The woman working the drive thru could barely speak or understand English. After reiterating THREE times that I wanted my burrito grilled I was still given one that wasn't grilled. She also couldnt understand what refried beans were and thought I was asking for fries. On top of that her demeanor was miserable. Not sure what I just tried to eat from Taco Bell 7035 Seacrest Blvd Lantana, FL 33462. Something tasted like a strawberry powder on the cinnamon twists, the taco had a flavor I can't explain and to be honest, after one bite of each - I decided to stop. And.... If you haven't noticed.... Receipts aren't given anymore. I assume there are a few reasons for that.... 1. You can't add your purchase to your rewards later because it was a struggle to sign back in after you were kicked off. 2. Your food was wrong or tasted unacceptable and now there isn't an easy way to report it. 3. Or you can't prove you paid to much for your order when you got home. Oddly enough my order ended up being only $5.35 but I only got .50 in change. I was afraid to say anything. Very disappointed. I work hard and late. I won't be back. read more

Customer service sucks. Spent over $40 and asked for salsa verde sauce and they said I had to pay more for it. When have you ever had to pay for sauce at taco bell? Again I spent over $40 and wanted extra salsa. Freaking give me the extra sauce. This place has declined mostly in service. I really hate leaving bad reviews but there is no way there is any sort of management going on here. I don't understand how something so miss managed can stay open. Wow, these people do not like their job. It is one of those places where they deliberately pretend you are not there and the roll their eyes at you when you speak with them. They keep insisting customers use the automated kiosk which does not work and then get angry at you. I'm not talking about butt kissing but there is a lack of basic manners. I think they are deliberately keeping the dining room closed so they don't have to clean it. Just an impression. Every other restaurant is open at this point. My recommendation is drive a bit and try a different TB or just go to another restaurant. read more

You wait in line for the drive thru for 30 minutes before someone decides to take your order and then they get it wrong.

Pretty fast service but the employees will say anything to get you going. For example they're quick to tell you that an item is no longer available smh just order ahead on the app though and solves that problem. read more

I went to this Taco Bell today in search of some food during the COVID-19 pandemic and I could not have had a better experience. I was greeted in the drive thru and was excited to find out that my favorite items on the menu weren't up-charged like other TB locations in the area. Once at the window, I was given my drinks and instructed to pay with a card reader that the employee held for me, avoiding contact. Then my food was given to me by being passed on a tray, ensuring the employees safety even with their mask and gloves. Not only was the customer service efficient and excellent, but the food was so fresh. I've been to a Taco Bell or two and I 100% had a great experience today so I took the effort to write this review. I appreciate everything the employees are doing to keep everyone safe.
