This is not my first visit to this location. It's been nearly a year since I was here last. Hoping for the best, I went to the drive thru. Found that $5/Box's are no longer available. I ordered two items came out to $12.00 WTH!! When I got home, one item was soaked in what might have been mop-water or a towel bucket of rancid water. The other item was missing half of its contents. Now I know why this Taco Bell has such a low rating. I pulled through the drive-in to get a bean burrito and some fries. She never asked me if I wanted any hot sauce, so when she handed me the bag, I asked for some. She literally grabbed a handful of eight packets for one little burrito. Who trained her? Profits down the drain. When I pulled away and looked in the bag, the container of fries was upside down and emptied in the bag, so I had to pull over and put them back into the cardboard container. The burrito was cold, and there were no napkins in the bag. I ordered unsweetened tea and she gave me sweetened. I will never go back here again. Just terrible. read more

Okay, I don't know WHAT was happening at this Taco Bell location at 4AM today, but whatever it was, it was downright magical. I've always had great food from this location, so I dunno what's with the low ratings, but tonight in particular was BOMB. Look, I get it. At 4AM, you're running low on ingredients and you just wanna go home. I don't blame ANY of you lovelies one bit. But whoever made my quesadillas tonight, you are an ARTIST! I don't know what the main cheese you used was, but it made the quesadilla absolutely delicious in a way I'd never thought it could be before! If i could give a 0 star review i would. lady said she remembered putting all food in the bag but forgot 3 tacos and only gave us 2. the 2 she gave us had no wrapping on them and just put in the bag with no meat at all. horrible experience do not ever come here read more

This is probably the absolute worst taco bell i've ever been to, everything was as cold as a frozen tundra. The lady over the intercom was very miserable and obviously hated her life/job. Definitely not recommended, there's plenty of other better places to go along the strip. read more

shout out to susan! I had a terrible experience here until susan came to the rescue. I had called up to just let them know i need them to remake my crunch wrap. since i cannot eat meat i swap out the ground beef for potatoes. Of course when I took a bite i bit into meat. I had called up to nicely ask to it be remade and the boy on the phone sat there called me a liar said he wouldn't remake it and that he made it himself and knows it's right. I had decided to come up there and present the food to them and they had sat there looked at me but did not say a word to me. Then susan had came around the corner and apologized for the situation completely and had been sympathetic and an amazing leader. She had presented me with a new wrap and drinks while i waited. She had made sure to go above and beyond to meet satisfaction of her costumers and I just want to let her know we see her work. read more
