Always something missing or wrong with the order. I live up by Phil's 550 store and it's a pain to go back again. I now pull aside and go through everything in the bag. Always something missing every time. I won't use the drive thru anymore! read more

the reviews for this taco bell are not accurate!! i regularly come here with my boyfriend. shout out to the late night shift you guys are freaking amazing! we always destroy the food like it's our first meal in days so i don't take pictures, literally the only one i have is a strawberry free before drinking (perfectly mixed by the way) out of 30+ trips, they have gotten our order wrong once. 10/10 they dont even forget the sauce. i love them. lol good ambience too fun w friends. read more

worst taco bell ever. nothing but shit slopped together and falling apart. not busy but had to wait to order cuz employees are not attentive. shows in their food skills as well read more

Kept my credit card, denied it, and bought themselves lunch on it. We had to cancel the card to stop their fraudulent charges.

Good is good, but my last 2 orders once I made it all the home to Big bay, found out that part of my order wasn't even in my bag. To far to drive back to get it. Ordered on line and was charged for it too. read more

Seems like I have a lot of screw-up here. And typically have to wait too long. Particularly with dine in orders...

If I could give this a 0-star review, I would. We waited in the drive-through line for an hour, only to be turned away at 12:59am..... The store doesn't close until 1:00am. Crappy management, drive through is always an hour long wait or later, and they're always rude when we go there. While I applaud them for staying open later than other fast food competitors, it's crappy they can't and choose not to honor the people who waited for long amounts of time in the drive through, even if it was just a coupon or two for future use. Furthermore, we weren't allowed to go inside and order, bypassing the whole drive-through issue. Honestly just frustrating and HUNGRY! read more

Best Taco Bell experience I've ever had in my life, it was even lined out to the road and all the employees were friendly and very kind.

Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes, asked for no lettuce and lettuce was on everything. The hard shell tacos were completely crushed. read more

Taco Bell - Waited in line for 30 minutes, asked for no lettuce and they put lettuce on everything. And the hard shell tacos were crushed. - Fast Food Near Me - Marquette, Michigan

Giving credit to the workers there that are doing what they can to get through their shift. I got stuck in a 15 car line out of food desperation and even though I had to wait an hour, we got there eventually and the food was hot and good all things considered. I honestly wouldn't have been mad if they just threw everything together and got my order wrong. Times are not great, but these people are still doing their best. read more

Not very tasty I don't like the way the spice everything up even if you don't want it that way and I order a breakfast sandwich and it's cold and they put bacon bits in there it's not even real bacon it's pathetic I don't know how they get any business maybe people in Marquette have no taste buds read more

Horrible customer service, had people stuck in the drive thru for 30+ mins while employees sat outside smoking and chatting. Not one person mentioned they didn't open till late on Saturday apparently... No signs saying it either. Finally got an answer on the phone and the lady was a mega b!#"+ straight away. Owner/gm should be completely embarrassed by these employees. Horrible. read more

I got a cheese roll up... literally melted cheese in a tortilla... and the cheese wasn't melted. -10/10 would not recommend to a friend. read more

Usually forget to give you sauce packets, sometimes they remember a straw but usually forget that too. Food is rarely hot, usually room temperature at best. Staff is friendly but there is a 99% chance something will be wrong with your order. read more

Literally the slowest Taco Bell I've ever been to. I have no idea how it could take this long to make a taco..... someone needs to step in and speed this up, it's absolutely ridiculous how long it takes waiting in the drive thru. This is the worst location I've ever been to read more

I waited 43 minutes for my order. A simple order, just a couple of tacos and burritos. Absolutely horrible, the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. It's supposed to be fast food lol. Won't go back. Corporate needs to step in and make some changes. read more

Will get your order right only half of the time. Have gotten items numerous times that do not appear to have been cooked/warmed up. read more

Went to the new Taco Bell in Ishpeming on Sunday. An employee came away from delivering food to a customers table munching on some food. I also saw her eating the chips behind the counter in the food area. read more

We went through the drive thru and asked specifically for a bunch of sauce. Then we asked to make sure it was in the bag at the window and the manager said it was...it wasn't. Then when we called for sauce the lady called us rude and gave us an attitude because she said she was busy making food. Plus the drinks were warm and had no ice. read more

Employees are very friendly, love the food even if it's gross I don't care. I wish they'd bring back the nacho fries and the churros. They need to add more desserts to the menu for a sweet treat after eating the salty foods read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would! Their service is absolutely horrible! Waiting 25 minutes for a simple taco?? It's a TACO how complicated can it be?? I have never been to a Taco Bell as slow as this one even when they are not busy!! And the worst part is when we and other customers who had been waiting 45 minutes were REFUSED refunds and left with out our food or our money. Complete bullshit read more

I left my sling bag at this Taco Bell and didn't realize it. They went above and beyond to contact me by looking up my mother in the phone book to let her know I had left my bag there. Credit cards and everything were still in it hours later when I was able to pick it up. Very happy with our service here. read more

No complaints, I always get my order correct and quickly. The dining room is clean and open pretty late. And don't forget to get your free taco with your NMU ID! read more

I don't have any complaints about this restaurant the food is good for fast food. The restaurant is clean & staff is friendly.

we made an online order, and when we went to pick it up, all of our food was cold, the food that we customized wasn't customized, drinks we're very water down.when we called to let them know, they hung up on us. read more

Went there and was eating with my kids when a man I now know to be Scott from talking to other people with the same issue. He I guess was having a bad day. So he came out to wipe tables but what he did was horrible he came out kicking chairs in making loud noise and throwing trays onto tables. Scared my kids and they would not finish their meals. We packed up and left. I went online to write how my experience was and got no response. I talked to my wife she was like ya he does it all the time after 12noon. I was shocked that she has witnessed the same thing and when i went to talk to other people about it thats when I found out his name. This is ridiculous how can a person scare customers away with attitude issues and yet still work there??? If your reading this do not go there its horrible. I over looked the multiple people walking around drinking and chatting away while there was a line waiting for food. And a young black fellow eating just off line in the back...... Thats whatever, but this guy scared my kids and something must be done. Go anywhere but here they need to fix how they run a business. No longer will they be getting my money. Still no response from two requests I've sent them. I'm sure they only keep the good comments. read more
