I have been to this location several times and they CONTINUE to struggle with orders. I have a capsaicin allergy, which means I have to order certain foods without certain ingredients. I have told them MULTIPLE TIMES and EMPHASIZED that I cannot have the jalapeño sauce as I am allergic, and yet that is EXACTLY what they add. Again and again. I just went to this location at 6pm. pulled into the drive thru and got trapped. it took me 35 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. When i got to the speaker a lady said something unintelligible. I waited another 5 minutes and she says " I'm sorry for your wait but there were 2 large door dash orders ahead of you. " WTF? So I order my 1 burrito. She didn't offer any discount or anything. So i pulled up and there's still 4 cars ahead of me. I wait another 5 minutes and no one has gotten their order. So i was able to worm my way out of the line and left. I spent 40 minutes in the drive thru and there were still 4 cars in front of me when I was able to leave. I have given this taco bell multiple chances and Every. Single. Time. They mess up my order. On the most recent time I put in an online order and the person at the drive through doesn't list out my order in detail and just says "i know you have all the extra whatever" as if the way I want my food is just "whatever". And then they give me the food and it's missing a gordita and a crunchwrap. I had to go back in to the store (mind you I came through the drive through so I didn't want to get out of my car) just to make sure my order was right. And maybe they had too many doordash/UberEATS orders or something but they were well staffed and not busy at all. No cars in the drive thru and one customer using his laptop in the lobby. There was zero reason to rush my order. Just go to the taco bell on calderwood st. They actually care about getting orders right. read more

The acoustics in this place are horrid! The employees shout to each other and it is not a pleasant conversation. It is beyond loud! Keep deleting reviews somehow and you'll keep getting negative ones. Especially with the way this establishment is ran. I live not even five minutes from this specific Taco Bell, and I frequent it multiple times a week. Everytime I go, I always tell myself I should've drove the extra couple minutes to the midland location. No matter how many times you say your order or specify it, it will be wrong. I'm not sure how they're even making food to send out because it seems like they never even look at the ticket. I hate leaving a bad review because I understand times are hard. But as someone who works in five star hospitality, it PAINS me that these workers can't ever read an order correct. It is just a burrito. We couldn't wait for another food place to open on the east side of town. So, they finally build the Taco Bell and we give the drive-Thru a try. When we get home all of our food was wrong. We had ordered the supreme of all the items we bought and got the cheaper version of everything. We checked our receipt and of course we paid for the supreme version of everything. So, we figured they're new we will wait a few weeks and try it again. Today we went inside and ordered. This time we did get the supreme versions of similar food items and this time they even included broken shells and dried on crusty food on the outside of our drink cups. When we walked inside the store there were no other customers and the employees were just hanging out talking behind the counter, which is ok, but someone probably should have gone out and cleaned off the (several) really dirty tables. Didn't look so good for a brand new restaurant. We spent $25+ for some not very good food. read more
