Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! This location sucks. I waited almost 10 mins and after that i went inside to find out that one item that was apart of my mobile order they didn't not have. But NO ONE came outside to tell me that they didn't have it and someone left to go get it so my other food was just sitting . No one was there to give me a refund because no one else had the code except for the person who left and they tell me i would have to come back! I went to this Taco Bell yesterday with my toddler and it was just an awful experience. First I went to the drive thru and after 5 minutes of waiting, the girl told me they were only accepting orders inside. Cool. I placed a mobile order then went inside to eat. I walked up to the mobile order station and stood there for a while, and I could hear both of the girls (there were only 2 working) asking why I was just standing there. Finally one came and asked did I place an order with a horrible attitude. Let me just say it took everything in me not to curse this girl out. I had my son and I try to make a good example, but If he were not with me, she would've had a real bad day because I can go there! She proceeds to tell me they only have small size cups, no condiments, no freezes, and only Mountain Dew and Pepsi to drink. She had no customer service, no offering alternatives, no apologies for not having anything at all after I already paid through the app. Her and the other girl kept going outside talking to guys. Walk in and this location now has an ordering kiosks. We start ordering on it and another couple comes in behind us. They walk up to the counter and after the girl in the front walks past them three (3) times they finally ask if she's going to take their order. She refuses to. Says that it's new company policy to not and to make people use the kiosks. They walked out. A few minutes later a guy walks in and straight to the counter. She walks past him multiple times. He's completely ignored. He finally walks over after about 3 minutes and uses the kiosks. A few minutes later another guy walks in. Same situation. The girl in the front walks past him multiple time completely ignoring him. He too confronted her like the first couple. She does end up taking his order though. read more

Location is garbage. Their equipment was down, so they conveniently couldnt "grill" or prepare, what I wanted on the menu. Then the Pepsi was as flat as a 4 day old 2 Liter left in the fridge with no cap on. Girl in drive through had a bonnet on her head! Taco Bell has its reputation of course but what I found was that I thoroughly enjoy getting their vegan tacos. I am a chalupa lover and getting it with black beans has been a game changer for me. Zero rating not available? Too bad. They deserve it. Places my order online, got confirmation with "ready to pick up". Restaurant employee says "your order is not in the system so we can't make it. You will have to place it again." Confirms that she also means that I must pay again as well, refuses to fill order until I do. Supervisor on site claims they can't fill it because "it will look like we gave away food". I show the confirmation, even find my credit card app showing charge having been made, but I had to threaten to call police to report restaurant not giving food I've paid for before they did fill it. Now the icing on the cake... 3 items, and they don't have 2 of the 3 so I leave with just 1 thing I ordered and 2 substitutions I didn't really want. Oh, and they also had said they its not a problem to pay again because I can go call my credit card company and dispute the charge... In other words, their own system malfunctions but it's on me to go spend time fixing it on my end? Inexcusable. Terrible service. Food wasn't good either... "Tries to be vegan friendly" We stop at Taco Bells all over the country because there are several items on their menu that are vegan friendly, from Fresco Bean burritos to bean tostadas etc. They even have a vegetarian certified menu!! We ordered the Fresco Bean burritos. Unlike some Taco Bells where they under fill or clump all of one ingredient on one side of a burrito, this one was uniform and a "good"/normal portion size. For the price, there is no better fast food vegan option. Beans are high in fiber and protein and no cholesterol, so I am always happy when food on the road is this easy. While they were not overly busy, I had a very short wait. I will visit this restaurant again if I am ever in this town again. read more

So, not really sure what else to say except that it's a Taco Bell! If you don't know what that means you haven't lived yet! Service here was actually a little above average from what you'd find at your average Taco Bell. The interior was well kept. I was on here to write my first review about another shit food establishment in the Turner Hill rd area and then I remembered how many times I've come to this Taco Bell and have been told at 11pm that they're closed or that they're only taking cash (they're stealing) or that ground beef tacos will take 30 mins to cook. I can't count how many times since COVID I've pulled up and ALL the lights are off but because you're used to the foolishness you know they're open, they just want customers to think that they're not and not drive up. On August 21, approximately 10:54pm (you can tell I was going to write a review but at the time thought "what's the point" but I'm on one today) I pulled into a dark parking lot (yes the lights were off again) to see about 7 teenage boys, all Taco Bell employees, standing outside, surrounding a car, just socializing. So I pull through the drive thru, only to be told that it'll be a 30 min wait...why?! This place no longer has the LJS and is only a Taco Bell. Obviously they remodeled and the place looks brand new. The problem with this place is inconsistency. One day I pulled up to the drive thru at 12:30 in the afternoon. I sat there for about 2 minutes without being greeted. I started saying "hello? hello?" to which there was never an answer. I finally pull up to the drive-thru window. There are several employees in there and one finally comes to the window. I say "your speaker is not working or something" in which she replies "we be closed". Keep in mind this is prime lunch rush time at 12:30. So then her manager comes to the window and is just staring at me. I thought she may offer up an explanation but she just kept staring at me. So I said "let me get this straight....it is 12:30 and you guys are closed?". The manager still does not say a word and the worker just repeats "yeah, we be closed". Recently me and my fiancé went to Taco Bell. When we got home, I saw a price tag on my burrito and some of his nachos were missing. I posted the pictures on Yelp. Don't ever eat here! I contacted the corporate office about this and I am waiting to here from someone. I explained to them that my burrito had a unknown object on it and also I'm pregnant which could have gotten me sick! For now on, we'll eat at home. This is probably the worst Taco Bell known to man. The only Taco Bell that I know that closes at what ever time that they want, no matter the day. If they were not the only Taco Bell in the area then I promise I would never go here. During the day I never have issue with customer service but when night falls so does their standards of customer service. I promised myself that the next time I go to Taco Bell I'm recording my interactions with them. I just don't understand why they are so inadequate doing their job. Awful, awful, awful! I just purchased TRASH! I am a Stonecrest City resident and I just got home after spending almost $30 at this place and my food is ice cold. The Chalupas are stale and disgusting. None of the food is fresh and the customer service is horrible. It is obvious that no one of quality is running this establishment given the numerous poor reviews and the lack of good food and service. If you're an established business, you are required to provide good service. The city of Stonecrest is building a community and all businesses a part of its cities plan should be held to a particular standard, good service at minimum. Given the several poor reviews, the city of Stonecrest should reconsider their licensing to operate. For real.
