her that the guacamole was bad. That our server promised to remove it. That we had ordered more stuff because of this. We get a repeat of the lecture. Apparently, whether the food is any good is no concern of hers. We are told to 'leave and don't come back'. So, we do the math ourselves, subtract the guacamole, add a tip, leave the cash on the table. The manager got one thing right. We won't be back. (What I do regret is that our server will probably never get her tip. The manager refused to let us see her again. That manager is sure to confiscate the tip and blame the server to boot. ) read more

Mexican in Minerva? Why yes there is. Great food. Excellent even. And three tables outside even. Even the sides were good ... best re-fried beens I've had in a long time. On the down side waitress wasn't all that attentive. Ambiance ... well .. get rid of the fluorescent lighting. The real minus was no liquor license. I mean... no margaritas... really? They did say it was applied for and should have their bar fully open in two more weeks ... I'll certainly go back. read more

Love the food and the staff is great too. One thing is my daughter always wants flaun and there never any when we go there.

The best Mexican dishes in our area! My wife loves #60 with the chorizo and pineapple. I have to have #62 with the verde (green) sauce on my chicken enchiladas, to remind me of food I loved in Taos, NM There is always enough to bring home and enjoy the experience a 2nd time. read more

Absolutely love this restaurant! Fast service, friendly staff and the food is ALWAYS delicious! I even call ahead and order food to go sometimes when I want to enjoy a good meal when I'm working. In all my visits I've never had a complaint or issue. It is sometimes crowded but with food like this why wouldn't it be? If anyone likes nachos PLEASE try their Crazy Nachos (originally Nacho Locos) They are my favorite item on the menu! read more

Best Mexican Food around! Wonderful ,friendly, fast service! Very accommodating to large oilfield orders. Thank you! read more

It's really difficult to find decent Mexican food around here. This place served us the best Mexican dishes we've had in the area in quite a while! The crazy nachos were HUGE and filled with grilled steak and chicken. The grilled onions were perfectly caramelized. I barely put a dent in them, so this could easily be shared between three people. My mom got the chicken soup, which may not sound like much -- but -- it was incredibly good. The chicken broth was so savory. It was loaded with white meat chicken and fresh vegetables. It comes with a heaping serving of pico de gallo -- also clearly fresh. I highly recommend Que Pasa and will definitely be back soon! read more

This was our first trip to Que Pasa and it was at their new location in Carrollton. The food, service and atmosphere were all exceptional. My wife and I shared fajitas (shrimp and scallops) for two and they were the best we have ever had. I am a big eater, but I had to ask for a doggie bag. We will definitely be frequent visitors!!! read more

The food is the best around and the service is always fast. The chips and salsa are replaced quickly if needed and the chips are fresh and warm. Their salsa is perfect for our kids with just enough kick, but if you want it hotter they have a small variety of sauces you can add right on your table. read more

Went here after buying the bridal gown of my dreams across the street so I may have just been in a super happy mood, but the food here was good! Chips were very fresh compared to some Mexican places where you can tell they're just dumped out of a bag. My friend and I had the chicken and beef taquitos and they were crunchy and delicious. It was too early to go for margs at just past 11 am, but I have a hunch they'd be good, too! read more

They don't let you go hungry. You get amount of food and it's was worth it. The sever was funny. The worker was so nice. I will definitely go back. They played Mexican music. But I didn't mind. I was glad that I tried this restaurant. read more

I travel often as part of my job so believe it when I say Que Pasa is the best Mexican in the state of Ohio. I stayed in Carrollton 5 days and ate there 4 of them the price was fair, the staff was friendly, and the food was amazing read more

This great little Mexican place has their liquor license now! I love the food here and their chips and salsa are great. I've been here several times and have tried to eat my way through there menu but I seem to keep gravitating back to the pork tips they offer in several dishes as an option. Everything has been really good though. If you like Mexican food you love it. Service has always been great for us. They do take out orders too. read more

We eat here a couple times a month and usually get the Todo fajitas for 2 ( feeds our family of 4 with leftovers) the best fajitas I have ever had hands down, and damn good margaritas to wash them down. Food tastes fantastic. Most of the time. Service is absolutely awful. We Ordered our "normal" Chorizo order and had barely enough queso to cover the bottom of the pan. We called the store to ask if we could walk down and get more cheese as we know things happen. Was chastised over the phone, then told "we will help you THIS time but I'm being told you received our typical serving size." We then walked down to get what we thought was more cheese. The manager took us to the kitchen. Weighed 8 oz of cheese and told us it was the same. When we told him that this was half what we were given. He told me that if I wanted my money back I could have it. The last time I came in to sit and eat, I was ignored blatantly because they had what seemed like family in. The waitress rolled her eyes when I went to the counter and asked for more water and chips. And was visibly disgusted and whispering when I nursed my daughter under my shirt. Great customer service will always trump great food. I will not be returning under this ownership. read more

I'm not a fan of Mexican food and I'm always pleasantly surprised when I get dragged here. I love the cheese dip and it's an affordable experience to experiment with different dishes.
