long day. i wanted taco bell. i wanted $7 box SPECIFICALLY for my chalupa supreme. ordered the box and made sure they knew i wanted a beef chalupa supreme. sweet. get my baja blast and im ready to go. i get home and throw on a video to eat. burrito? gone. taco? eaten. i unwrap my SUPPOSEDLY beef chalupa supreme only to bite into chicken. if i wanted a chicken chalupa supreme i would've asked for one. who's even ordering the chicken one??? definitely not me. no photo because i thugged it out and ate it because i wasn't going back to get the beef chalupa supreme i was supposed to. If I could give em no stars I wouldn't hesitate. This taco bell need to be shutdown immediately. My food was cold the person at the window caught an attitude with me while I was ordering he was questioning me when I never asked for nothing but what I ordered also when I asked for sauce tried to play me like sucka. Getting lunch! 3/23/23. Drive-thru! Worker was very kind! Ordered the chicken protein bowl with no sour cream and extra hot sauce. No line! Moved fast! Paid for order and received food shortly later along with good day wishes! Lunchtime! Order made right with extra hot sauce included! Chicken bowl was really delicious! Fresh lettuce and tomato. Chicken was tasty and really good black beans, rice & guacamole! Plus, nice spice from the hot sauce! Good service and delicious chicken protein bowl! Highly recommended! read more

Was craving some Taco Bell so here I am. I got 2 spicy soft potato taco and 2 cheese and rice burritos. Cashier at the drive thru was very friendly. The cheese and rice burritos were great same as always. The spicy soft potato taco was not so great, the potatoes were so dry and crunchy. But overall wasn't a bad experience. I would recommend if you need a decent meal and short on time. read more

After getting out of jail I decided to eat here since it was the most familiar thing to me to jail food and let me tell you I was not disappointed. The chalupas smack harder than my mom chancla. I ate 2 and decided to try the cantina burrito as well and ooooooooo weeee it was delicious. After about an hour my stomach started to feel funny as I watching videos on how to repair a broken arm on YouTube . Your kids are in the back seat playing the newest Call of Duty, your wife is riding shotgun trying to convince you to turn on the latest true crime podcast. Life is good. After topping off your 700 horsepower Dodge T Rex (that you gladly paid over MSRP for), you glance across the road from the gas station and see a fresh looking Taco Bell. Your stomach rejoices. You hurdle your 6,300 pound mass of steel across the road ignoring all stop lights with the anticipation of all the sweet sweet accoutrements that Taco Bell has to offer. This is my favorite Taco Bell of all madera but lately they have been slacking way off. Messing up orders, long wait times and lazy customer service. Just today I ordered two beefy Fritos burritos which are my fiancé and I favorite and it was only beans and meat, there was no rice to be found or nacho cheese sauce if this continues I will never come back to this Taco Bell again. New establishment that lacks leadership and standards. Homeless and non motivated folks lounge around without buying food, people walk in and fill up there bottles or containers with soft drinks and have the odasity to sit at the table to drink it, no shame. People "freshening up" (bathing) in the restroom taking 20+ minutes. All this in only 30 minutes I was there, on my lunch. I am a working individual that wants to enjoy lunch away from my office and without having to go across town to another Taco Bell. MAKE YOUR PRESENCE KNOWN STAFF, have standards, managers & owner back your staff up, have written policy and procedures. read more
