Seated in the back room area, our server had chips and salsa out to us quickly and took our drink orders while we looked over the expansive menu. At first, when the salsa was delivered, I was a little disappointed. It looked exceptionally watered down and I wasn't overly thrilled. Tasting it, out of the gate, I thought - 'it's ok'. But I found myself continually dipping chips and eating it until it was gone and asked for more. Safe to say, it grew on me. My wife went with a hollowed out pineapple concoction for her entre. It literally had all sorts of stuff crammed inside. It was really good! I went a little more traditional and gave the taquitos a try. This is probably about as close to home made that my mom would make when I was a kid as I've ever experienced in a restaurant. You can probably guess I'm giving them a good rating for that. As I said before, staff were really friendly and attentive the whole time we were there. Restaurant is really nice and clean.
