Lisa, Kayla, Halie and James are amazing they finished a 108 dollar order in less than 10 minutes! All the food was fresh and great!

Sometimes I just get a craving to destroy my body. When that happens I just come on down to the local TB. I know what you're probably thinking.... Floor scrapings again?! Well you're correct. When you open up your cute taco wrapper from this place you expect a taco but what you're really getting is a taco casserole all thrown together. Ingredients all strewn about, no particular order, it's undetermined whether it's actually a taco or just something mysterious from behind the bean station. I'm pretty sure the one they call Crevice Karl is sus and is actually the CEO. He runs the sour cream on Thursdays. read more

So I went to taco bell when I got out of work at 10 I order the nuggets they have and nacho fries I did it on the app and we went to pick up the order through drive thru and when we got to the window they told us they didn't have any nacho fries and I spent $12 on the nuggets and fries and they didn't offer me anything else to replace them so I basically paid $12 for just nuggets read more

A Taco Odyssey Gone Horribly Wrong: If Dante had written The Inferno about fast food, the first circle of hell would be this Taco Bell. I came in with high hopes and a low bank account -- the perfect customer. The smell of stale beans and mop water hit me like a beanbag to the face. I figured, that's just the scent of authenticity. After ordering, I watched my tacos take the scenic route to completion. Somewhere between "order placed" and "order up," the employees appeared to have joined a witness protection program because they vanished entirely. My Baja Blast melted into lukewarm regret before my food even arrived. When it did... well... calling it "food" is generous. The chalupa looked like it had been stepped on by a medieval warhorse. My burrito was rolled with all the care of a sleeping toddler trying to fold laundry. And the cheese? Let's just say I've seen more cheese in an online chess match. Service-wise, the staff had the enthusiasm of hostages who'd just been told their ransom fell through. One employee sighed so hard at my request for hot sauce that I briefly worried I had ruined their weekend plans. In conclusion: This Taco Bell has achieved something remarkable -- they've united all the one-star reviewers in perfect agreement. If you're looking for an unforgettable meal, you'll find it here... though sadly, you'll never forget it for all the wrong reasons. 10/10 would visit again read more

Food is very good I recommend it but the bathroom is dirty but what would you expect it's a Taco Bell

The WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to! First BAD sign, the worker at the window was giving us small talk instead of doing his job. When we got our food, it was spilled out of the bag! + we had missing food. There was NO napkins and he forgot our hot sauce. The floors were filthy! Like they haven't been clean in YEARS. Our quesadilla wasn't cut properly, instead has lines all throughout it, the sauce OOZING OUT?? I'm MAD. Homie we are NOT coming back. Flip you and your tacos! read more

Good food, took forever. Unbelievably rude staff and the tacos were mid. Vibe was cool because two door dashers battled for an order. Joe carried from a 2-star into a 5-star (Joe is in the picture btw) read more

Went to Taco Bell with my niece today. to try to order her some food. The people were very rude. They said the correct order over back to us, then gave us the wrong order. when we came back they didn't even apologize or say anything besides smiles in our face, like it was a joke to them. I could've been very sick. I will be writing a big letter with all my evidence and videos to the big head corporation. Also having my lawyers contact them. people think working at customer service serving peoples food is a joke. when people have allergies and can be hospitalized, Peoples lives are not a joke. corporation needs to either be closed down or all the employees you need to be replaced. like I said I will be contacting the big corporation with my lawyers. read more

Rude as h3ll! Oh my god they're so rude! Me and my friends ordered online and entered to eat in. This chick named Sam looked at us and rudely said "order at the kiosk" so I simply reply with "we already ordered, we just need some cups." Very kind and gentle in case she had a bad day. Everyone ignored us for 10 minutes and then that Sam person again went "can someone see what front wants?" All rude. Acting like we k!lled her family? I don't know just holy sh*t she was rude. So we were quietly talking about how we needed cups so she finally grabbed cups and dumped it on the counter. It was NOT busy. There was like 2 customers and us. She was joking with others and they were acting normal in the back but I guess we are the evil gremlins or some sh!t cause Jfc she was so rude. The food was shit they shoved all the chicken on one end and rice on the other instead of just putting it evenly? read more

The tables are dirty and the floors are sticky. Lunch just started and there is no one in here. Apparently they don't clean here!

