Absolutely ridiculous came here multiple times in one day to pick up orders and saw two different shifts. Had to cancel multiple of those orders due to wait time. Zero urgency to get people their food and seemed to be more concerned with talking to each other than talking to customers. I understand that it's taco bell but good grief. As much of a foodie as I am, I can't stay away from Taco Bell. I've only done drive thru at this location so I can't speak about the inside. I've been here at least a dozen times though. Listen, I get it. No one wants to be at work @ 3 in the morning, but if you are here, try to be nice or at least just decent. On my way home from a really long 12-hour shift, I thought I might swing by and grab a spicy potato soft taco - the service had a different idea. Went for lunch today. They got our entire order wrong. We ordered two drinks, we received no straws. I had a Crunchwrap supreme, steak quesadilla, two soft potato tacos with sour cream and tomato, and a soft taco. The Crunchwrap was missing tomato and sour cream and had almost no meat in it. The quesadilla we were given was chicken not steak. They managed to charge me for tomato and sour cream but never actually put the ingredients on the tacos. I normally avoid this location because no matter how short or long the line appears, it always takes an eternity to order and receive my food. Well, yesterday I didn't see a line at all, so I hopped in the drive-thru and although there were two cars ahead of me the process was quick and easy. My Nacho BellGrande was expertly prepared with a balanced amount of toppings (sometimes there are too many chips and not enough meat or cheese) and it was very neatly put together. It's not often I leave reviews, especially for fast food spots but this is well deserved! My boyfriend and I pulled in just after 9pm this evening and received excellent service via intercom, (thank you sir!) and a polite young lady at the window. As we all know things right now are a little crazy and kindness goes a long way. I can confidently say this was the best Taco Bell we've eaten in a very long time. I used to work at a lovely Taco Bell in high school, so I'm used to the stereotypical experience, maybe even a little worse than average however; My Crunchwrap supreme seemed to made with care and proper portions, even though I had subbed shredded chicken. The hard shelled taco was remarkably intact, and well balanced with perfect portions, truly impactful to both my boyfriend and myself as we frequent many Taco Bell's and that is an occasion in itself. To say this location needs work is an understatement. I've lived in the area for 8 months and given this location numerous tries, but it always falls short. The first time, we ordered a 12 pack, 6 crunchy, 6 soft in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I understand it takes some time to get together, so we waited patiently, 30 minutes later our order comes out. No apology for the wait, no explanation, if I didn't have a house of teenagers waiting, I would've driven off and asked for my money back. The second time I went was after a Pacers game. The line was pretty long, but moved quickly. I ordered three crunchy tacos and my partner ordered a Mexican pizza meal. Another 30 min wait for our order. Luckily, the food was hot and they threw in an extra taco, so I chalked it up to bad timing. The following time it was midnight after pride. There was virtually no line, but the manager came out saying they were closing early for floor maintenance in the kitchen. This led to the TB closing 4 hours early! I've experienced plenty of TB's closing early for maintenance, most of them put a notice on the door and on the drive through, but not this one. No warning, orders were taken only for patrons to get to the window and find that their orders weren't going to be fulfilled. My last and final time was tonight at 3 am, first the cashier was encouraging people to get out of line by saying they were fulfilling a big order and it would take several minutes. Many cars in front of us drove off. Nothing else was open, so we stuck it out. The order that was supposed to take 20 minutes, literally took 5 minutes. It felt as if the cashier just didn't want to serve the 5 cars in line. We ordered, the screen was correct and then when we got to the window, it all blew up. We ordered a Mexican pizza meal and a $5 nacho box with an order of nacho fries. The fries were freezing cold, not even lukewarm, the cheese cups were half filled and instead of nachos in a box (because they were out of physical boxes, which they didn't mentioned to us when ordering) they put the nacho toppings in a burrito and gave us a side of chips. That is NOT the same thing as a $5 nacho big box at all. Which is what I ordered. In addition, our crunchy tacos were soggy and the meat in them was cold. At first glance we told the cashier this wasn't out order, he insured us it was and after some back and forth wouldn't take our food back, so we drove off disappointed and still hungry. I've given this TB four tries too many. I won't be doing so again. I'm contacting corporate. Hopefully they can fix the problem. I've gone to taco bells first thing in the morning, after SEC football games in college towns and after pro athelte football and basketball games, never have I waited so long for mediocre food and bad service. I'm not going to bother reviewing the food because you know what your going to get at taco bell. However, the majority of the staff at this resteraunt is absurd. When you walk in all you here is people screaming, laughing, and fooling around. There is one girl with headphones in that has 't made a single order in the 30 minutes we spent in the resteraunt. Instead, shes been dancing, laughing, running around, pulling people's hair nets out and other stupid things other than doing her job. Every time someone tells her to do something she just laughs it off and ignores them. She isn't alone in this, her and a few other coworkers are just back there goofing around which gives a horrible impression to every customers. Thankfully, there are two guys who actually care about their jobs. They are pushing taking orders, preparing the orders, and serving them. Hopefully the rest of the employees get on board. As always with my fast food reviews, reviewing against other Taco Bells, not restaurants generally. This place is very clean inside, including the rest rooms. Our order was taken promptly and accurately (we are No lettuce, No tomato orderers). I hate to waste food, but my nacho chips were so oversalted, I could not eat them. The manager was very understanding and remade my nacho bell grande himself. Apparently the chips are salted as the nachos are made and someone got a bit carried away. The year was 1996 (give or take - play along). My dad, being the funny fella that he is - and tightass, challenged my dear friend, Ronda B, and I to a taco eating contest. Might I add that at the time we felt like high rollers/lucky gals: "Oh gee, Dad! All the tacos we want!?!" Back in the day these puppies were sold by the box for near pennies. I questioned them as to why the ice tea wasn't on the screen & to please add it & was told it was. Jumped into the drive through a little before 9:30pm after a date with my husband. Literally waited for half an hour in a line that never even moved once. We had to ask the people behind us to back up so that we could get out of the line because we had a babysitter at home who had to leave at 10. Really disappointing to have to rush home with zero food for us or the babysitter we'd promised to get a slushee for. This Taco Bell is known for being slow and bad, but lately it's just been beyond awful. The last time I actually made it through the drive thru, the cashier thought it would be funny to pull a prank and tell us our card was declined, even after it had already gone through. If you're going to operate this poorly you might consider doing the more humane thing and closing this location entirely. read more

Well...I guess I don't get dinner tonight. I work nights and have a small window to go get food in the evening so I placed my order online and went to pick it up . The drive thru had a line into the street but since my app said that the food was ready I called and asked them if they could just bring it out the front door. They said it was against company policy to open the doors for any reason and even though I had already paid online would not give me my food even though I thought the whole reason for ordering online is so you don't half to wait. They would not even place the food outside when I offered to stay in my car until they had re-entered the building. They were still however using the same front door for the employees to go out to smoke what smelled like marijuana.
