Stopped in at Taco Bell to get four tacos to go. 4, FOUR, tacos. Just their cheaply made, cost them 30¢, tablespoon of meat, 1/4 cup of lettuce, sprinkle of cheese, taco shell, tacos. They've increased their prices so much, for their cheapo food, that those 4 tacos are now $10.76 + tx.!!! The original 79¢ Taco Bell tacos (which is all they're worth) are now laced with gold, apparently. We said, 'No, thanks' and went to Arby's for 4 roast beef sandwiches for $10! Yep. 4 ARBY'S ROAST BEEF for 76¢ LESS than 4 Taco Bells tacos. Good riddance, Taco Bell, you're pricing yourself out of business. read more

This is a brand new restaurant, just built recently and opened. Located in Homosassa on US Highway 19, it's a welcome reprieve from driving to Crystal River or Inverness for my Taco Bell fix. Tried the new Triple Melt Burrito and the Triple Melt Nachos. Loaded with seasoned ground beef, rice, nacho cheese sauce and a 3 cheese blend - the burrito and nachos were very good and satisfying. Burrito was well put together and on sale for $1.00!!!! Nachos were equally good in taste but all the filling was placed on one side of my tortilla chips. Presentation could have been better. Staff was extremely friendly and customer oriented. For the price and customer service you can't go wrong ! read more

regular here and they told me that if I ordered on the Kiosk my senior drink cup is free (instead of 25 cents) and has been for many visits. Well this time this apparently was NOT going to be the case. So Dalton tells me that's not the case and I will have to pay an additional 25 cents. All I had was a credit card and I thought this is bizarre and inconsistent. I'm a 5-Star operator in several businesses and I always take care of my regular customers. In this case a 69 year old Captain with the United States Coast Guard was treated with absolutely no respect. Was this really worth the 25 cents for a small senior cup. This location is HORRIBLE!!!! We use the drive-thru and there are always issues. Todays order required us to give the order 3 times before they finally understood what was supposed to be on the order. They were asked several times about wanting mild sauce and we were assured it was in the bag. Arrived home to ABSOLUTLEY NOT ONE PACKET OF SAUCE of any kind in the bag. (yes, we should have checked, however if you request it several times and are assured it is in there that is not acceptable!). After having issues here several times, we decided that today we would call and asked to speak to the manager. Completely worthless, no apology for the inconvenience, no offer to take care of it.....they just said "okay". SERIOUSLY???? You all need to pull it together! It has been a pleasant surprise each time I have food from this3763 Sun Coast Blvd in Homosassa location in compared to other Locations. The quality and quantity are consistent. The bean s is always fresh and moist in compared to the hit and miss quality from the store in Inverness. I quit going to Taco Bell until a friend told me to give the Homosassa store a try. It is wort an extra 10 minutes out of the way for the quality food from this store. The staff also has been pleasant every time I was there. read more

Always love coming here and usually never have issues but this time was awful with costumer service. Fined in and got a nacho box with no dairy because I'm allergic which I let the associate know that worked on my order checking me out. She rang it in as a 5 layer box mistakenly. I was ok with that and just asked for it to be the nacho box with no cheese no sour cream or dairy at all. The manager made the employee pay from her own pocket for not ringing it in right it was a mistake. How can a corporation make their own employees pay for mistakes? They can afford to remake the correct meal without throwing the girl under the bus . Then they made the correct one but with shredded cheese on it and argued with me that I didn't say anything about allergies and the other costumers around me said that I did both times. So the manager threw her own employee under the bus and I just got my money back because the manager was arguing with her employees treating them like crap and saying she didn't mess up at all. We all make mistakes but don't hurt the people you work with . Disappointed I e never had issues with this location until this manager lady was here. I feel bad for them. read more

I ordered a to go coffee with cream and sugar on the side. I got to work and opened my cream to make the coffee and it smelled horrible! Sure enough the expiration date in it was for 5/18 and today is 5/22! I tried to call the store so this wouldn't happen to anyone else today and called the store no less that 7 times and no one answered! Finally on call 8 I got the manager on the phone and he could care less. I guess I will throw out the creamer then sorry. That was it. I said can you do anything for me? He said come on down we will make you a new coffee... hahaha why so you can put nasty expired creamer in my coffee. I wouldn't have been so mad if you had answered the call the first time or even the second. YIKES! This is a new location too! Oh well. Its fast food location, what can you do. The burrito I had was mediocre too, and now I am worried they used bad product. read more

i have been going here at least twice a month since they opened, today may have been the last. i refuse to eat when they serve men that are allowed to come in with no shirts on. i know that the world has changed but not that much for me. is the restaurant doesn't have enough to have the patrons at least have a shirt on then I can eat elsewhere. is is a shame!! read more
