I went to the drive through after placing a mobile order and was met by a rude older lady working the drive through. She told me she had not received my order, and when I asked what to do about that she said very sternly, "I don't know, cancel it and re-order." I pulled through the drive-thru today and can safely say never again. Initially, a male cashier takes my order. i put in 3 value items, ask about price, then ask to change items so i could afford it. while this happens, a lady takes over seemingly irritated, saying they've already started making my food yet i haven't completed ordering. i make no additional changes, tell her whatever's ordered is fine and she tells me to pull forward. when i come to the window not only does she look higher than a space cadet, she starts, "we'll get you your food today but..." i just found it rude, even if common knowledge, to rush a customer through an order, who's order you've started making, prior to them fully placing or paying as if it's their fault. then basically state that next time they won't be getting their food. i didn't spend a dime and you shouldn't either. i didn't get her name when asked, older white lady, red hair. i have a video to back my review as well. terrible customer service read more

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. We have been to this Taco Bell multiple times. Within about a few weeks of each other we have had two back to back bad experiences. Once we were told that they weren't taking orders because of a shift change and that it would be 25 minutes. We accepted this although slightly bewildered. Fast forward to tonight where we were in a bind and wanted a quick dinner. I am an Uber Eats driver and I came to this Taco Bell to pick up 2 orders for delivery. There were several employees working and they all saw me, but no one acknowledged me. I gave them exactly 10 minutes and still no acknowledgement. I finally asked to be assisted and they stopped what they were doing and 2 of them came over to me and told me they were busy! They asked if I could see that they were very busy. I said I saw that, but all they had to do was acknowledge me and tell me they'd be with me in a couple minutes. They didn't seem to approve of my response so one of the women said, "I'm the manager and you'd better cancel the Uber orders because I'm not making it for you." Then she told me to leave. This is the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. The employees here are so rude have never been talked to in that type of manner at a drive thru window. If they are that unhappy they shouldn't be working there. The 2 times I've been there the drive thru person has been rude. Both times were men. Just awkward and rude. I just drove through the drive-through to be told we are not taking orders. I said hello, the girl said we are not taking orders. I asked, why were they not taking orders, she said because we're not taking orders. Then she proceeded to tell me, anyways, we are in the middle of a shift change. I asked her how long will it be, she said it would be at least an hour. I asked for her name and for the name of the owner of the company. I hate going to this location. I go because people at my job want Taco Bell. 2 visits ago they told me I had to put the 5 boxes I ordered in the box myself. The last visit I watched the manager make 5 drive thru orders before mine. I ordered first and waited 20 minutes. I asked the manager why they did it that way because I was there first. I was told they had a lot they were working on and he handed me free cinnamon twists. I'm always asked to pull up front to wait for my order when there are no cars behind me. The female employee who eventually took my order was so incredibly rude I could not believe what I was hearing. Gave me a literal anxiety attack in my car.
