The two workers inside welcomed us in and took care of us well. Although they don't have any beer on draft, the Dos Equis bottle hit the spot. I got the Mi Ranchito special of the day, Enchiladas Hidalgo. Most Mexican joints are pretty similar in taste but this one was a step above. I'm not sure what sauce was on the enchiladas but they should bottle it up and sell it. I rate this place 4.4 stars, rounded down to a yelp score of 4. Anyone who is traveling through Rock Springs and unsure where to eat should visit Mi Ranchito.
