Taco Bell has gotten themselves 180° from original menu. In fact rival Taco Casa is serving exactly the items Taco Bell made famous. Taco Bell's current selections are designed around the latest concoction of undesirable leftover meat cuts pressed into something they can buy cheap and sell high. Even their taco shells are so thin they fall apart when picked up. Nothing even remotely resembling Mexican food on menus these days. Hudson Oaks location is typical of their other DFW locations. Staffed by people who mostly hate their job and let it be known. Hit or miss if order will be intact or just packets of crushed shells mixed with lab made fillings. I love Taco Bell, I feel like that I eat there so much that I make the company millions of dollars . Taco Bell is my comfort food restaurant. When I'm feeling down or just had a rough day the moment I eat the food here it just makes it a bit better. The only thing I don't like about it is about %25 of the time I do order my usual there; it'll have something I specifically requested to not be on it be on it. Watched 3 employees smoking outside. They walk inside when they see us pulling up. I obviously don't want my food to smell of whatever they were smoking. So I asked them if they were smoking when I get to the intercom. The guy laughs and says no. I asked are you lying he still said no lol. I watched the smoke come out is his mouth preciously when pulling up. So I left. Guess I wont be eating dinner tonight. Once again my Taco Bell cravings have been unsatisfied due to negligent workers. Just unsanitary and gross. Food took a long time to prepare and was cold when i got it.Most of the items in the drink machine did not work.I did not receive a drink cup when i ordered and had to wait.This place needs adult supervision it seems.One guy seemed to be running around doing all the work.I would said staff needs training and motivation.Food was terrible. read more

If you want to be yelled at because THEY gave YOU the wrong food, this is a great place for you to visit. I went through the drive through and nothing was right. When I called to ask for a refund they told me that all they could do was remake it. Dawg, I left I don't want you to remake it I WANT A REFUND! Rating -1 My husband took me to Taco Bell @ 6:49 pm 5/12/23 located 2930 ft worth hwy Hudson Oaks which had no other customers inside as we we're looking up at the menu someone said you order at kiosk which was behind us when my husband asked about a receipt she (manager which refused to give her name) said she thinks it's emailed which he will not give info as such & he asked for someone to ring us up on the register which was on the counter & her/no name given said they couldn't do that he replied you have 3 employees standing around & not one can help she manager no name would not even walk out to counter & address this instead she preceding to use profanity words like hell, GD was used several times referring to us & I asked for her full name which she said I don't have to give it to you & we asked other employees standing near her was she the manager or not & they said yes! I said I cannot believe you being manager speaking profanity to customers would do such a thing! My husband noticed a worker sitting at a table In corner & asked her if that was the manager & for her name . The worker screamed they don't have to tell us anything!! Bottom line for seniors or people of age maybe this store is not deserving of anyone's business unless you don't mind giving up inside ordering with no paper receipt & being refused manager name if you have a problem! As we we're leaving I took a pic of the door to get store number & then the rude worker opened door said don't take pic of a minor which she said she was I replied no pic of anyone was taken ! She went back in & as we looked all 4 employees were at door then the one not on duty we guessed proceeded to shoot us the bird! The food was good, but the past few times I have been to the Hudson Oaks location (2930 Fort Worth Hwy, Hudson Oaks, TX 76087) there have been three employees who seem to be involved in some kind of relationship. This is fine, except for the fact that they tend to go outside a lot and discuss their personal issues in front of the store. This group of employees consist of a lady with pink hair (possibly a manager) and a young man and girl. I'm not sure if the young man is an employee or the girl's boyfriend, but I have seen him there every time I go in. There were a couple of times that I went inside the store to eat, and this young man was laying down in the booth seats attempting to sleep. I know people can be going through hard times, but I don't think it is fair that the other employees who are doing their jobs have to cover for these three (possibly only two) employees when they decide to air out the dirty laundry in front of the store. read more

This is simply the finest Mexican Cuisine anyone could acquire. I've traveled the world and have yet to find a finer eating establishment than this one. Their nacho fries are exquisite, and the nacho cheese sauce that accompanies said nacho fries are ravishing, nor Romeo or Juilet would make a better pair. My final conclusion on this Taco Bell establishment is 5/5. I have been partaking of their food for many moons, they have yet to cause me any discommode. read more

I ordered online and mistakingly hit pick up through drive through instead of in store, when I arrived the drive through line was all the way around the building. I went inside to see if I could pick up my order and not a single person even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter, I understand being busy but several workers looked straight at me a few times and didn't say a word. Terrible terrible terrible. I'm not sure how you can mess up a beef and bean burrito, but they manage. I have absolutely nothing positive to say about eating here. The beans were both cold and dry. The tortilla was cold and dry. The meat sauce, well there was a tiny glob at one end of the burrito. I had trouble finding "meat". Just stay away. read more
