I ordered a bean burrito minus the onion. When I got home, I had received a bean burrito with onion and lettuce. With such a simple order I was disappointed that it was not correct. read more

I ordered two crunchwraps supreme, one with sour cream and one without sour cream. When I got my order, the crunchwrap that had sour cream on it was in the bag that said there was no sour cream on it, and visa versa. I also ordered sauce with my order and received none. Overall a very poor experience. read more

My supreme burrito was more like a bean burrito. The restaurant has the dirtiest bathroom my husband has ever been in. We have lived in a third world country, so it must be horrible. We had to order at a kiosk. We prefer ordering in person. read more

I've ate here a few times. It is what you expect: cheap fast food. If you don't expect high standards, you won't be disappointed. The thing I'm REALLY confused about is the hours. Taco Bell is known as a place that is open late. According to Google and Yelp they are open until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. I had a night out with friends tonight...we decided to make a Taco Bell run shortly after midnight...only to find they were closed. I'm puzzled why they closed 3 hours early. On a Saturday night. In a college town. read more

I wasn't given an item that was 7 dollars, didn't notice till I was home so I went ahead and called to see if I could get a refund or come in tomorrow (can't do it today) to get them for free, phone was answered by a woman I'm guessing in her mid 30s, she was rude, and seemed uninterested in helping, while asking a question she decided she felt like hanging up. I mean how rude right? I've never left a review before on any app, but this just pisses me off, I get that you're miserable since your 14 year old kid is probably making as much as you, but that ain't on me, you messed up my order, and then afterwards didn't even feel like staying on the phone for more than a minute while I figured out my options? That's pretty embarrassing, I get it that you don't make much, but that ain't my fault, your job is to give me the food I ordered and if you're gonna mess that easy job up, the least you could do is be helpful and kind, but then again... guess that explains why you're 35 and working at the greencastle tacobell. read more

Fresh great food. Probably the freshest tasting and best filled taco I've had at a Taco Bell in years. Was surprised by the self order computers. I hope they don't catch on. read more

My expectations are always low with Taco Bell but this location really made me reconsider my life choices. Went before the dinner rush so there wasn't much of a line. My food was all falling apart bc the tortillas were hard as cardboard. The meat had no flavor except a slight tinge of rot. Not a single item in my order was made correctly. I would bet my last dollar (which i just blew at this dumpster fire of a fast food joint) that i would've gotten a tastier meal from a monkey flinging his own excrement. read more

Worst customer service ever! Today is free taco day from 2p-6p and the guy at the register said he never heard of it. They wouldn't honor the free taco for the NBA game 3 win. This is a nationally recoginized event and is on the news, facebook, taco bell web page, etc. read more

Would you like to waste 30+ minutes of your life sitting in A drive thru? If so go visit the greencastle Taco Bell. Then after your lonnnnnngggg wait, they will gladly messed up your order and not give you all your food. What a visit! read more

I go here many times, maybe 2-3 a month. Sometimes they are on it, sometimes, they are way off. Customer service is always above average. The last 3 times I have went they have been out of the Naked Chapula AND all chicken items. Only could order beef or steak items. The last 2 times my order was messed up where I had to go inside and have it fixed. They fixed it without incident. Very friendly. Clean on the inside. Standard Taco Bell atmosphere. read more

Sat in line on a Sunday afternoon for 40 min unacceptable will never be back note to franchise owner you better get a handle on this dumpster fire before it's to late read more

Hands down THE WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. I have not been here a single time without it taking 20+ minutes to get food or something being wrong with the order. read more

Only allow two orders in drive threw. Work construction so we car pull to lunch. Was told to drive around and place 3rd order. Was the difference between 3 orders and 3 cars with only one person. read more

Have had this Taco Bell location Too many times and every time I go the quality drops. The past 4 times I've been I have no been given a item, they have messed up instructions on a item, or the order has been put together so sloppil. i will be driving to Cloverdale if I ever crave tacovell again, I'm done wasting my money and time for sh*t on a taco shell. P.s. if you are allergic or dont like sour cream, please do not go their, one out of three times i go, they always put sour cream on everything when I say no sour cream, the screen also reconzied I said no sour cream. read more

Every time i go. I have to wait over 30 mins for my food. And when i finally get my food, something is always messed up.

Have never given a one star. Dirty, so slow, after 25 minutes left after paying and NOT receiving food! I was the only person inside. Worst place in GC! Why did I put myself through this? read more

This Taco Bell is the worst, they are always slow and they have the worst employees.I order something one time and they gave me the wrong thing so I went back through and they got it right. Then after that I walked in and the lady that took my order was complaining to another employee about me.Then she yells out and points at me and says "that's him" .She was very immature and rude. They also are not to great at the counter and many employees have bad communication skills. Not the best place at all, ranks very low are my chart. read more

The nicest customer service. I wouldn't really say anything about it but I was just stunned at how nice the employees were. Impressive.

I've been coming here for about 8 years and the tortillas are usually always dry and stale, burritos rarely ever filled well enough, there's a 50% chance of getting old beans. When I order extra cheese on quesadillas it's a gamble whether or not they actually put it in there. 2 stars only because they are nice 90% of the time. read more

I went to Taco Bell through the drive through and it was awful. I asked for a nacho bell grande and they gave me two crunch wraps instead. I also got a taco an it was half filled and tasted like metal and was very stail. Also when I took out the napkins they were bathroom paper towels. I don't recommend going to Taco Bell. read more

Nice staff and good food, but I just witnessed the cashier go from handling money, to making food, without changing his gloves. Then he bussed tables, then went back to handling money, and then making food. Never to wash hands, or at least change gloves! :( I can't eat here again. :( I would rate higher if it wasn't for what I just witnessed. read more
