I don't eat here much but when I want to just get something quick, it has the shortest line (can't imagine why), so I'll usually order some chalupas at the drive thru. Basically, if you love stale chalupa and taco shells, this is the place for you. I went through the drive thru tonight on my way home and decided to spill the beans this time since it's the third time it's happened in a row. I don't know if they just have poor management or lazy workers, but they obviously don't store their food correctly, because every time I eat there now, the shells are completely stale. This place is completely understaffed and employees over worked and you can tell in the food quality. I asked for chips and cheese and the cup was 1/4 filled only enough to eat 3 chips. I think this town out grew the Taco Bell. read more

This Taco Bell consistently has screwed up my order every single time in the last few months. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or just have workers that don't care. Warning - Avoid this Taco Bell!!!! - This Taco Bell is the worst one ever, tacos shouldn't be that hard to make, but this Taco Bell has proven otherwise, ask for no lettuce and you get a taco full of just lettuce, and then they don't say anything when they are out of beef or chicken they just automatically substitute. Don't pay for extras because they don't even give you the bare minimum on your regular order. The customer service is horrible. I enjoy taco bell several times a week, but this is the worst one I've ever been to. 8 out of 10 orders have been messed up. They ALWAYS forget something or don't put the ingredients on that's supposed to come on the items. Recently, a 5 layer burrito was only beans and cheese. After calling and being treated like an idiot, Had to drive all the way back with the receipt and show the burrito to the manager, who did make another one correctly, but didn't really seem to care either way. This is the only mgr that's not been friendly. The other reviewer is correct about wait times and that most employees are nice. 10-15 min wait times are common, even if you're the only person in line. After waiting so long, you expect the order to be right, but it rarely happens. I also noticed that many items are 30 cents more expensive than other taco bells. While the employees are much more pleasant than the McDonalds across the parking lot and I haven't found any bugs in my food like I have at the Middletown McDonalds (twice!), the time to receive your food is just way too long... I saw all the bad reviews and thought twice about stopping here, especially going through the drive thru. We first arrived and began our order, but had to wait about 30 seconds at the speaker while the guy did something. We finally ordered with no problem. We drove through and got our food. I ordered two cheesy wrap-ups, one cinnamon twists, and a mountain dew Baja blast drink. Only mess up is that they gave us extra cinnamon twists, but hey, the more the merrier! read more

The drive thru has taken to only filling partial orders. Way for taco Bell to boost profits, by not giving customers the food items they pay for. Then a cashier shortchanged me in drive thru. When I told her this, she was very belligerent and boldfaced lied by stating that I gave her less then I did. When I made it clear that I knew what I gave her, and was not going to let it go, she went to check & said she made a mistake. Every time I've come to this Taco Bell the employees are really nice. I use the mobile app a lot and it makes ordering a lot quicker. Even when I don't use the app, the staff still makes ordering quick and easy. I've never had to deal with a messed up order either (thankfully). read more
