Looks like they read the other comments and made some improvements. While the line was still long, my order was correct with sauce I asked for and napkins. I think they are just short staffed because it's hard to find anyone who wants to work anymore, especially fast food. Staff was pleasant and even apologized for the wait. read more

The location is apparently incapable of matching the order to the correct customer. I ordered delivery and received a random small selection of items of which I ordered one of the six items delivered. The items delivered were about one quarter the value of what I ordered. read more

Service was distressing. If you go inside and plan to pay by credit card, you were supposed to place your order at the kiosk. Except. No sign or warning this was expected. From what used to be the order desk and has the menu above it -- can't even see these little kiosks. You were supposed to have noticed that on the way in -- but these clearly are not well enough marked. I and 3 other customers missed them. So. This means waiting ignored at the order desk where the employees either can't easily see you and or the few who do certainly can ignore you a long time. There is no bell or buzzer to get assistance. Service when finally done at Taco Bell's maximum convenience to itself and with fewest employees -- was impersonal and unfriendly. Plus slower, because no sense that anyone pays attention to any customers in the lobby. When my order was finally delivered to the order desk it was quickly slid/thrown there by an employee who mumbled "sorry for the wait" with almost no eye contact, turned and rushed away. From my position I could see her and at least 2 others working, nothing was rushed to fill orders at the drive-in or the lobby, except that mumbled "apology" and the sudden rush to retreat to the back. Uselessly. The kiosk order platform asks you if you want packets of condiments. Implying these will be included with your order. You already had to specific at the kiosk if it was a takeout, But. NOT! No condiment packets. But by the time you discover this at the car or home ... who cares. Taco Bell didn't. No wonder the seating section was absolutely empty of dining customers. Yet they ask you to "round up" your payment at the kiosk to the nearest dollar for their education fund. Right? So. Before Covid -- Taco Bell was a treat for me. Seems to have fallen into as much of a "do it yourself" gig as possible -- but without discounting the prices accordingly. In fact, thank yourself for placing your own order, for patiently waiting a long time, for hunting down your own condiments (but I guess it helps someone out that you also registered these in the kiosk so they can enlist you to do inventory control, too). The floor was dirty in the lobby and in the food prep area. I guess either that is a "service" the customers will be performing next for Taco Bell... or we just need to keep ourselves content in blissful ignorance by using the drive-in and/or the app. If enough of us do that ... we will never known what goes on with our food, never see an accountable employee and pride ourselves in boosting Taco Bell profits. read more

We were traveling on a roadtrip and ordered taco bell on the app with hopes to have refills of Baja blast. We arrived to see signs saying the lobby was closed for no apparent reason and then proceeded to wait in a super long drive thru line to receive the food we had ordered 30 minutes ago. Super frustrating and I would never recommend coming to this location. People come to Taco Bell for great food and Baja blast and want to enjoy eating in the lobby. Well, if you really feel like you're time has no value and you feel like killing an hour waiting in a drive through look no further! Taco Bell on Montana Ave has arrived!!!! Watch as several employees amble aimlessly about without rhyme or reason, stare in fascination as the same employee folds and unfolds the same box not once, not twice, but five times before moving in to the next box. If I could give 0 I would. I've been in the line for a literal hour. Our online order was scheduled at 11:30. It's 12:22. and haven't even ordered yet. It's been an average ten minutes between cars getting through. Meaning, you don't move at all for at least ten minutes at a time. I've seen no less than 15 people pull up in line behind me and leave when they saw the line wasn't moving. I'm trapped. Unless I take my subcompact sedan over the curb, I will surely perish here. I really was so excited for my food, the guy at the window was the best part, bc he cracked some jokes. But I ordered a bunch of food, and trusted that they got it right, THEY DIDNT. I came home, and half of my food was missing ( that I paid for), I didn't even receive a receipt, and I had no sauce. that I specifically asked for. I called bc I legit wanted to cry, so I told them abt their mistake, and the person who answered the phone, hung up on me, mid sentence.
