The pickled red onion has their own kick to it which I enjoyed and their salsas/hot sauces are good. There is a chef at the opposite end of where you order your food, hats off to that man he was very receptive and worked very hard. Joke or not, one server stated they didn't want to share tips with a bartender. If you sit at the bar, whatever server takes your first drink order is your server for the duration of your stay.
