if im paying an extra 1.60 for chicken on my quesadillas i expect there to be more then 2 pieces of chicken.. what a disappointment

Good food, fast service. No complaints for a late night fix. I would definitely dine again.

Fast and friendly service. The food was hot and delicious. Everything was just the way I had ordered it.

Taco Bell has always been consistent with making delicious food but it seems it only happens during the day. After 6 pm (or whenever the day shift switches to the night shift) the food turns to sh!t. At night the food is terrible( yes it's worth repeating). This will be the third chance that I've given Taco Bell to redeem themselves, but I've been disappointed again. It seems that the night shift workers are a bunch of lazy, dense teens who could care less about how they make the food and drinks. With my recent order, I got soggy, cold "hard shelled" tacos and cold chalupas that were hard af. Upon closer inspection of my food, it looked like they did something to my food! I was so disgusted that I immediately threw that garbage away! It looked totally unedible! Also the cap for my drink was dirty ( gross!) I threw that away as well! I wish I could have took a picture but I was to busy rushing to the trash can to dispose of it before I hurled! Please hire new night staff stat! If I could rate it lower than one star, I would!! read more

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have no idea why it would take more than half an hour to cook up two tacos. I'd give 0 stars if i were able to. Also, I don't know how they've stayed in this city for this long. It seems they're having a competition for who can take the longest to cook food with the other local chains. read more

This trip to Taco Bell was pleasantly surprising and very tasty . I had a Mexican pizza and 2 taco supremes, they were made very nice and not sloppily put together. Another surprise was that it was an improvement from the last few times that I've been here. Usually any businesses in the Laplace area start off great, then steadily start going down hill quickly. Great for an improvement, the service was very efficient too. read more

it was amazing! i placed an online order ajd was a little worried when the rating was 1.5 stars, but the service was perfect and my crunch wrap was filled to the brim, it took maybe five minutes for them to make my food. perfect! read more

Taco Bell for the third time in the last three visits I have been shorted items I ordered and paid for. Usually it's a taco that is missing but last night my wife stopped to get supper so when she got home the only item I really wanted was a steak Chalupa which is $3.99. It wasn't in our bag. I have tried calling twice but no answer. This store is Mis-managed and I will no longer do business with them. This is stealing when you charge somebody for something that you leave out of the order. read more

YUCK! After my experience here, I will NEVER eat Taco Bell again... I was craving a Nacho Belle Grande... I had to have it, so of course I drive to fulfill my craving.. Got home, ready to indulge (happy I waited)! I began to eat it and had a found the meat had a weird consistency and taste... I then take it out my mouth to examine the gawd awful taste and I just lost it & my good all over the living room floor! I went back & they couldn't even tell me what it was... I contacted TB and the manager called me a day later, asked for pics and about my experience.... Did I hear anything else? No way! That crap was so disgusting, whenever I see TB or hear about it I get nauseous! (If I knew how to add pics, I'll add proof to the putting :-() read more

Taco Bell - The gawd awful nasty icky substance that was unexplainable by my tastebuds and the TB folks! - Fast Food Near Me - La Place, Louisiana

Sign clearly says closes at 11 but turned me away at 10:30, looks like to me they're lazy and didn't feel like making more food. And fast food people want $15 a hour, what a joke. read more

Refused to serve us. We are driving a stretch limousine and it simply will not fit in the drive thru due to turn radius so we walked to the speaker. The two of us got blasted with an unintelligible short sentence that said no service to walkup. We walked to to the front door to try to show the multiple employees who were just standing around (there were no other potential customers in sight at the time) what we had tried to explain to the speaker by gesturing to the stretched vehicle behind us. The counter employee basically shrugged as if to say what can I do and pointed towards the drive thru attendant who waved her and us off. Noone bothered to engage with us so we went next door to Rally's and gave them our $ gladly. We are not out partying in a limo which should be apparent to anyone as the way we are dressed and the fact that just the 2 of us exited the large vehicle from the drivers compartment, we purchased the limousine for our business and are driving it cross country to get it home. Ugh! Do not understand the unwillingness to make some sort of attempt to communicate or even explain read more

Not a fan of fast food, I've found myself more than once this week eating at taco bell only because I'm selling fireworks next door... Anyway it's such a drastic improvement from the old taco bell I'n front of New Era..was pleasantly surprised...it's nice to see people take pride in their job, regardless of what it may be. Keep up the good work... read more

Horrible service, horrible food. Rice was hard, food taste horrible, cinnamon twist tasted like old dirty grease. When confronted about an issue the meal prep employee was rude and disrespectful, and another employee asked the same question I did and they spoke perfect to them. Would recommend driving to Kenner if you really want Taco Bell. Laplace tacobell is a joke every since this new management has taken over. read more

Not the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to but not the best. More often than not the workers have messed up my order, given me cold food, forgotten something I paid for, made me wait forever, or just gave bad service. However, I don't expect much from a fast food place, and I've definitely had much worse. read more

Quite rude service and my aunt and I are paranoid to ever order from there again. From the start the order taker seemed aggravated at substitutions. A majority of our family is vegetarian and so we replace beef for beans add vegetable etc! My mother also loves the Taco Bell hot sauce so we always ask for extra. When driving up we were given attitude for asking for extra sauce. Don't know if they messed or spit in my food but i will never come back to this horrible restaurant!! read more

I stopped by their drive thu to grab a quick salad for lunch. It took the woman 25 minutes with the car in front of me. She handed me my drink with the lid half off then handed me the salad with the utensil and sauce balancing on top of the lid that was not completely on! Are you kidding me? No bag? I was told that they didn't give bags with the food then asked did I want one. I told her yes and she handed me a folded up paper bag!! What the hell is wrong this person? Any time I have opted for a fast food place, I've received my food in a bag. I have NEVER had to ask for one. Absolute worst customer service anywhere. This woman was one of the most disconnected people I've ever seen in my life. read more