Looked forward to trying a crunch wrap but no, not open. Sign on door says 8am open. Drive thru was open at 7 but kid on phone said restaurant not open till 10. Guess McDonald's gets to keep my business. Suggest you change your door sign or learn how to tell time read more

we went to hillsdale Taco Bell and the manager named Josephine was very disrespectful and rude to us over the intercom and the employee that was at the window acted rudely toward us when we asked for the manager and lied saying she was out back doing garbage but she was inside and didn't want to deal with the fact she was rude and disrespectful and when we went inside for the so called manager they told us to leave. this was all because she didn't bother to ask if we spoke English or Spanish and was not patient with us at all. read more

CHECK FOR A RECEIPT/CHECK YOUR ORDER! It's been some time since I've been to Taco Bell so had to ask questions before ordering...no one else in front or behind me though throughout the entire process. The attendee was patient and helpful. I live in a town 20 min away so when I checked my bag I was missing 2 chicken taco's and there wasn't a receipt to be found. I called to report the issue and was pretty much told by someone who answered the phone hurily, "Sorry, can't do anything without the receipt." I explained that I was just there...and she repeated herself and pretty much blamed the cashier. Very UNprofessional and the food I did receive was completely thrown together in the bag and they didn't even have any other customers so they weren't busy. Good people/good help is so hard to find these days.. :/ read more

This place is disgusting, the store is filthy. Manager is a rude lying immature individual and should be terminated. To busy bragging about to much money he was making because of all the hours he was working to actually do his job effectively. I must of heard 6x how he'd been there since 8am. All but one female employee, who was in an actual uniform, were dressed is filthy street clothes. 8pm on a Friday and they have no tortilla shells, no chicken and Lord knows what else. Employees using profane language, small minor child wandering around behind the counter. This is a sorry excuse of a Taco Bell. @teamlyders should be ashamed. Do yourself a favor and continue down the road and get yourself some McDonalds if you need a quick bite. read more

Every time I go to this Taco Bell location I can never order any food. Every single time they give me a list of things that they cannot make for one reason or another. I work late. There's nothing else open. Taco Bell advertises that they are open late. But every time I go here I can't get anything. I went there tonight. There was nobody there. The guy came on the box so welcome to Taco Bell he said it so fast I couldn't understand a word he said. Then before I could even order he says I can't make up a whole list of things. The list was so long that I wasn't even sure what he had said. So when I went to order he rudely said I can't make that we don't have that. And then was like do you want anything else. I said no and I left. I will never go back there again. read more

This restaurant is the poorest chain in Hillsdale county. The quantity of food is diplorable. I went there last night and ordered a double beef chalupa. I open it up and there wasn't even a teaspoon of beef! The "filler" and I use the term loosely since it was NOT even close to being filled, was a scant amount of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sauce. Its frustrating to pay for something and not get it. I have had troubles with orders many times. Items missing or not correct. This restaurant needs much improvement. read more

If I could rate zero stars I would, absolutely horrible customer service and the food isn't far off. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. If my opinion isn't enough you can scroll through all the other one star ratings. read more

Worst experience. I have never had a great experience at this Taco Bell, but this one sealed the deal. Never going back! First I sat at the drive thru window for 14 minutes, while watching two employees lean against the drive thru window talking. Second, I order two pops and when the rude girl working in the window handed them me she walked away very quickly and never came back. The problem being neither drink had any ice and one spilled all over me because the top wasn't even close to latched on. I drove off after realizing nobody was coming back to the window. Third, I ordered myself two tacos. When I got home and went to eat my tacos I realized they only had meat and shredded cheese, nothing else. The staff is lazy and it's apparent there is a lack of management there. read more

Dont know where to even begin. Went here with my gf and i ordered a very simple beef and cheese burrito and was told "we cant make one" and they dont do special orders. Are you kidding me?? The one in Coldwater made one up no problem. The lady ahead of me waited 20 min for her familys order and everything they got was screwed up. These people at this Taco Bell cannot take simple orders. Plus they are loud and rude, telling at each other.. we will never go back.. read more

New location, Friday evening, store was not able to serve any of the nacho meals due to not having the ingredients.

