On 8/8 2025 , I placed an order for a Crunchwrap, a quesadilla, a taco, and a Baja Blast Freeze. Instead of receiving what I ordered, I got: A messed-up Crunchwrap that was missing ingredients and poorly made. A quesadilla that was soggy, unappealing, and looked like it had been sitting out. A taco that was half-empty and thrown together without care. A regular Baja Blast instead of the Baja Blast Freeze I ordered. To make matters worse, the staff member was unnecessarily rude to me, even though I was polite and had done nothing to warrant that behavior. What fucking morons are they hiring at this location. First there is an older girl Manager who can even crack a smile to save her life, acts like you are an inconvenience for even ordering here. As a colleague once told me in El Paso, Texas, "Mexicans do not eat at Taco Bell." After the take-out meal my wife presented to me at home the other evening, I now know why. I used to think the fare was merely fake-MX food, but, now, it is even worse. Chips and Guacamole: The chips for dipping seemed like they were designed for the hands of a five-year old. I have never seen such tiny chips. Worse, the guacamole offering was the worst I have ever experienced anywhere. If I had been blindfolded and fed a bite, I would not have been able to identify the food. Taco: Disappointed with the chips and dips, I moved on to the tacos, which literally disintegrated in my hands, even though they were supposedly secured by a cardboard wrapping. Picking up the messy pieces, I found that grubbing around for useable bites was fruitless, for the taste was typically TB, Mexican food made the American way. Alternate Dish: My wife was so embarrassed by it all she gave me her own plate, a dish which resembled not so much human food as the product of a sick animal regurgitation. What a mess!
