This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. You know exactly what you're gonna get with Taco Bell- so it's not 5 stars compared to actual Mexican food, but for what it is, this is my favorite. I get very specific things at Taco Bell, one of those being a bean burrito with no onion and extra red sauce. Most places the beans are dry, even with extra the red sauce is dry, and the burrito is cold. This location does not have that problem. Their red sauce is probably right near boiling temperature. Maybe a problem for some, because you get used to Taco Bell food just being lukewarm at best so when you bite into a scorching hot item it's a shock. But Taco Bell truly tastes better as hot as possible. This location makes bean burritos the way I remember them back in the day. Maybe the nostalgia makes it taste better, or maybe it's the fact I've burned my mouth from how hot the food is. Whatever it is- I hope this location doesn't change the food temps, because it is a huge improvement over the other Taco Bells around! read more

While waiting for my appointment to donate blood, I stopped at this Taco Bell to have a couple of tacos and a drink. I ordered from my app so had a short wait time for my order for two tacos and a drink to come up quickly. I barely saw any staff as they scurried away as soon as they put the bag in the pick up area, I had to wait a bit to finally get someone's attention so that they would give me the cup for my drink. The third time they actually said that they were out of everything because Easter is tomorrow. Don't they have a calendar so they can see when a holiday is coming so they can order extra. Absolutely terrible. Just DON'T GO. After a 12 hour drive, there was little choice. Just hoping to grab some quick food for tired, hungry family. ZERO customer service. They don't even look up or acknowledge you. Employees wearing goofy reflective sunglasses at night while making orders. Overstaffed but zero training in customer service. They all must be completed stoned, or worst... on other drugs bc usually stoners are at least happy and nice. They were literally zombies. This is when you know they'd be better off completely replaced by robots. Placed order at 9:15pm. At 9:35, had to wave down an employee completely ignoring our presence to ask if order was ready. They never even printed our ticket, and order was supposed to be ready at 9:22pm. We did not leave till after 9:45pm. That's just CRAZY!!! My $10 burrito bowl had about $1 worth of food in it. Im a door dasher. I've repeatedly had issues with being able to get associates attention when there's an issue. Missing drinks all the time abd getting someone's attention is difficult. Last weekend there were 4 people working and after multiple times of saying excuse me.... I finally yelled to get their attention. The were visiting and couldn't hear me. One guy that was actually working helped me. I've had times where I've been waiting and watched them visit while preparing the order slowly. Im guessing DD is a big part of their business so I don't understand the lack of urgency with orders. read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every time I go there the service is horrible. This time I ordered take out through the lobby to see if it would be better. Apparently not. The juvenile crew in this location were so busy talking to each other and walking out to the lobby to see how long the drive through line is. They were the most non-customer service oriented bunch of children I have ever seen. I had to wait 15 minutes after I entered the building before they even started my order. Then I had to ask for my drink cup. All this time there were two employees in the lobby; one on break (maybe) the other was half-ass sweeping the floor. Last evening I went thru the drive thru at the Junction City Oregon Taco Bell. The wait in getting to place my order was a little slow, but not too bad. When I got to the speaker to place my order, I turned off my motor so it wouldn't interfere with my ordering. I was told to order when ready. I ordered, but no one responded. So I waited, for 3 or 4 minutes. Then a female said "I'm sorry, I couldn't see that you were there. Go ahead and place your order." So again I ordered. One of the 3 items I ordered was a 3 cheese Flatbread thing that I saw on the menu board. Unfortunately the lady taking my order thought I wanted 3 of the Flatbread items. And I failed to notice when asked if the screen was correct. When I got to the window, I discovered there was some problem with my order, and it would be corrected shortly. I waited 11 minutes, and finally got my food. When I got home, I discovered that I had paid for and received 3 of the 3 cheese Flatbread item. To make matters worse, they were not very tasty. So all in all, it was a very unpleasant trip to the Bell. read more

I ordered a crunch rap with no lettuce or tomato's and I opened it in the drive through and it had tomato's and lettuce and I asked if I could get my food remade and the person at the window was really rude. Extremely poor customer service. Only order in lobby. Took over 10 mins for two tacos and three burritos.