Bathrooms are flooded an poop everywhere in the bathroom. The stuff is rude . They don't clean bathroom very well

I went into the Hillsdale Taco Bell last night and have never been so disappointed in the place. The first thing we were told is that there was a limit of 4 items that you could purchase at that time! Never heard of such a thing. I ordered a crunch wrap and a burrito supreme. The crunch wrap was OK but the burrito was a ripoff. There was no supreme to it - no meat, no sour cream, very small. They definitely need to improve their late night service (day time is pretty good) or they will lose my business altogether - and I will tell all my friends. read more

Crushed one of our tacos didn't get our order right then we made tacos didn't get that right in the manner dryer was rude didn't say sorr

If there is a car already in the drive-thru, I've learned NOT to pull up and place an order, EVEN if that car is at the window you'll run the risk of sitting there for 15 minutes to 1/2 hour before you get your order. The last time I walked in to this place to place an order I made the mistake of thinking my service would be quick because only one person was in line in front of me. That person waited until they got their money back because they were tired of waiting for this unorganized group of people who had no idea what customer service is to get the food to them. From the time my order was placed to the time it was handed to me 48 minutes went by. I ordered 2 supreme burritos and three soft tacos read more

You don't even get ONE star. 20 minute wait @ the drive thru, 2 of us left. I went inside, and another customer told me she had been waiting 25 minutes for her food. The gal behind the counter looked at me and smiled, and got busy doing everything BUT waiting on me. I stood there for 10 minutes and never got waited on. I am pretty sure you lost ALOT of money on a very busy Friday night. read more

Just moved to the area a few months ago. EVERY time I have gone to this Taco Bell, it takes FOREVER to get my food. Last time, there were two people working and it took 40 minutes! I picked up dinner last night and not only did it take over 20 minutes as usual, it was $19 for 2 quesadillas, 2 tacos, 1 drink and 1 empanada. That's a pretty pathetic amount of food for the price for my husband and I. For their prices and horrible service, we will be going to actual restaurants from now on- Pay the same amount for more food and better service. read more

We just sat there for an hour and still didn't get any food! Same two girls that were working the other night that said sorry we are out of product for a half an hour. Then tonight we said okay we are just going to sit and wait only to be told we couldn't sit there and wait. And got nothing but attitude from the workers. read more

Very unsanitary, eating right on the food line while making our food n Super disrespectful employees!

The worker in the gas station was the meanest and rudest person!! The worst attitude for a customer service worker. I asked her if her parents own the station because I couldn't believe a worker would have such a bad attitude. read more

Dine in experience is horrible here!! Non stop beeping from device that alerts employees that they are taking too long. I noticed once an order is cleared, one minute of silence is observed. After one minute, the beeping begins all over again , non stop every 2-3 seconds! Last dine in order took 35 minutes to receive. Cars in drive through were waiting a half hour or more as well. People were getting really upset with the wait. Manager yelled out over the entire restaurant with an attitude, telling everyone if your not willing to wait, come get your refund!!! Chalupa shells are usually tough and cold, and broken to where all the toppings fall through the bottom as soon as you pick them up. Staff always seem to have a hard time working registers. And food prices I feel are a bit much unless you order from value menu! Not a nice place to eat if your in a rush! read more

I don't think I've ever experienced service as bad as this specific Taco Bell In my life. After waiting for 20 minutes for my order of nacho fries, I decided to create a yelp account for the sole purpose of making sure that people avoid this Taco Bell. Not only have I been waiting for now 24 minutes, but the employees are unhelpful, unfriendly, confused, disoriented, rude and in no rush to help any customer. We're this a one time occurrence I would consider the fact that they were just having a bad night, but I've had similar experiences every time I've visited this restaurant. Save yourself the wait and go to a sit down restaurant. read more

This taco has saved my life in hillsdale. Yes I am slightly disappointed in the hours, but it is a small town. Besides that, they are quick and clean, they deal with a lot of annoying people, and they're always nice to me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure why tacos take 30 minutes to cook. Drive thru always loaded
