Then another person came to the cash register and nodded to us. I spoke to Sandra the manager. She said that she would talk to Carmen. The Manager did not even apologize for her behavior. Corporate needs to give this whole crew some training because they do not know how to deal with customers. Every time we come here the watermelon freeze is not "working". The same story every time. I wouldn't bother if you want any competence.

At Taco Bell, you either like the food or you don't. The service is the only thing that will distinguish one Bell from another. This one sucks. The many times I've been here, ordering has been a pain. They frequently mess up your order and sometimes outright forget items on your receipt. They also skimp out on portions. If you bother trying to get them to fix it, it takes them forever to help you. You can wave at them, call them out, but they'll just stare at you, bewildered and annoyed. If you decide to wait quietly, they'll go back to talking in Spanish. The only way to get their attention is to wait in front of the register like you're going to buy something, and even then it takes the store manager coming out and sending someone to take your order. Whoever they send will be annoyed or apathetic. Anyone thinking I'm a one-timer is dead wrong. I go here on a regular basis and they ALWAYS act like this. There are two noteworthy employees to shout out: a young Hispanic girl and a white guy: whenever I see them they always come up with a smile and apologize for any wait. These people are a mess. They need to hire new management and get their sh*t together. First of all, we ordered our food through the drive thru, and when we got home we unwrapped our food to find that there were no MEAT in any of our burritos or tacos. ONLY BEANS. That's not the only mistake they made. We ordered a nacho box, but they gave us the Loaded nacho TACO box. We called them back to let them know their mistake and the girl who answered the call was named Lupita, and she told us to come back with ONLY the receipt. We thought it would be that simple because we asked multiple times to clarify if we need to bring back the food they gave us by mistake. When we got to the restaurant, Lupita called over her manager and her manager had told us that we needed to bring the food back. We were confused because Lupita told us NOT to bring the food back. The manager was very insistent that we needed to bring the food back. Lupita came out of hiding and the manager confronted her about what she said to us on the phone. Lupita admitted that she only told us to bring the receipt but then tried to twist it by saying that we now needed to bring the food back. Throughout the whole confrontation, Lupita had a smug look on her face, laughing about the whole situation. In the end, we did get the majority of our food back. Poor customer service. I ordered online and the confirmation email, and the app, indicated to just walk to the "Mobile Order Pickup" at the counter. I go to that spot at the counter and am told to "check in with the cashier first." When I explain that I ordered online and the email indicated to go there and wait for my name to be called, the manager says "No. you must check in first." So I check in, and notice that my food isn't even ready yet. My confirmation email said it was ready 5 minutes before I even arrived. My order was not even started until AFTER I checked in. Why should I be waiting for my order when I ordered ahead? To make it worse, my order was incomplete and there were mistakes too. My wife ordered the shredded chicken burrito, but substituted steak for the chicken. She still got a shredded chicken burrito. They completely forgot my daughter's cinnamon twists. How do you mess up an order that is written down in front of you? I'm not coming back to this location again. I love taco bell. I commute to work on my bicycle. This particular taco bell has good food and has been renovated to look nice. I've enjoyed several meals here but had a terrible experience recently. I was entering the store and asked by an employee to leave because I had a bicycle! There is no safe place to put it outside so I had to leave sad and hungry and feeling like an outcast. I'm upset enough to give them a bad review and stop going there on foot or in my car. There are other stores that have been nice to me about my bicycle but now I am scared to go to any taco bell. read more

On Tuesday night, 2/19/19 at 9:14:17pm, at Taco Bell on Main Street in Milpitas, Ca, I purchased one BLK Bean & Rice bowl and it wasn't even half full. The bowl is extremely small to begin with, but that's not the problem. It was literally, maybe, a quarter full. Also, the last time I attended this particular establishment, I asked for extra onions on my Bean Burrito, and they charged me an extra 60 cents. No other Taco Bell has ever done that. WTH! June 17, 2019 around 8:30PM. I experienced the first time the rudest customer service from the middle age (or in her 30s) hispanic female server. I didn't come to beg for free food, nor did I arrogantly demanded to be treated like a king because I was a customer. I simply asked for clarifications or explanation because of confusion caused by her 1 or 2 word questions. "what tacos?" "Sauce?" Horrible service in the drive thru today during lunch hour. And there was no line. Just two cars. I was stuck in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The employees were incapable of taking an order.
