The food is awful. It is never made correctly, never made with quality, never even the right quantities for the orders. The dinning room is never open, NEVER !!!!! This is a fancy-pants Taco Bell. If you're used to the same old crusty drive-thrus, this is NOT that Taco Bell. If anything, this is a boutique store, recently updated, replete with enormous kiddie playground that was going completely unused the afternoon we had our snack. My kid and I each had a small drink and a Doritos Cool Ranch taco- I wish these had as much seasoning as the actual Doritos to which they relate. They have an app now, and you can pick up your app-placed order in a VIP line! Super fly. Also, when you come in, the sauces are at your fingertips, not at the whim of some stingy drive-thru manager. Don't get me wrong, the drive-thru works just fine, but you need to come in and see this shiny new fancy-pants Taco Bell. P.S. Try my penny trick. Take your rusty blackened coins and float them in FIRE sauce while you eat. They have very poor service, took a long time and they got my whole order wrong, down to the drink. I was overcharged for what I received as well. Leaving yet another review and will have to chose just one star again because i never got any food. 10/2/22 @ 9AM, i pulled into the drive thru, sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one said anything. I pulled up to the window, the young lady reluctantly opened the window and then proceeded to stare at me. I politely asked, "do you guys not open until 10?", she replied "um our fryers are down". That's all she said, so i left. In the past several weeks I've attempted to spend my money at this location but the previous 3 times i drove here (all on Saturdays around 9AM) there was a woman standing out front who apologized saying the other workers never showed up so she can't open the store. So now 4 times in less than 2 months I've wasted time, gas and money trying to give them my business. I assure you it will not happen again and I'll make sure the people i know don't waste their time or money here because clearly ownership, management, and the staff are seriously lacking. Piss poor effort to continually have these problems, I'd be embarrassed to work there, and after speaking with the nice lady out front three times i could tell she was embarrassed to be representing such an awful establishment. That woman deserves better. The girl today needs to learn a little something.... If you're store is closed during operating hours maybe go out a sign up , or instead of letting people sit in the drive thru you could come over the loud speaker and politely explain the situation. read more

Super ghetto with really bad service. When you go to Taco Bell you can expect not great service. These girls at this location lower the bar to the floor. They screw up my order every single time. I expect for Taco Bell to mess up once in a while but not every time! This place sucks. It is very consistent about delivering incomplete or incorrect orders. If you end up here make very sure that you leave with what you wanted. The terrible attention that they pay to any sort of detail really makes me question the attention they pay to basic quality issues, such as reusing food that has been dropped on the floor or has been left out with the flies for 24 hours. Everytime I go in there they are always out of something. I don't know why their supplies are always out. Once i talked to a guy who "claimed" he was the manager. he replied "oh I'm new, I just took over this store." The little guy employees that work there suffer from this lack of organization. The Taco Bell at 911 Estate, 38119 is the closest location to us. It used to be a great location, but has steadily gone down in terms of customer service and getting orders correct. Tonight was THE worst. Wrong items in our bag (the item in our bag was less expensive than the item we ordered and paid for). Mexican pizza was limp and had only a partial tortilla on the bottom; I had requested light tomatoes not usual amt. We got extra tomatoes. We had a free bean burrito offer, which we applied and added meat to-expecting to pay the .60 up-charge. We were charged for the bean burrito and our offers show our free burrito was applied (it wasn't). My husband asked for a receipt and was told "we're out of receipt paper") My husband went back to the location to try to get the order we wanted and have our free offer applied. They said they had nothing to do with internet orders. Well, folks, we ordered it from the internet site and paid for it there-and you got all of that, so how are you "not connected to the internet site"? If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I went there tonight with my buddy and as we pulled in we could see the drive thru woman having a fit because we were coming in the drive thru at 10:30pm. She greeted us on the speaker with such an attitude. When we were ready to order we told the employee on the drive thru speaker that it would be 2 separate orders. She refused to take 2 separate orders because there was only 2 people running the store. I said "Ok, we'll go somewhere else then!" Her response: "That's fine with me!"
