Went there spent $30 basically food I could've grabbed out of the trash. Nacho fries burnt n stale like they sat out all day, grill cheese steak burrito had stale chips and hard meat in it. Needless to say it all went in the trash. Ask your manager to train yall better or something cause I can make better burritos at home. I never really get fast food but the only reason I stopped there is because my 3 kids wanted something quick to eat. Never going again disappoints me and 3 hungry kids. Ordered at the kiosk. No one in the kitchen for the first 10 minutes. Customers stood around silently, some eventually left. We stayed. Hopeful. After 30 minutes, we asked for our drink cups. Food arrived shortly after. It was missing items. The Nachos Bellgrande came in a dish roughly the size of a Post-it note. Staff seemed actively unhappy to be there. Multiple curse words echoed through the dining room. At one point, a young man sat down near us. Said he was a manager. When I mentioned things were rough, he said, "I'm off the clock. I only care when I'm on the clock." An hour after ordering, we reminded them about our missing food. They made it. My bean burrito had cold, unheated beans in the middle. Like someone stuffed it with leftover spackle. In conclusion: technically, we ate food. Five stars for existential reflection. One star for everything else. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. The food is almost always just a thrown together mess, or smashed, if you even get your whole order. the last time I ate there they didn't include the fries for my nacho fries, like the most basic part of of the order. also was there for 45 minutes waiting for my incomplete order. Which if they were busy I could understand but had no other customers inside and 2 cars go through the drive through.
