I just picked up an order from here. Surprised to see that the crabby older lady with the attitude still works here after all the negative comments about her. No change in her attitude, she's still nasty to the customers unlike the rest of the staff. If I was her manager I'd be putting her on a performance improvement plan. read more

My wife chose the Avocado Chicken Stack with a Diet Pepsi and I had the Supreme Luxe Box with a Pepsi. My box consisted of a Chicken Chalupa, a 5 layer Beef Burrito, a Crunchy Beef Taco and a bag of Cinnamon Twists. All was good but my wife's dish seemed to have little, or no, avocado. It was a good moderately priced meal. The dining room was nearly vacant. The business all came from the drive up window. read more

A black guy got my order wrong after I told him 3 times that I didn't want cheese and the avocado sauce. Never going ever again.

I went to the drive through after placing a mobile order and was met by a rude older lady working the drive through. She told me she had not received my order, and when I asked what to do about that she said very sternly, "I don't know, cancel it and re-order." I did not want to re-order at this point and when I went to cancel it, the order said it was filled already. Do not go to this restaurant because I personally got robbed. read more

Old white lady is the problem. The workers are EXTREMELY rude. NEVER coming back to this location. lol $10 an hour. Have a great life losers

special place in hell for the old white lady who works the window. her attitude was absolute shit. I've never been spoken to with that level of disrespect over a damn food order. She was rude, nasty, and acted like customers were inconveniencing her by existing. read more

I can't believe they haven't fired the old hag that works at the drive-through window. I'm always so nice and so sweet when I stop by after work and she's always so rude condescending and dismissive. This lady should not be allowed to talk to customers. read more

Racist staff, started making fun of my name and used racial slurs. Don't think they realize the glass window isn't completely sound proof. Can't really expect much though from lowly educated folks. read more

What a joke. Lady in the window said I was "funny" for asking for 10 fire sauces with my quesadilla and burrito. Completely making me feel bad for it and ruining my day chewing me out at the window, when on the app I know for a fact I can order as many as I want or if I walked in the store I could grab as many as I want from the table. "1 fire sauce per item" give me a break everyone knows that's not enough and a bogus rule. I'll be skipping out on that Taco Bell from now on. Pick a bigger battle, it isn't coming out of your pocket. Good riddance. read more

god fucking awful. charged me for food they didn't put in my bag. Slurring words into the mic. they mess up my order every time I place it I honestly don't even know why I come here anymore. worst fucking place to eat. read more

I pulled through the drive-thru today and can safely say never again. Initially, a male cashier takes my order. i put in 3 value items, ask about price, then ask to change items so i could afford it. while this happens, a lady takes over seemingly irritated, saying they've already started making my food yet i haven't completed ordering. i make no additional changes, tell her whatever's ordered is fine and she tells me to pull forward. when i come to the window not only does she look higher than a space cadet, she starts, "we'll get you your food today but..." i just found it rude, even if common knowledge, to rush a customer through an order, who's order you've started making, prior to them fully placing or paying as if it's their fault. then basically state that next time they won't be getting their food. i didn't spend a dime and you shouldn't either. i didn't get her name when asked, older white lady, red hair. i have a video to back my review as well. terrible customer service read more

Won't come back to this location. A T M O S P H E R E Came at 4:30pm on a Sunday. Ordered from drive thru for take out. Nobody was in line. The employees inside weren't wearing masks but they were all wearing gloves. The female employee at the window was not polite or friendly. She didn't seem happy or kind. She's definitely did not provide food customer service. F O O D 1 chicken quesadilla 1 steak quesadilla 4 chicken chipotle melts: much smaller than at other locations. 1 beef burrito They no longer offer cool ranch doritos locos tacos. Also they were out of dragonfruit and strawberry freezes. What a bummer. I was super excited for the cool ranch and dragonfruit! ); All the cheese was barely melted. Food was made poorly. There was literally 4 pcs of chicken in the chipotle melts; strange bc the other location didn't make it like this. There's barely any chicken in the quesadilla as well. P R I C E 14 read more

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. We have been to this Taco Bell multiple times. Within about a few weeks of each other we have had two back to back bad experiences. Once we were told that they weren't taking orders because of a shift change and that it would be 25 minutes. We accepted this although slightly bewildered. Fast forward to tonight where we were in a bind and wanted a quick dinner. We went over to the drive thru and once again we were turned away and told they were only accepting Uber eats and door dash orders. MIND YOU this is a FAST FOOD establishment. So, I cannot overstate how ridiculous that is. Ya no quiero Taco Bell. read more