1. This place closes before closing time. Sometimes an hour early. Come by and they will say they aren't going to sell anything "grilled" or that they don't have food (this actually happened, WTF are you open if you have nothing to sell?). 2. This location closes hours earlier than some others. Granted it's the country but people still come at night. There are lines. 3. SLOW AF. Taco Bell is a chain known for speed and simplicity. Waiting and waiting and waiting. They are too busy washing dishes and closing during business hours to serve food. 3. I came over for a burrito. They have the side door open. It's interesting. It's like a security door with a huge alarming message talking about how you should never open the door after dark, your life could depend on it, et cetera. I decide to take a picture of it while waiting in the drive thru forever. But when I get out my phone, a girl steps out in front of the door. Oops. Try that again. She goes back inside. That one is blurry. I try again. Then the girl suddenly steps out in front of the door. Really?? She comes over to confront me. I am trapped in the drive thru (which isn't moving) between cars. She says "why are you taking pictures of me," I informed her I was not, but I couldn't say what I was doing because the door is supposed to be closed or else. I don't want them to think I will get them in trouble. But I should have. I denied taking pictures of her (WTF would I want pictures of some random person in the dark at Taco Bell for, I came for a burrito) but said what I was doing was none of her business - which it was not, she should be working, not policing customer behavior. Then her supervisor comes out onto the grass to reignite the subject. "You can't take pictures of my employee," "You are making her uncomfortable," "You need to leave now." I can't leave, I am stuck in this drive thru that never moves. I repeatedly deny taking pictures of the woman, wondering how to get out of the situation without the police showing up or worse. She says "leave when the cars move." I finally reach the menu. They say nothing on the speaker. I wonder what the best way forward is. I came to get some food, and waited a long time, but at this point I am concerned that my food might be adulterated. These are like teenagers, vengeful teenagers, and I don't want the police called, and I don't want a spit burrito. I am also not sure if they will serve me. Further conflict seems inevitable if they do. I decide to leave without ordering. This requires me to sit through some other people's orders. Finally I escape the drive thru. But not before they treated a paying customer like a pervert. They threatened my privacy and wellbeing (of the food, time, actual private stuff on my phone) because I took pictures in public, and they treated me like a creep - although if I HAD been snapping pictures of her, would that justify their bigotry? Is that company policy? Honestly if she had been taking out the trash like she said instead of loafing in front of the big bad door it wouldn't have happened. So I went to the Taco Bell on 7th in Eugene, which was fast, they were polite, I ordered food, there were no aspersions cast on my character which is something I hope for when visiting Taco Bells. read more

If you've never been to a Taco Bell, you shouldn't start now... I like Taco Bell, I like it more when I get all my food. I hate that this location constantly shorts me food. It has gotten to the point that when I collect the food, I sit in the drive UO line and and hold up the entire production to go through the bag and figure out what they shorted me on. Then wait for them to grab it. The people behind me in line don't like it, neither do the employees. You know what, I don't like it either. Do your job and give me the food I paid for! Took a short 3 day trip out here and it was the only thing on the way to and from our destination. The first time we went through the drive thru, i asked for no chipotle sauce and to make something supreme. Messed up the order by leaving sauce on and not adding the extras we paid for, didnt give a receipt to be able to go in and get it fixed and then they asked if we wanted sauce and we said all of them and only gave us diablo and fire. We came again on the way back to the airport, we went in this time and ordered on the kiosk. Once again, ordered the same thing and they STILL put the sauce on there that i wanted removed and only put the tomatoes for supreme on one. Didnt give us our drink cups either, i had to stand there and wait for them after food. I swear the staff doesn't know how to read because while we sat there and ate there was 2-3 more people that came in from drive thru that had messed up orders or missing food. read more
