Ordered online went to pick it up and I waited 5 min at the window just to get a cold chalupa with sour cream ALL over the outside of the shell and my toppings fell out before I could pick up the food! This Taco Bell seems like it has serious management issues. The team members are always friendly, but it seems like more than half the time I come (especially in the morning) the store is either inexplicably closed, or out of something key. Just in the past month or two I've come and they've been out of sauces, large cups (twice), and soda. I've been reluctant to complain because it obviously isn't the employees fault, but seriously, what on earth is going on with this store? I would like to caveat this - when they are actually open and not out, the service and food is good, it's just so hot or miss. read more

I just went to this Taco Bell ordered a number three which has a burrito supreme and tacos supreme and also an additional burrito supreme both burrito Supremes, the flower shell was cracked and hard. This was obviously something they saw when they made both burritos when I open the taco supreme, the shell was cracked in many different places and tasted stale. If you enjoy ordering food, paying for it, but then not getting what you ordered - this is the place for you. This was the third time we ordered online for pickup, and didn't get what we ordered and paid for. I suspect that's why they now seal the bags with tape, so you can't see that you're missing items until you get home. Then they have to gall to tape the receipt to the bag - the correct receipt that they didn't look at before they served you. What's the problem here? Can't read? Never again for me. read more

I NEVER, and I mean NEVER, write reviews online. But there have been multiple times now that this location's service has been somewhat lacking. For starters, I asked for fire sauce way before my food was given to me, the gentleman at the window asked the people preparing my order to add some fire sauce to it, and about 3 minutes later, my food came out. I pulled off out of the way, so that other people can get their orders, and I parked, checked my order, and there was no fire sauce. So I pulled back up to the order screen to let them know I did not receive any. He asked me to come back to the window. After three cars ahead of me and almost 10 minutes of waiting and watching my food get cold, I finally got my sauce. He did not offer to have me just come around to the door to get some, knowing that I would most likely be waiting for something I asked for before I even received my order. Now, I asked for a handful of fire sauce because in the order, there was a Steak Quesadilla, three burritos, and a Chicken Power Bowl. This order was for my Fiancé and I. After waiting for 10 minutes, he gave me a bag with 6 packets of fire sauce, barely and handful of them. Now that is by far my smallest complaint. The amount of fire sauce is not as upsetting as getting a side of sour cream, or lack of, to say the least. My Fiancé and I have frequented this Taco Bell for years because it is so close to our house, and we work second shift, so when we had a rough night at work and don't want to cook, there aren't many restaurants open around the time we get home, and everytime we order, we get some sour cream on the side, which costs $0.45 for each cup of it. For the past year, we have had to order at least double the amount of sour cream we should have to because the cup comes with almost none of it. Paying almost a full dollar for two cups of sour cream, you would think you would get a pretty full side cup of it. We do at every other Taco Bell we go to, but never this one. It has not been just one time either, it has been happening for over a year now, which means that it is not a lazy employee, but a management decision to be stingy about how much is given out with a side of sour cream. Picture is attached to this review so I don't look crazy and think the cup should be filled to the brim, but it shouldn't also be less than a third of the cup either. I know it is Taco Bell and not a 5-star restaurant, but I felt my experience tonight was not even average. read more

Don't. Just don't, there's a reason they're not open last night. There's a reason no one wants to use them anymore. I actually like Taco Bell, but have been getting ever so frustrated with this franchise. Specifically this store. Constantly advertising their "Nacho Fries" But NEVER having them. They're on the ordering screen for Pete's sake! The digital-you can change it- ordering/advertising screen. And a few times they ran out of mild sauce. What Taco Bell runs out of their signature sauce?? The part that takes the cake for me is I was sick with strep this week and wanted something Ice cold for my throat...slushies! I ordered Cherry and blueberry. Nope. Apparently all they had were the gross mixes. Not the plain ones. But I was desperate. So I ordered the gross ones and To make my order worthwhile, some soft tacos and NACHO FRIES. Which they again advertised and offered on their app and let me pay for. I thought could this be the day? So I ordered, paid and paid for delivery because I was too sick to drive the 1/4 mile to the store. The door dasher called and guess what? So sorry ma'am but your Taco Bell is OUT OF NACHO FRIES. He asked if I wanted a refund for the fries. I did, but I still want the rest of my order and he brought it without hesitation and quickly. I was still charged for the NEVER THERE NACHO FRIES. Missing 3 of the mild sauces that I specifically ordered (must be rationing now) and no straws. Those should be in the bag. They fail at this a lot too. I've reached out to Taco Bell customer support twice now and still have not been refunded for the EVER MISSING NACHO FRIES. I would reach out to door dash too but they have no record of my order since I ordered through the Taco Bell app. Taco Bell, get urself together. This is ridiculous. Or are you the next company to go under? Might as well when you always advertise things you don't have. read more

One star is giving them too much. Went there at 9 pm on a Tuesday and all the lights and drive thru seemed wide open.. little did I know they were having a staff meeting or something close to not serving anyone. Terrible never again hate it there! read more

I don't frequent the bell, but this was a very pleasant Taco Bell experience. Clean. Fast. Friendly staff!

They go a bit heavier on the lettuce then other taco bell locations in town. But, food seems fresh and service is pretty quick.

their service is the worst. they dont know what was ordered and when they mess up the order. i m never going there again.

I came into eat with a friend and had bugs running on my table. I caught it with a cup and the manger gave us free food for a month.