I am an Uber Eats driver and I came to this Taco Bell to pick up 2 orders for delivery. There were several employees working and they all saw me, but no one acknowledged me. I gave them exactly 10 minutes and still no acknowledgement. I finally asked to be assisted and they stopped what they were doing and 2 of them came over to me and told me they were busy! They asked if I could see that they were very busy. I said I saw that, but all they had to do was acknowledge me and tell me they'd be with me in a couple minutes. They didn't seem to approve of my response so one of the women said, "I'm the manager and you'd better cancel the Uber orders because I'm not making it for you." Then she told me to leave. This Taco Bell is a disgrace. I'm shocked that employees would actually treat anyone this way. I'll never return. read more

I go to the door and am signaled to go to the drive thru . I get to the drive thru and asked any reason why the dining room is closed. I am told "it's closed". I did not was it opened. I asked any reason WHY it is closed ???? tone is rude. I get it we are all short staffed. It's everywhere. Tone was very rude. Be careful . Then I asked for one thing and received something else. Horrible service. Keep in mind that we have jobs bc clients buy. read more

Service here is horrific. Been to this location twice And drive through attendant very rude both times.

This Taco Bell is clean and the food is good enough, but sometimes it is difficult to hear over the intercom in the drive thru.

This is the worst Taco Bell we have ever been to. The employees here are so rude have never been talked to in that type of manner at a drive thru window. If they are that unhappy they shouldn't be working there. The 2 times I've been there the drive thru person has been rude. Both times were men. Just awkward and rude. Don't expect to be acknowledged and don't expect a thank you either. Just the awkward handoff of your payment and food. read more

I just drove through the drive-through to be told we are not taking orders. I said hello, the girl said we are not taking orders. I asked, why were they not taking orders, she said because we're not taking orders. Then she proceeded to tell me, anyways, we are in the middle of a shift change. I asked her how long will it be, she said it would be at least an hour. I asked for her name and for the name of the owner of the company. She said it's not owned by anyone, so it doesn't matter who you talk to. I'm not sure who owns the Taco Bell, but I'm sure they don't appreciate losing business. read more

I hate going to this location. I go because people at my job want Taco Bell. 2 visits ago they told me I had to put the 5 boxes I ordered in the box myself. The last visit I watched the manager make 5 drive thru orders before mine. I ordered first and waited 20 minutes. I asked the manager why they did it that way because I was there first. I was told they had a lot they were working on and he handed me free cinnamon twists. I'm always asked to pull up front to wait for my order when there are no cars behind me. My last visit was my last. Sad thing is they won't even care. read more

I've gone to this TB for years and it's great 95% of the time. Never had a long wait in the drive thru like someone else mentioned. They always have a 100 health score, too. Drive thru folks are always polite. Cannot complain. read more

Wow. I don't know what kind of chip this girl with the pretty blue/green eyes has but she should NOT be working here! They screwed up our order, forgot spoons....forgot sauce..... we just drove back through to get what needed. She was angry and defensive and slammed window shut. We sat there for ten minutes waiting before finally driving away without food we ordered, cold food we didn't order, no sauce, no utensils. I was a server and always give benefit of doubt. I wouldn't have eaten anything this woman handed me. She is angry and should not be working with this kind of attitude! Just wow! read more

Can I give 0 stars?? This was one of the WORST experiences in any kind of restaurant or store I have ever had. The female employee who eventually took my order was so incredibly rude I could not believe what I was hearing. Gave me a literal anxiety attack in my car. First of all, I waited in line for the drive thru, which is completely fine, but when it was my turn, no one ever came to the microphone for about 20 minutes. I saw people inside but they just wouldn't help me. So I parked and tried to go in but couldn't. When I was about to drive away, another car pulled up to the drive thru, and they're order was immediately taken. Confused, I pulled back into the line and when no one said anything to me through the microphone, I said, "Hello?", and the woman went, "Ma'am. Just wait." I was taken aback but waited, and then, she came back on the microphone but it appeared to be an accident because she was talking crap and insulting me to her coworker. She was being racist and rude and I got so upset. I got my food and the wrong drinks and left. Now I'm shaking in my car in a parking lot. Never coming back. Ruined my day. read more

I love Taco Bell's food. But this Taco Bell sucks. And so does every single one I've been to. Their ticketing system doesn't appropriately say correctly when a customer wants to order extra of any thing on their tacos. Oooooh. look at the $1.50 worth of extra cheese on these tacos. Well, too bad it's not just this location. NO location ever gets it right --- and I pay the extra every time. Live mas? Live less with Taco Bell. read more
