I went to this Taco Bell yesterday with my toddler and it was just an awful experience. First I went to the drive thru and after 5 minutes of waiting, the girl told me they were only accepting orders inside. Cool. I placed a mobile order then went inside to eat. I walked up to the mobile order station and stood there for a while, and I could hear both of the girls (there were only 2 working) asking why I was just standing there. Finally one came and asked did I place an order with a horrible attitude. Let me just say it took everything in me not to curse this girl out. I had my son and I try to make a good example, but If he were not with me, she would've had a real bad day because I can go there! She proceeds to tell me they only have small size cups, no condiments, no freezes, and only Mountain Dew and Pepsi to drink. She had no customer service, no offering alternatives, no apologies for not having anything at all after I already paid through the app. Her and the other girl kept going outside talking to guys. It was awful, I won't be back. read more

Sad Sad Fast Food Restaurant. Either the equipment is not working OR they are completely out of menu items. 3-stars for a few of the workers I saw in the inside working as hard as they could under the circumstances. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! This location sucks. I waited almost 10 mins and after that i went inside to find out that one item that was apart of my mobile order they didn't not have. But NO ONE came outside to tell me that they didn't have it and someone left to go get it so my other food was just sitting . No one was there to give me a refund because no one else had the code except for the person who left and they tell me i would have to come back! This location is the worst i have never had this issue at any other taco bell. I do not recommend this location at all! read more

The nacho fries box was hot, fresh and good! Staff was patient. The diving lanes are kind of tight especially with a lane leading from the back to another road but not to hard to navigate. read more

Walk in and this location now has an ordering kiosks. We start ordering on it and another couple comes in behind us. They walk up to the counter and after the girl in the front walks past them three (3) times they finally ask if she's going to take their order. She refuses to. Says that it's new company policy to not and to make people use the kiosks. They walked out. A few minutes later a guy walks in and straight to the counter. She walks past him multiple times. He's completely ignored. He finally walks over after about 3 minutes and uses the kiosks. A few minutes later another guy walks in. Same situation. The girl in the front walks past him multiple time completely ignoring him. He too confronted her like the first couple. She does end up taking his order though. read more

Location is garbage. Their equipment was down, so they conveniently couldnt "grill" or prepare, what I wanted on the menu. Then the Pepsi was as flat as a 4 day old 2 Liter left in the fridge with no cap on. Girl in drive through had a bonnet on her head! It doesnt get anymore less concerned about a customer than this "joint". In the future I will wait the 20-30 minutes for Chick Fil A or Zaxbys. At least the food will be quality. Taco Bell Lithonia is garbage food, ghetto service. read more

Taco Bell has its reputation of course but what I found was that I thoroughly enjoy getting their vegan tacos. I am a chalupa lover and getting it with black beans has been a game changer for me. I would definitely recommend. Also, their fries... best fries in the fast food game.. hands down! read more

Zero rating not available? Too bad. They deserve it. Places my order online, got confirmation with "ready to pick up". Restaurant employee says "your order is not in the system so we can't make it. You will have to place it again." Confirms that she also means that I must pay again as well, refuses to fill order until I do. Supervisor on site claims they can't fill it because "it will look like we gave away food". I show the confirmation, even find my credit card app showing charge having been made, but I had to threaten to call police to report restaurant not giving food I've paid for before they did fill it. Now the icing on the cake... 3 items, and they don't have 2 of the 3 so I leave with just 1 thing I ordered and 2 substitutions I didn't really want. Oh, and they also had said they its not a problem to pay again because I can go call my credit card company and dispute the charge... In other words, their own system malfunctions but it's on me to go spend time fixing it on my end? Inexcusable. Terrible service. Food wasn't good either... Maybe out of spite, everything had about half the regular stuff. Very skinny. read more

