This place is a joke at night. I wouldn't even go there after the morning/midday shift. I paid $10, and two of the tacos had an embarrassing amount of meat in the middle stacked with lettuce. Pretty much was a taco salad at that point. Just avoid this place at dark if you value your money, lazy degenerates on the late night. This isn't even my only bad experience with them, just the one that made me want to warn people. read more

Where do I begin , I was driving home from the gym and all of a sudden felt a violent urge to defecate. I chalked this up to me just eaten at Japanese steakhouse last night, and to the questionable things that I ordered. But that is a review for another time. I had just arrived into town and my house was still a good 10 minutes away. There was no way that I would be able to make it to my wonderful home toilet bowl by any stretch of the imagination. However I absolutely despise making poo poo in public bathrooms. So it was a long internal debate. unfortunately that debate ended very quickly as my stomach began to fiercely cramp and chills began to spread over my entire body. That was the moment I realized I had to go,NOW!. I quickly spotted the answer to my problem in the form of the local Taco Bell. I quickly wipped into the parking lot. I had my car in park before I even came to a complete stop. I sprinted inside and violently pushed the door open. This was it, I was about to make an offering to the porcelain throne. when I noticed the unholy filthiness of the god forsaken bathroom. the first thing I noticed was that the bathroom smelt like a broken septic tank, the floor was absolutely soaked in piss, the ceiling was leaking some kind of black goo, there were vile things carved into the walls... My god were they offensive. Not to mention The swastikas written in human shit. . the bathroom was also littered in Drenched toilet paper. There was heroin needles all over the floor as well. My sweet god I thought to myself. How has this bathroom never been cleaned at all. I desperately didn't want to poop there but I had no choice. As I opened the toilet lid I quickly noticed a family of rats swimming around. I was terrified so I quickly slammed the lid shut. My stomach was aching so bad. I Couldn't hold it any longer. I regretfully remember thinking that I would have easily sacrificed my grandma to satan himself. to be relieved of this pain. I pulled my trousers down and released the flood gates. what have I become.I thought, I am a highly functioning member of society. and here I am taking a dump on a repulsive Taco Bell bathroom floor. I was no different then a savage wild animal relieving itself in the middle of the wilderness. I was so ashamed. After I finished relieving my bowels I looked around for something to wipe my ass with. However I had no such luck. The only thing that was available was toilet paper soaked in piss , and I was not about to stoop that low. However I had to wipe my rump. So I was forced to take off my socks and use those to scrub my rancid ass hole. This was by far my lowest point. I had lost all traces of humanity. I was no longer human. After I finished I just left the poopy socks on the bathroom floor where they belonged. I then headed to the door to escape that awful bathroom. Just then i toppled to the floor and busted my face due to the fact that I slipped in the piss and shit. I had tears in my eyes at this point. I was furious. I stormed out of that bathroom and walked right up to the front counter. Before the lady at the front counter had a chance to ask me what my order was I quickly cut her off by yelling. " what the hell is wrong with you people? Do you not have a maintenance man!" Just then a filthy Hairy man stepped out from the back of the restaurant and asked if I had a problem. I quickly noticed his crusty back hair poking out of his filthy shirt. I told him about the bathroom and how unholy it was. He replied by saying " yea, I might get to it later, but then again maybe not. I was so fed up I told them I would be writing a review to warn all the good people of Jackson Ohio of the horrors that awaits them in that god forsaken bathroom.so here I am. I do very much enjoy the food at Taco Bell and their drive thru has always been super fast. I will definitely be returning there to eat in the near future. However I will never use their bathroom again and I recommend that you all do the same. read more

Food was typical Taco Bell. Waited in line long enough to burn through 1/2 a tank of gas and the order was still wrong. They were also out of nachos which would be like McDonald's running out of fries. read more

This restaurant is a gem in the hills of southern Ohio. I love to spend about 15-20$ just on myself if I'm having a bad day! The nacho bell grande is my binge go too after trying to eat healthy for one day. The Pepsi here taste better than other places because it was meant to be paired with tacos. I really enjoying taking the food to go and watching sports with my meal. They are pretty consistent here. Sometimes the outside smells a little but don't worry.....the food your about to eat is great! read more

This is probably the worst visit we have had here. The young cashier who wasn't wearing a name we saw on our receipt the name was Madison H. After taking our order asked if it was here or to go. After we said here she mumbled "F**k" and rolled her eyes. They then forgot our nachos and cheese and i patiently waited in line and saw a blind gentleman was ordering and she visibly rolled her eyes at him the man with him was obviously appalled at her behavior. When i got up to tell her about my nachos she again, louder this time said "f**k...do you have a receipt?" And when i handed her the receipt she sighed and walked to get my nachos. Shes extremely disrespectful and rude. She was also complaining rather loudly about the heat and there were families with small children around when she continuously cursed at everything. @ a week ago, hubby went through the Jackson OH Taco Bell drive-thru. Our order: 3 regular crunchy tacos, 3 regular soft tacos, a side of Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and a side of Black Beans & Rice. Total cost $11 and change. Did hubby check the bagged order handed him before pulling out of the drive-thru? Of course not. Come time to dine-in at home and the ONLY thing in the bag is Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes. NO tacos. No beans and rice. $ 11+ for Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes? You gotta be kidding me. Immediately called and spoke with Andrew the manager. He promises to make it right on our next visit. Well, that visit was yesterday. Guess what? The replacement order (at no cost, of course, 'cause we already paid $11 for a side of Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes) was AGAIN wrong. No side of Black Beans & Rice which WAS a part of the original order we were duped on. Since we did get one side the first time through was it Taco Bell's thinking that it was equitable to omit one side from our "correction" order? The moral of the story, folks? Never pull away from the Jackson OH Taco Bell drive-thru without checking your order. NEVER. read more

I eat Taco Bell all the time. This location however is constantly disappointing. 1. They have no sense of urgency, when making orders. It can take a long time to get your food even when there are only on me or two orders in front of you. 2. The people are somewhat friendly, not what you would normally expect though. They quite often get the orders wrong. Which is why we almost never get it to go even when we really need to. 3. Even with some of the fix's, this place needs major attention. A full time handyman with an open budget would need a month or two just to get things back up to par. 4. The staff sometimes turns off the lights and hides, so they can lock up and leave on the dot. I also had an occasion some time ago where they didn't open on time, and when they did open almost 15 minutes late they were not ready to serve food. 5. The dinning room often presents a challenge to find a clean table. While the trash cans generally are full, forcing the old tray jam to get everything inside. The double doors entry pass through smelled of vomit for more than two weeks. Cleaning is not a strong point for this team. read more
