This Taco Bell is in a good spot! But the food is not good and service is the same. I came here and got 2 taco and 2 Baja Blast. Guy at the drive thru was rude and did not say anything. The taco shell was awful and Baja blast was okay. I would go somewhere else for tacos. There is a lot of other tacos out there in town. read more

Where's the meat? I like Taco Bell, I really do. But this one is horrible when it comes to meat portion. I had two tacos and I could have put all of the meat from one taco into two tablespoons. For the price of anything nowadays, quit being so skimpy! read more

Taco Bell - Taco full of lettuce and cheese with very little meat. - Fast Food Near Me - Middletown, Delaware

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at the Taco Bell in Middletown, Delaware. Unfortunately, both the customer service and the quality of the food fell well below what I expected. While placing an order for two meals at the drive-thru, the employee's only acknowledgment throughout the order was "uh-huh." I was also not provided with my total after ordering or when I arrived at the window. I observed the employee begin filling my drink with regular Pepsi and then place the cup under the Pepsi Zero dispenser to finish filling it. When I questioned this, I was told that the drink was regular Pepsi, despite what I had observed. I asked to speak with a manager and was initially told that the manager was in the back and that I would need to come inside. Another employee later came to the window. When I asked for the General Manager's name, she then identified herself as the General Manager. Unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed in a professional or satisfactory manner. When I arrived home and opened our order, the food was cold and soggy, and a taco that was supposed to be chicken contained beef instead. Ultimately, we were unable to enjoy the meals we purchased. I understand that restaurants can be busy and that mistakes sometimes happen. However, when several issues occur during the same visit--including customer service, drink preparation, order accuracy, and food quality--it is concerning. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve employee training, customer service, and food quality at this location. read more

I don't eat here much but when I want to just get something quick, it has the shortest line (can't imagine why), so I'll usually order some chalupas at the drive thru. Basically, if you love stale chalupa and taco shells, this is the place for you. I went through the drive thru tonight on my way home and decided to spill the beans this time since it's the third time it's happened in a row. I don't know if they just have poor management or lazy workers, but they obviously don't store their food correctly, because every time I eat there now, the shells are completely stale. It's sad how no one cares about quality anymore as long as they're raking in the cash on their overpriced fast food. read more

Soooo goood and good service. I love Taco Bell idk how it has 1.5 stars like wtf. I'm gonna start coming here, but the one thing I don't understand is that the food is cheaper at the Smyrna Taco Bell than here which is rlly weird to me.Oh well tho still good read more

Wow! This Taco Bell is on it, the service was amazing and Rudy was enthusiastic, quick, and polite. I ordered a lot and it was out to me within 2 minutes or less in the drive thru. All of my items with modifications came out correctly and all of it was delicious! read more

This place is completely understaffed and employees over worked and you can tell in the food quality. I asked for chips and cheese and the cup was 1/4 filled only enough to eat 3 chips. I think this town out grew the Taco Bell. read more

worker in the drive through was so rude to me. complained about my payment not going through when it was an issue on his end.

Took 30 minutes for them to make my order!! And on top of that food was less than mediocre.

4x have ordered Doritos dos Locos tacos and get plain tacos. They will not answer the phone. read more

Taco Bell - Supposed to be Doritos do Locos. Just a plain soggy taco. - Fast Food Near Me - Middletown, Delaware

let's you order DoorDash when they are closed. says they close at 12:30 on Sunday yet closed the store at 11. I don't know why I keep going here, the last time I ordered the tacos were soggy, cold, and had to be thrown in the trash. terrible workers too, they sit there and talk while actively ignoring people waiting to order or pick up DoorDash. if you ever get a pick up for DoorDash here DECLINE IT every time. just an awful Taco Bell. read more

It does not take 45 minutes to take and make seven drive through orders. waited like 40 minutes then once we got to the order microphone we had to wait 10 minutes for them to say anything? Like i dont know whats going on but you dont need 10 minutes to take a order. read more

Now let's be honest, we all can go for some Taco Bell. We can all enjoy the taste. It tastes good. Until you're screaming from stomach pain later. I mean truly. It's such a dirty, gross, unhealthy, smelly, sloppy place. Unbelievable. read more

Terrible, worst Taco Bell. They are open and take an order infront of me then when it's my turn they say they aren't taking any orders anymore other then DoorDash. They weren't closing but refused me service. Absolutely terrible read more

Someone should really put this Taco Bell out of its misery. They're always out of everything and the wait in the drive thru is usually a good half hour because it takes them an average of 8 minutes to serve each car (not exaggerating, literally timed it one day...). read more

We waited for over 20 minutes do not go here all they care about about is the drive thru timer and they dont know there doing

I would give no stars if it was an option. I literally waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. It was ridiculous. I know most businesses are short staff these days but this was unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location and probably no other location cause they all suck food cold half the time and the wait time is horrible. read more

absolutely terrible, all the employees had an attitude and they took forever to take a drive thru order, the lady who took our order, Taylor D, messed up our order and forgot our drink. Do not go to this taco bell, ever. read more

This Taco Bell consistently has screwed up my order every single time in the last few months. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just have workers that don't care. If you go any time after 6pm they have told people they ran out of all food. Today they got my entire order wrong, half my items missing and included an ingredient in both items that did arrive that I am allergic to and specifically ordered items that did not contain them. Whether it has been through door dash or the store itself, this store never ceases to disappoint. read more

