So I went to taco bell when I got out of work at 10 I order the nuggets they have and nacho fries I did it on the app and we went to pick up the order through drive thru and when we got to the window they told us they didn't have any nacho fries and I spent $12 on the nuggets and fries and they didn't offer me anything else to replace them so I basically paid $12 for just nuggets read more

The WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to! First BAD sign, the worker at the window was giving us small talk instead of doing his job. Went to Taco Bell with my niece today. to try to order her some food. The people were very rude. They said the correct order over back to us, then gave us the wrong order. when we came back they didn't even apologize or say anything besides smiles in our face, like it was a joke to them. I could've been very sick. I will be writing a big letter with all my evidence and videos to the big head corporation. This chick named Sam looked at us and rudely said "order at the kiosk" so I simply reply with "we already ordered, we just need some cups." Very kind and gentle in case she had a bad day. It's been some time since I've been to Taco Bell so had to ask questions before ordering...no one else in front or behind me though throughout the entire process. The attendee was patient and helpful. I live in a town 20 min away so when I checked my bag I was missing 2 chicken taco's and there wasn't a receipt to be found. I called to report the issue and was pretty much told by someone who answered the phone hurily, "Sorry, can't do anything without the receipt." I explained that I was just there...and she repeated herself and pretty much blamed the cashier. This restaurant is the poorest chain in Hillsdale county. The quantity of food is diplorable. I went there last night and ordered a double beef chalupa. I open it up and there wasn't even a teaspoon of beef! The "filler" and I use the term loosely since it was NOT even close to being filled, was a scant amount of lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and sauce. Worst experience. I have never had a great experience at this Taco Bell, but this one sealed the deal. Never going back! First I sat at the drive thru window for 14 minutes, while watching two employees lean against the drive thru window talking. Second, I order two pops and when the rude girl working in the window handed them me she walked away very quickly and never came back. The problem being neither drink had any ice and one spilled all over me because the top wasn't even close to latched on. I drove off after realizing nobody was coming back to the window. I went into the Hillsdale Taco Bell last night and have never been so disappointed in the place. The first thing we were told is that there was a limit of 4 items that you could purchase at that time! Never heard of such a thing. I ordered a crunch wrap and a burrito supreme. The crunch wrap was OK but the burrito was a ripoff. There was no supreme to it - no meat, no sour cream, very small. If there is a car already in the drive-thru, I've learned NOT to pull up and place an order, EVEN if that car is at the window you'll run the risk of sitting there for 15 minutes to 1/2 hour before you get your order. The last time I walked in to this place to place an order I made the mistake of thinking my service would be quick because only one person was in line in front of me. That person waited until they got their money back because they were tired of waiting for this unorganized group of people who had no idea what customer service is to get the food to them. Just moved to the area a few months ago. EVERY time I have gone to this Taco Bell, it takes FOREVER to get my food. Last time, there were two people working and it took 40 minutes! I picked up dinner last night and not only did it take over 20 minutes as usual, it was $19 for 2 quesadillas, 2 tacos, 1 drink and 1 empanada. Dine in experience is horrible here!! Non stop beeping from device that alerts employees that they are taking too long. I noticed once an order is cleared, one minute of silence is observed. After one minute, the beeping begins all over again , non stop every 2-3 seconds! Last dine in order took 35 minutes to receive. Cars in drive through were waiting a half hour or more as well. People were getting really upset with the wait. Manager yelled out over the entire restaurant with an attitude, telling everyone if your not willing to wait, come get your refund!!! Chalupa shells are usually tough and cold, and broken to where all the toppings fall through the bottom as soon as you pick them up. Staff always seem to have a hard time working registers.
