It is my birthday week and I had a choice of a regular any flavor freeze or a medium Baja I choose the medium Baja, when I received my drink they told me they only had small and large and proceeded to give me a hard time these people were chad the general manager, Madeline, and some short Darkskin guy with a bonnet instead of hairnet on. Chad gave me a very hard time even though I gave him reasons on why their system might have messed up but I know what I ordered. You can always see at least one employee sitting in the dining room on their phone while the line outside piles up to the 95 ramp. I've been living in this area for over 17 years, so this is my local Taco Bell. At one point there was a change in ownership, I believe, and this location was remodeled. After that I couldn't get enough. Great service, food and a nice clean atmosphere. Then, I don't know what happened. In the last five years or so, I've had a negative experience in some shape or form. Whether it's someone making a big scene in the dining area or my order is wrong.
