WOW FACTOR? Yes, very clean bathroom! HAVE AGAIN: Mexican pizza was very good, as usual NOT HAVE AGAIN: Beef Supreme Burrito was disappointing. I could not taste any beef. Not at all satisfying. Best to get a bean and cheese burrito and add beef, which is what I usually do. read more

There is a field next to the restaurant so semi trucks can park. If you are an Rv or have a pick up with a trailer it great for parking. Food was good and fast. I used the app to order. read more

Taco Bell - Black bean burrito - Fast Food Near Me - Holbrook, Arizona

Let's not pretend that Taco Bell is high dining, or that we don't all eat there from time to time. Face it, when traveling or just needing a quick fix to quell that growling tummy sometimes it's just easier to swing through than pulling over to make a sandwich on the hood of your car. So although it's not exactly healthy or something you'll brag about eating, we all do it. So I you just have to hit up a Taco Bell I would recommend this location above all others for its cleanliness, well staffed and attentive employees and chicken quesadillas. That right, I said it. read more

Terrible, old stale food my mother could barely eat. Waited at the counter for 20 minutes even with a mobile order put in advance. Customers around me were confused as well, and the guy running the place was rude. Redeeming factors...gave some coupons and remade the taco read more

can't even get my fucking order right to busy talking and doing other useless shit paid for nothing

My family and I came into the lobby and stood there for 10 minutes at the counter and we were not even greeted. I understand that there is a self serve station but it was not busy and the people behind the counter were just walking around since there were no others making orders and the drive threw only had 1 person come through during that time. We left without ordering and went to another establishment just down the road. Very unwelcome feeling. read more

Didn't have time to eat there but asked to use the restroom and we were granted permission. Although you weren't allowed to eat inside. We did notice that it was very clean. Allen and James were really nice. I WOULD go back. read more

We found it clean inside and our order was fulfilled very quickly and accurately. The food was freshly prepared, hot and good. We did not like the "chacha" music but would recommend this location. read more

The food was nasty, I guess for most customers who are just passing through, they don't feel they have to serve a quality product

Came here late while on a road trip. Food was made fresh and came out hot. No issues at all. Order was correct and the staff was friendly. It also looked very clean inside. read more

I was waiting for 30 minutes and they completely ignored me when i tried to oder didn't put half of my stuff in the bag and just threw my fries in there read more

We got our hotel late so we didn't have a plethora of dining options. That combined with having to watch our dogs, meant delivery. Taco Bell was the only Door Dash place still open. Delivery was quick and efficient. We had several Tacos, a Steak Burrito and a Cheese Quesadilla. Everything was really good. I wondered how Taco Bell stuff would hold up in a delivery situation, but it was no different than going through a drive through and taking it home. read more

Poor service. Staff were not the most helpful. They were out of many drinks and the ones they had were lacking syrup. When brought to their attention, their answer was not much they can do about it, do you want another drink. Once our drinks were exchanged, we were told to come inside for any other issues and the window was closed. We didn't get a change to ask for sauces, etc. read more

The bathroom was clean, the restaurant was clean, staff were friendly and I actually like the kiosk because you can customize order very specifically. This is a Great pit stop when on a road trip. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because one kiosk was out of order read more

This Taco Bell shares a building and parking lot with Pizza Hut by the Slice. Parking is adequate, and the dining room is clean and cool with tables, booths and bar height tables with high chairs. Chris G. was our cashier for the day and extremely patient and personable. Food was on par and we went on with our journey after. read more

I bought a burrito from the kiosk in the restaurant. I slid the slider for the veggie option. When I got home I found out that the burrito had meat in it. That is not for me. Next time I will ask the staff to please make sure not to put meat in it. Thank You! read more

my friend did not get her creamy jalapeño on her quesadilla and she paid 30 EXTRA cents for it.

6 cars in the drive thru at 1015 and we waited for 15 minutes to be told they are closed. Open signs still on, the guy was very rude and condescending. read more

I visited this Taco Bell while using the new Rivian chargers. I was very disappointed that I was not able to place the order with a person, I was forced to use the kiosk. The kiosk is an option but I prefer to place my order with a person. The lack of customer service has an impact, I'll look elsewhere for food when charging in the future. It is a huge mistake to allow this to happen, you had built new business with the chargers and let it go due to poor service. read more

In holbrook and couldn't find any place to eat. So stopped in here wished I didn't. The food tasted old and grainy. In addition you have to ask for a receipt other wise they will not give you one tauting safety measures which I am not buying especially since all they have to do is staple the receipt on the bag like all the other places do. read more

