They release a new menu both in-store and on their Facebook page weekly detailing the dynamic meal offerings for the week. This week for entrees they're offering: -Grilled Salmon w/ Lemon Herb Butter & Roasted Red Skin Potatoes -Grilled Chicken Fajitas Served w/ Tri Color Peppers, Onions, Cilantro Lime Rice, & Sour Cream -Rigatoni w/ Homemade Meat Sauce & Bread -Beef Stroganoff Over Egg Noodles & Dinner Roll -Cream Chicken Over Mashed Potatoes and Homemade Biscuits All of these entrees are $8 with the exception of the salmon thats priced a dollar more at $9. For the big portion size and food quality you're receiving, this is a great and fair price. Furthermore, they also have daily rotating sandwiches and soups such as the grilled pimento cheese sanwich, tuna salad warp, chicken meatball alfredo sandwich, broccoli cheese soup, clam chowder, and smoked sausage kale soup. Not only does McKenzie's provide a new and unique menu every week, they also get all of there ingredients fresh from the local market which is a huge plus in my book. They only purchase a set amount of ingredients and more often than not, the meals are sold out if you did not preorder your meal ahead of time for pick up. I really enjoy ordering from McKenzie's and it definitely earns the coveted 5-star rating. The customer was then given the correct order and proceeded to sit and eat. Not done... Since the first customer was given the wrong order, they now had to remake customer number 2's order. So instead of this manager just keeping her mouth shut and handing out food. She proceeded out to the lobby to personally deliver customer number 2's order. Proceeds to tell customer number 2 (less then 5 foot away from the first customer) "That crazy lady with two kids right here took your order, I'm sorry". So, of course customer 1 reacts with yelling, while putting customer 2 in a really awkward position. Like I said, it was absolutely bizarre, if it was my restaurant, that manager would be terminated. The situation aaa extremely inappropriate, in front of at least 25 customers at that. Several couldn't believe what this manager was doing, and several stated they would never be back. Extremely poor customer service, and extremely poor situation deescalation and handling. I will never be back.