Just Horrible...Period! I have had it with trifling service in this area! Ordered from this Taco Bell tonight and, YET AGAIN, the order was jacked. I try to shop, eat and play where I live and for my efforts, I get subpar returns on my investments. WHY? MANAGEMENT...DO BETTER! SET the standard then teach these kids, your employees, to have pride in their work and themselves. Oh, I'm sorry...we just don't do this anymore. It's all about the MONEY! RANT OVER! read more

Once again not open on time because the systems are down I can't tell you how many times I've stopped at this location because it's on my way to work and they were not open on time Here we go again I tried to give them another chance. Somebody is inside but they don't want to operate, answer the intercom or come to the window I cannot figure out why they won't open on time and serve the people. Management needs to do something. The owners need to do something. read more

"Tries to be vegan friendly" We stop at Taco Bells all over the country because there are several items on their menu that are vegan friendly, from Fresco Bean burritos to bean tostadas etc. They even have a vegetarian certified menu!! We ordered the Fresco Bean burritos. Unlike some Taco Bells where they under fill or clump all of one ingredient on one side of a burrito, this one was uniform and a "good"/normal portion size. For the price, there is no better fast food vegan option. Beans are high in fiber and protein and no cholesterol, so I am always happy when food on the road is this easy. While they were not overly busy, I had a very short wait. I will visit this restaurant again if I am ever in this town again. read more

Are u serious cash only?? That's what was told tonight. This is ridiculous and ghetto.

This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell I have ever encountered. How is it 9:43 PM and they are closed on a Saturday night?!? They clearly need new management. read more

Taco Bell - They closed at 9:45 on a Saturday. I really just need to destroy this location in total. It's so ratchet up here. - Fast Food Near Me - Lithonia, Georgia

So, not really sure what else to say except that it's a Taco Bell! If you don't know what that means you haven't lived yet! Service here was actually a little above average from what you'd find at your average Taco Bell. The interior was well kept. The only problem is that the place is a little tucked away, and could be missed from the main street if you're not paying enough attention. read more

This damn location is kind of hidden. Hell, I drove around for at least ten minutes looking for it. I didn't get two of the items I paid for. Aside from that, what I did receive was good. Service was decent. Quick. read more

The girl in the drive through couldn't have been happier to tell me she couldn't serve me lunch/dinner over 4 minutes. She said lunch started at 9am and it was 8:56 and she wouldn't serve me. If I could leave a damn zero I would! This Toca Bell has been the most incorporated with me, my card was stolen from this TB and the cashier used my card to order some items for her and when I have gone back to see what happened. According to another manager she randomly found it, ma'am your employee stole my card. I'm definitely calling corporate on them because this was extremely unprofessional! I would never come here again! read more

Being vegetarian its hard to find many choice in food. Literally garbage, they don't care. they don't even park at the restaurant so it looks closed. They turn all the lights off so it looks closed. They will get your order and intentionally not give you the right food there was one other person in the line with me. They got the food so horribly incorrect. This place needs to be burned to the ground. read more

This Taco Bell is the worst. And needs to be shut down! The managers needs training. The parking lot is always vacant and I wonder why. Whoever owns this particular establishment needs to rethink this crew. I asked for the store number and Kenny (the manager) refused to give it to me. Went through the drive through and they literally had no drinks beside the Apple drink. Who oversees this crew! They didn't even have pens for me to write down corporate information! Ghetto! Hood! Nonchalant. Irresponsible. Pathetic. Stay away! read more

20 minute wait for 2 items. VERY SLOW, poor customer service and no sense of time. Every order had things miss and/or done wrong.