WOW!! How rude- the girl(?) who was taking our order needs major training in customer service and manners!! Service so bad we left w out finishing our order. While ordering she (?) was complaining and questioning our food choices- as if it was going to burden her day to ring us up and deal w the general public. After repeatedly asking for a 12 pack of soft tacos w sour cream and she (?) not comprehending a simple order as that we walked out. She(?) was saying you sure 12? Allllll soft???? Then final thing that set me off was after she (?) then said OMG YOU KNOW THATS ALOT. 1st were feeding 5 ppl 12 tacos I'm sure my 14 yr old boy could eat alone and I'm still confused what her (?) deal was w asking for sour cream on a taco? Walked out! Sadly Pizza Hut is owned by them also BUT we went there and had excellent service (Rose was very empathic to how rudely we were treated next door) read more

Love the atmosphere. Manager is very friendly and well mannered. Sweet experience! Food was also great! Would go again!

I have a personal policy not to review fast food chains because everyone knows what to expect when you shop the 99 cent value menu. However, this Taco Bell was just completely renovated and rebuilt and is awesome. I like the new style and it was obvious the staff was happy to work in such a new and clean environment. Also, the pizza by the slice place next door was perfect for the none burrito lovers in the group. Perfect stop along I-40 for families that need variety. read more

Five stars for a fast food restaurant! We are traveling as a family and wanted a quick dinner. Our lifestyle is vegan and we always know how to substitute black beans for meat, no cheese and no queso. Almost all locations we stop at always get something wrong with our order (we understand it's not the normal everyday order) but this location got everything this family of 7 ordered! Everything was as fresh as can be and the black beans tasted great and not dry like most locations. They even threw in a few cinnamon twists (also vegan) we will definitely be coming back next time we go through. We also got all the current gossip on a local family and all the so called friendly neighbors from the table next to us. Those ladies could talk. I would watch why I say or do around them because they put it all on blast. Overall great service and food. read more

This is 100% the slowest taco bell I have ever seen. Not understaffed, they just don't give a damn. No one is breaking a sweat. I think. Wanted 20 minutes for a 3 taco meal. read more

Great service and good food, but not as good as Rancho San Diego Round Table Pizza. Yaddadimean?

Arrived in town at 9 pm on a Sunday and found this taco bell location to be already closed for the night. What kind of taco bell on a major highway closes this early. McDonalds across the street was crowded so I know there is enough business. Stupid management I can only assume. read more

Horrible service I know it is a fast food restaurant and you need to cut some slack but here there seriously had their front door closed and you had to go around to get in The food tasted like crap burnt tortilla and like 3 pieces of steak and barely any cheese ....all the soda tasted like water and they had no lids for your cup ... Would not recommend just go to the Carl's jr in front read more

Travelling from Albuquerque to Phoenix with the family. Wanted something other than McDonald's. What can I say, it's Taco Bell, it hit the spot. Nothing special, just what we wanted. read more

Horrible company! They terminated the general manager just because he ended up with serious health problems. He has a wife and three children. They claimed he was turning electricity off to the store, or so one of the employees told me. LIE! I was there one night with my wife when he had to go out and turn it back on, NOT off! I had been going here for a while and he made the place fun. I was there one night when he bribed the singers from Lion King to sing for us and they did. PRO-FAMILY?? THEN DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Arrived at this location on Friday, June 13th at 1:15pm. Had been on the road for a while traveling out of Albuquerque, NM going to Phoenix, AZ. I stopped here to stretch legs and use restroom and get some lunch. 1st issue was no paper towels in bathroom to dry hands. No big deal overall, it happens. Dried hands on jeans and went to counter to order. The order taker was nice enough taking my order, and handing me my drink cup. I go sit down to wait for order. During this time I notice that the Drive-Thru window is hopping and getting food pretty quickly. 15 mins in, the gentlemen that ordered is food 10 mins before me, is FINALLY getting his order. Staggered over the next 15 minutes, 3 more people finally got their orders. During this time, 2 different customers came to counter to get refunded. Not once did the manager say "I'm sorry" or "Thank you". Nothing. Just a refund and away to the back he went. The order taker at the counter was not letting people know of the long wait for food either. During this time, a woman and her 2 small girls came in and ordered. They then went to the lady's room and came immediately out because there was no toilet paper! Finally, at 1:45 my order of 1 taco and 1 burrito was put on the counter and my number called. As I walked to pick up order and leave, once again, not a "thank you" or a "i'm very sorry it took so long". If you go to this place, go through the Drive-Thru, apparently interior orders are 2nd class citizens. This is not a place I will return to or recommend to anyone unless they are an enemy of mine =D read more
