Another benefit is that this Mexican fast food chain opens every day at 9 AM. Anybody has an advantage if they are feeling hungry and wish to get a jump start on an early lunch. For a limited time, the $9 box offers five menu items. I typically purchase a $5 or $7 box, but decided to explore the up charge because steak was included. Medium Drink: Unfortunately, the Mountain Dew Baja Midnight dispenser was not working. I was hoping to explore this drink for the first time. I settled and drank Mountain Dew Baja Blast instead. If you are feeling glutinous or super thirsty, unlimited refills are an option. Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito: While the protein was tasty, this burrito was unbelievably greasy. Although I enjoyed the taste, it wasn't any better than the burritos the are included with the cheaper boxes. Doritos Nacho Cheese Locos Tacos & Beef Crunchy Taco: Besides the color taco shell, both tacos taste identical. They were both filled with beef and had the same toppings. Visually, I can differentiate the two tacos. If I was blindfolded, I would have assumed they were the same meal. Cinnamon twist: This was a great dessert choice, but it would have been better if frosting dipping sauce was included. This is now the selected side with the box, but I am hoping Taco Bell reverts back to offering nachos with cheese because that is a better fit for the box. Overall, the box was financially a good deal. If I was able to I would give this establishment a 0 stars out of 5 stars. I would but sadly I'm not able to. This Taco Bell takes forever at the drive thru and the food ends up coming out cold and soggy. I just came here in a thrusday night to get a nice refreshing water and nacho fries but the service was horrific!!! They took forever and ended up waiting over 30 minutes for 2 items!!! This is unacceptable and unbelievable and I'll never be returning!!! read more

First time visiting this store since it opened few years back. Lots of parking available, including a drive thru. Modern store with everything new and glossy. Inside of the store is very colorful with all the posters and wall arts. They have the self ordering kiosk now, very convenient. All the condominium, sauces and drinks are available at the counter side. No need to ask the associates for sauce packs :) We got some burritos, tacos and fries. All had their authentic Taco Bell taste. Beef was good. Tacos were soft. Order was made according to our customization. Overall had an excellent first time experience at this store. read more

PROS: The staff is nice, place is clean, loads of parking, and they made the food REALLY fast. They also have two touch screens in the lobby that allow you to place your order CONS: One of the touch screen menus in the lobby had a faulty screen. Very tiny inside so there's minimal seating (except when it's warm out which then they open up their patio. OVERALL: I highly recommend coming here if you like Taco Bell. As a poor grad student, Taco Bell tends to agree with my meager bank account, so one can say that I frequent them more often than I should. With that being said, I can't count the number of times that I have received subpar service. When I say "subpar", I'm referring to just the most basic of things like napkins in the bag when you're picking up at the drive thru window, the condiments that you requested actually being in the bag, the integrity of the foods being intact as opposed to receiving them completely crushed, etc. Employees don't even want to say "you're welcome" when you thank them on your way out. So, it goes without saying that, when someone actually does all of this, I think it's important to notice. I placed a mobile order for this location since it was the closest to me in that moment. When I arrived to pick up, the order was ready to go, the employee I interacted with was super polite and kind and everything was in the bag: (correct) condiments, napkins, and utensils, and (most importantly) my food wasn't crushed. Whoever manages this location, kudos to you and your staff for showing me that it's not ALL locations. Looking forward to visiting again! read more

The new grilled cheese fries as taco bell are actually pretty good. I got mine with the steak option! The portion was laughable, I legitimately think this is a horrific joke and I'm being punked. I payed $6 for three bites. You can literally count the tiny amount of fries there. Fries are not even expensive, its a potato. How much profit is taco bell trying to squeeze out of this ridiculously sized portion. So sad, never again. read more

Went through the drive thru and the staff told me to park in the handicap and they would bring it out in 1 min. 5 min later they never showed up. So I go inside to inquire and my food is sitting there all cold. Talked to the manager to have the food remade fresh and initially he said he would give me a coupon for a free taco on my next visit before finally agreeing to remake the order. Doing drive-thru pick-up now that the walk-up is closed. Even the outdoor seating area is closed off! Been coming by on Tuesdays now for the free Doritos Locos taco, plus some other tasty treats! I am a regular customer at this 65 Hackensack Ave location. Unfortunately, workers are not paying attention to details of order, I have had to come back to this location 4 different times, because they get my order wrong. Today was the same. I ordered on app, and my son realized his quesadillas has spicy sauce, which I removed on custom app. The manager in charge was nice, and gave me a few coupons for free tacos, but I rather get my order right and not have to drive two times to get order right. Also, I was wondering is there a way to get drinks customized on app. I am not a big fan of ice, and when I get to window, have to ask for another w/o ice. A waste, really. read more

So last night, I went over to get the Crunchwrap Supreme deal. I went through the drive-through, order that including a chicken quesadilla and a chicken chalupa or however you pronounce the chicken as the taco shell. They told me to wait outside in their parking lot and when they came it was enclosed and the guy just took my receipt and ran in. I was number 387. The chicken chalupa it wasn't in there but then it was too late and Taco Bell was closed. I have tried calling them a bunch of times with no results. Like I wasted $5 to not get anything. This particular establishment cannot get orders correct whether if in person, drive thru, or via APP . Not sure what the issue is but over the past 5 months, i have ordered from this Taco Bell 4 times but there are always mistakes on 50% of the order. I ask for basic items on the menu with zero substitutions and they mess it up. I have only ordered once during what would be a typical busy part of the day but 3 times when there were no other patrons so its not like they were slammed and made an honest mistake. Excellent location, outside seating is under an awning, they have good radio stations, playing music there all the time. I've been going here for a while. Target shares same lot, super convenient. On the other side of the lot there's an amazing bakery, B&W. Everytime people are so friendly! Food is hot and comes out fast. I recommend iced coffee, they have it at this location! read more

Food was hot which is always good. However when you order a chicken and rice burrito you expect there to be chicken and rice in the burrito. Well apparently not because my burrito has absolutely no chicken and next to no rice. How utterly disappointing! Visitors this location on a trip back home to nj best my parents house and was so excited to have Taco Bell as the country I live in doesn't have them so was a expecting a treat! Instead was met with full blown attitude, abrupt responses from what seemed to be the manager, Ornelis. way to represent your establishment.