I was on here to write my first review about another shit food establishment in the Turner Hill rd area and then I remembered how many times I've come to this Taco Bell and have been told at 11pm that they're closed or that they're only taking cash (they're stealing) or that ground beef tacos will take 30 mins to cook. I can't count how many times since COVID I've pulled up and ALL the lights are off but because you're used to the foolishness you know they're open, they just want customers to think that they're not and not drive up. On August 21, approximately 10:54pm (you can tell I was going to write a review but at the time thought "what's the point" but I'm on one today) I pulled into a dark parking lot (yes the lights were off again) to see about 7 teenage boys, all Taco Bell employees, standing outside, surrounding a car, just socializing. So I pull through the drive thru, only to be told that it'll be a 30 min wait...why?! Because all your employees are outside doing shit?...like come on, this Taco Bell, McDonald's and Don Tello's are the worst!! read more

Going through the drive thru, I get excellent customer service when MaKayla is there. She is friendly and precise with ordering, knows her menu. I hope the store leaders support their best workers, like MaKayla, and pay them above the measly GA minimum wage. read more

This place no longer has the LJS and is only a Taco Bell. Obviously they remodeled and the place looks brand new. The problem with this place is inconsistency. One day I pulled up to the drive thru at 12:30 in the afternoon. I sat there for about 2 minutes without being greeted. I started saying "hello? hello?" to which there was never an answer. I finally pull up to the drive-thru window. There are several employees in there and one finally comes to the window. I say "your speaker is not working or something" in which she replies "we be closed". Keep in mind this is prime lunch rush time at 12:30. So then her manager comes to the window and is just staring at me. I thought she may offer up an explanation but she just kept staring at me. So I said "let me get this straight....it is 12:30 and you guys are closed?". The manager still does not say a word and the worker just repeats "yeah, we be closed". I hate to say that I have been back a time or two due to the limited choices in this area of town. I give it 2 stars just for it's existence within driving distance from my office. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever! The workers are so slow and dumb to the point they see you in the drive thru but continue to ignore you like they don't have a business running! Not only that but before I gave them a $20 bill in the drive Thru and the employee never gave me Change. I called for the manager but he was just as no help as any of them. Very poor customer service and place looks dirtyvvvcr read more

Recently me and my fiancé went to Taco Bell. When we got home, I saw a price tag on my burrito and some of his nachos were missing. I posted the pictures on Yelp. Don't ever eat here! I contacted the corporate office about this and I am waiting to here from someone. I explained to them that my burrito had a unknown object on it and also I'm pregnant which could have gotten me sick! For now on, we'll eat at home. Alia was very rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I normally don't leave reviews often on places unless they're positive, but I was just surprised at the attitude she gave me. I understand I took awhile to order my food but I could clearly see her impatience with me. Also they completely messed up my order read more

This is probably the worst Taco Bell known to man. The only Taco Bell that I know that closes at what ever time that they want, no matter the day. If they were not the only Taco Bell in the area then I promise I would never go here. During the day I never have issue with customer service but when night falls so does their standards of customer service. I promised myself that the next time I go to Taco Bell I'm recording my interactions with them. I just don't understand why they are so inadequate doing their job. There needs to be a new manager in charge because clearly the nighttime manager is not running shifts efficiently. I came from to Chris Brown concert and I was extremely hungry this past Saturday and as soon as I came up to the drive-thru it was 12 AM and I was told that they would not take my order and they are closed. Honestly Taco Bell just needs to get rid of this location all together. This is one of the many unfortunate incidents that I have had at this particular location. read more

This location is always out of something, be it ground beef or crunchy tacos and to make matters even worse when they are out of items they expect you to pay an up charge. Bring back the spicy cheesy core it was so good stop taking the good food off the menu

Awful, awful, awful! I just purchased TRASH! I am a Stonecrest City resident and I just got home after spending almost $30 at this place and my food is ice cold. The Chalupas are stale and disgusting. None of the food is fresh and the customer service is horrible. It is obvious that no one of quality is running this establishment given the numerous poor reviews and the lack of good food and service. If you're an established business, you are required to provide good service. The city of Stonecrest is building a community and all businesses a part of its cities plan should be held to a particular standard, good service at minimum. Given the several poor reviews, the city of Stonecrest should reconsider their licensing to operate. For real. No one should spend money and have it wasted just because the employees and leadership of a business are lazy and under qualified. Do better Stonecrest and Taco Bell! read more
