The lady serving us described it as a version of a Sloppy Joe (chopped brisket, BBQ sauce, peppers and onions). For the sides, I picked Cowboy Beans and Confetti Cole Slaw. The sandwich was very tasty. With several generous applications of the house made Hot BBQ sauce I was able to bring the heat level to what I consider spicey. Same with the beans. The slaw, average. My wife had the sliced brisket with the Rustic Potato salad. A fair serving of tender lean brisket. It had a smokey bark, not covered with an overpowering rub. Good, but she commented that it was a little dry. Sauce was needed. A big dallop of delicious fresh potato salad was her side dish. The restaurant is easy to find.
