I go to school at the college nearby and have been a regular at this Taco Bell for a while now. By far the best Taco Bell I've ever been too. The manager Rodney is amazing and the employees are always so kind and nice. They care enough to remember my friend's and my name. The place is always clean and in fact just got remodeled. They are very accommodating. For example, if you have an expired coupon or a coupon for an item that is no longer offered, they will change things around to benefit you. The food is so much better than any other Taco Bell for some reason. Very fast service, one time we saw someone pay with cash and before the cashier could even give their cash back, their food was already made fresh to order. read more

Pretty much everything one could want from a Taco Bell! Service is very quick, and the employees are always nice. Also one of the only places open past 9 in the whole town. Very small taco bell. Very limited seating and packed to the gills! The only reason I wanted Taco Bell while I was in Hawaii, was because I honestly figured they'd have something with spam or kalua pork in it... and I was right! Fast forward after ordering and sitting outside on the lovely terrace, behold my kalua pork XXL quesadilla. Absolute heaven! And I loved it! It was huge, and packed with all the good stuff. My husband had the kalua pork grilled stuffed burrito and he also loved it. Food was good, and hot. The poor workers of Taco Bell handled the hungry mob like champs. It's also in very close proximity to a shaved ice place! How could you go wrong with this choice??? read more

I always go to this Taco Bell and the food is always great! Better than the Kaneohe one. For the most part the service isn't bad. Today there was a new girl who was so nice while taking our order. Making sure she did it right and we got everything we asked for. Then Rodney idk about him. He's so mean to his workers. I understand wanting to get orders out fast. But take your time it's fine. I'd rather have them take their time than when I want to switch something on my order they get mad cause their already making it. Anyways. Be more nice to your workers. Too bad you can't give them zero stars! Workers spend more time monitoring customers "proper" mask wearing than making food. Young man behind the counter left his area 3 times to walk to the door to reprimand a child because his mask had fallen beneath his nose. Not only did he make a scene and embarrass the child but his behavior became almost harassing in nature. No one in the store even noticed the child and he was more than 20 feet away from the counter worker behind a rubbish can. How about work on getting people's food out in a timely manner instead of harassing customers. We waited 25 minutes for 2 items. When we've gone to Laie Taco Bell, the cashiers were super patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted to order off the menu. They even gave us suggestions and didn't rush us. The beefy frito burrito was a hit with our two young kids. Good thing it was on the "dollar" menu. read more

The food was pretty good, but that is not what I wanted to talk about. Inside of this Taco Bell holds one of the worst smells I have ever smelled in my life. I have had several ups and downs with this Taco Bell, it's been in the community for awhile now and pretty much the only "Mexican" restaurant on our side. Over all it's good, as good as Taco Bell can get. The staff has been relatively pleasent. I only had one extremely bad experience there with a cashier, fortunately that was taken care of by corporate. Oddly enough I've been there a few times this week, and noticed something kind of disturbing. The manager there as he is preparing food wears gloves, which is good. Then I noticed something, he also walks over opens doors and handles cash and other things, then back to preparing the food...all with the SAME GLOVES! I'm a bit of a germ a phob, so needless to say it creeped me out abit. I don't know, I think it could be better read more

The food was normal taco bell, and the cashier was nice. The Manager however is a terrible manager. He was blatantly rude to the boy at the cash machine, who obviously was new and was asking for help from the manager. The manager looked like he hadn't showered in a day or two and did not inspire confidence in the food he was preparing. The rest of the employees were nice, however I could tell that they had little respect for their manager and that he had poor leadership skills. 11/18/16 We was order #125 they didn't even start making my food till after they already made and served 7 orders after mine. I had to ask if they forgot my order and they said no we are starting to make it. I asked to speak to the manager to ask how is it that they prepare the orders do they do it as they come in or the easiest order first he didn't have anything to say to me he just rolled his eyes and walked away not how can I make things better or is there anything I can do that they just ignored me and walked away they ended up getting my order wrong not marking which ones didn't have lettuce and they forgot my cinnamon bites and when the girl brought them over to me to drop them on the counter and said and by the way they're fresh I have never had worst customer service and the fact that the manager had horrible customer service is even worse. Get there with myself and another customer waiting while cashier has her back to us talking to another employee! After less than a minute she takes my order and ask if dine in or to go and I distinctly remember saying to go! Food comes out quickly on a tray to dine in, when I say this was supposed to be to go the girl says I told her dine in so that's what she punched in!
