No Apple Pay in the drive-through unless you want to hand over your unlocked phone to some random person. Apparently they are too cheap to properly fix their equipment, so the card scanner can't be taken off the wall and held out the window for normal Apple Pay process like similar drive-thru restaurants. Got an attitude and a snarky comment from the cashier when I tried to pay with my Apple Watch today. read more

I hate giving out low reviews to fast food joints. I know those guys are typically busting their butts to get the orders out. But 30 minutes for "fast" food is ridiculous. At least the girl behind the register was telling the customers who just walked through the door about the loooong wait. They then could decide if they want to wait. But at least offer a free drink while they wait. This place uses grub hub. So it might be best to stay at home and wait for your food. read more

3.5 stars is a lie. This is a 5-star Taco Bell, at least on this blessed day. I've been going to Taco Bells for almost 15 years. I've been to good ones and bad ones. I was greeted when I walked in. Staff used gloves to give me my food. The man sweeping the restaurant was greeting people and making them smile. Service was fast and my order was 100% accurate. The reviews for this place are old. Staff has changed. This location is good now. While your LGBT-hating friends wait 30 minutes in line at Chik Fil-A down Quivira, enjoy little to know wait and friendly staff here. read more

Honestly getting sick and tired of this location, if it's not them running out of beef, it's the lobby not being open, or them taking your complete order just to wait till you get to the window to be told they're out of whatever it was you ordered, or worst of all closing a whole 40 minutes early just to yell through the speaker that they're closed. Time after time I decide to give them a shot and every time I bite my tongue leaving this spot with a sour taste in my mouth. This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. When I placed my order I had to repeat it three times. I finally got my food, got home and they had given me someone else's order. When I called to talk to the manager he was very rude and didn't even apologise. I do go by there late night. On several occasions this location has been closed during business hours. Doors locked, no one responding at the drive thru, neon open sign on, all lights inside on. Five times. If a 0 star rating was an option, I would give this location that. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes, our order was incorrect and missing several things, staff didn't provide a receipt and was already extremely busy and behind on orders so we would have waited longer to get our complete order. Not worth it. Wouldn't recommend taking your business to this location. read more

Three times I come here the systems are mysteriously down for 10 to 15 mins. I arrived at different times and still the same excuse.

Why can't people get the order right? Pretty simple to ring up a drink during happy hour and hand it out. They charged me full price and did not give me drink at all. Don't even get me started on the stolen base free taco that they don't won't to give you. What he hell is wrong with people at Taco Bell. It's not just this location the one in south Olathe is worse. But at least the one in Olathe doesn't have employees handing out food with bandage and gauze on hand touching your back. GROSS read more

If I could leave a zero I would. This store is constantly running out of food hours before they close especially on the weekends. This has happened to me 6 times in the last 2 months. This past Saturday night a little after midnight, I made the mistake of going through the drive thru. There were about 6 cars ahead of me, 2 before I could order. When I ordered after a 10+ minute wait, they told me they were out of beef, so I ordered the potatoe soft tacos and was told they were out of potatoes. I expressed my frustration that they were always running out of food and was told by the idiot working the drive through that I didn't have the right to speak to him like that. I declined to order but was then trapped in the drive through for another 20+ minutes as there is no way to leave the line because of the curbs. I will NEVER go back to this taco bell again and urge everyone to boycott this store. The employees and management are obviously incompetent and do not deserve their jobs. I went back Sunday to talk to the manager and there was a note on the door saying the lobby was closed as they had limited staff. Seriously. Never again. read more