Zero stars... that's the right rating... don't go there if you want something specific because these dumbos will mess it. We asked specifically for black bean wraps and got beef. The owner of this store is really a square head ... they only want money and play with your food !!! despite of these reviews this store is being run.CLOSE YOUR RESTAURANT... YOU ARE NOT WORTH MY MONEY OR TIME !!!!!!! read more

Taco Bell - This is supposed to be a bean burrito.. looks ugly - Fast Food Near Me - Middletown, Delaware

The WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. Will never return again. Have been going to Taco Bell for 20 years and this one in Middletown is lazy and terrible. Please take a look at this Mexican pizza they served me. It's cold and I'm not sure there is any cheese on it. Either way, I've been ordering this same thing off the menu for 20 years and this is NOT what it's supposed to look like. Hire some new employees who know what they're doing and care about good service. Peace out Middletown Taco Bell. Never again. read more

I was in there tonight and there was a worker working on the food line cussing. He sure likes the phrase "Mother Fu****" because in the 5 minutes I was there he said it three times. He was a white male, about 350lbs. I didn't bother getting his name, I'm sure his manager is very proud to have him there so close to the customers. read more

I received everything I ordered. The food was delicious and the service was fast (hence: fast-food). Extra kudos to Courtney, the employee at the drive through. She was amazing! Even though it was mad crazy busy she didn't show how overwhelmed she was, if at all. read more

Warning - Avoid this Taco Bell!!!! - This Taco Bell is the worst one ever, tacos shouldn't be that hard to make, but this Taco Bell has proven otherwise, ask for no lettuce and you get a taco full of just lettuce, and then they don't say anything when they are out of beef or chicken they just automatically substitute. Don't pay for extras because they don't even give you the bare minimum on your regular order. The customer service is horrible. The management at this location couldn't manage their own way out of wet paper bag. Absolutely embarrassed this restaurant is in town. read more

This Taco Bell has screwed me over the past 5 times I went. Every time I went the order was incorrect, and I'm not sure if it's short-staffing but they always close at 6:30 and say they ran out of food. Like wtf? I even saw someone smoking outside. I'm not returning to this Taco Bell nor would I recommend it to ANYONE. read more

I am completely appalled by this Taco Bell. Let me just say I would never eat at a Taco Bell. But I was uber eats driving and there was an order sent there. I went to pick up the order at 7:30 didn't get to the window till 7:50. They wouldnt even open the window to face me. The restaurant hasn't even closed and they were done for the day. This is despicable behavior. They didn't help me meaning they threw away the Uber eats order. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. Not even my worst enemy. Change the hours if you can't manage it. read more

It seems I can't win when it comes to Middletown fast food drive-thru's. While the employees are much more pleasant than the McDonalds across the parking lot and I haven't found any bugs in my food like I have at the Middletown McDonalds (twice!), the time to receive your food is just way too long... I've waited upwards of 15 minutes. Also be sure to check the order before you drive away - attention to detail is not a strength here. read more

I enjoy taco bell several times a week, but this is the worst one I've ever been to. 8 out of 10 orders have been messed up. They ALWAYS forget something or don't put the ingredients on that's supposed to come on the items. Recently, a 5 layer burrito was only beans and cheese. After calling and being treated like an idiot, Had to drive all the way back with the receipt and show the burrito to the manager, who did make another one correctly, but didn't really seem to care either way. This is the only mgr that's not been friendly. The other reviewer is correct about wait times and that most employees are nice. 10-15 min wait times are common, even if you're the only person in line. After waiting so long, you expect the order to be right, but it rarely happens. I also noticed that many items are 30 cents more expensive than other taco bells. There are way too many places opening in Middletown to be this terrible and charge so much.. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell on planet Earth. Some people believe COVID-19 started in China, I believe it started at this Taco Bell. I once ordered their cheese quesadilla about a month ago and it looked like somebody else had eaten it and then threw it up back into my bag. I'm Mexican, so I was even more offended. read more

I saw all the bad reviews and thought twice about stopping here, especially going through the drive thru. We first arrived and began our order, but had to wait about 30 seconds at the speaker while the guy did something. We finally ordered with no problem. We drove through and got our food. I ordered two cheesy wrap-ups, one cinnamon twists, and a mountain dew Baja blast drink. Only mess up is that they gave us extra cinnamon twists, but hey, the more the merrier! read more

The drive thru has taken to only filling partial orders. Way for taco Bell to boost profits, by not giving customers the food items they pay for. Then a cashier shortchanged me in drive thru. When I told her this, she was very belligerent and boldfaced lied by stating that I gave her less then I did. When I made it clear that I knew what I gave her, and was not going to let it go, she went to check & said she made a mistake. I think she was trying to intimidate me into backing down when I knew I was right. I hate thieves, so I won't go back to this Taco Bell again. read more

TACO BELL or as I call it bell to my taco. This place is the only place I will ever eat at. Let's just talk about the cheese quesadilla. OMG, it's legendaaryyyyy. When I hold it in my hands I can feel the sensation of the tingly cheese in my brain cells corrupting to my toes. I feel like an angel has lifted me higher than 1,000 shredded chicken burritos at once. GET it so an angel can do the same to you. Thanks! read more

Every time I've come to this Taco Bell the employees are really nice. I use the mobile app a lot and it makes ordering a lot quicker. Even when I don't use the app, the staff still makes ordering quick and easy. I've never had to deal with a messed up order either (thankfully). read more

Twice now I've sat in the drive thru here for 15+ minutes. The first time I sat for nearly 20 minutes and left the line without food.
